SSS-Ranked Surgeon In Another World: The Healer Is Actually OP!

“I will.” Sophie’s voice was calm but firm. “If you like it, I’ll learn. I want to.”

Bruce blinked for a moment, caught off guard.

She wasn’t joking.

She meant it with her whole heart.

He stared at her a little longer, something warm and quiet slipping into his chest, softening that cold front he always carried.

They sat together for a little while, sharing the dish piece by piece.

Bruce fed her gently, Sophie accepting each bite with a soft smile that warmed him more than the food ever could.

Then Sophie paused.

Shaking her head, she rose gracefully from her seat.

“You’re the one who did all the work, carrying me all the way from the Adventurer Guild to my home…” she said softly. “So allow me to feed you.”

She flicked her hair back in a smooth, feminine motion… a motion that felt so effortlessly beautiful Bruce found himself staring for a second.

Then, without warning, she stepped in front of him and gently lowered herself onto his lap.

Bruce’s brain crashed.

’Fuck!’ he groaned inwardly, completely blindsided.

Sophie’s round, perfect butt settled right on him.

The softness… the warmth… the pressure. It was perfect!

If he didn’t get a reaction from that, then he wasn’t even human. His mind screamed for restraint, but his body already betrayed him, his thing twitching, getting harder by the second.

The warmth of her ass on his lap was… dangerous.

Exhilarating. Addictive.

His brain blanked.

His heart thudded once, hard.

He honestly wished she could stay like that

He absolutely did not expect this.

The closeness…

her warmth…

the way she fit perfectly against him…

it all hit him at once like a soft, warm shock.

Sophie, meanwhile, smiled up at him innocently, yet somehow knowingly, holding the fork like she was preparing to feed a child she adored.

She scooped a small piece of omelette, turned toward him, and opened her mouth very slightly as she demonstrated:

“Bruce… open your mouth. Aaaah~”

Bruce stared.

She giggled at his expression,

then tapped the fork lightly against his lips until he opened them.

He let her feed him.

And she looked so proud doing it.

Sophie leaned slightly against him, her shoulder brushing his chest as she focused on feeding him piece by piece.

She held the plate in one hand, the fork in the other, and each time he took a bite, she beamed like she had accomplished something amazing.

Bruce couldn’t help but smile back.

Sophie’s smile widened finding his reaction entertaining.

She kept feeding him slowly, gently… almost intimately.

Each time her hand moved, her body shifted slightly on his lap, sending a wave of heat shooting straight through him.

He tried to focus on the food, but Sophie’s scent, her warmth, her closeness, all of it blended together and made him feel strangely peaceful.

At one point, she accidentally smeared a tiny bit of omelette on his cheek.

“Oh, wait, don’t move,” she said, leaning in to wipe it with her thumb.

Her face was so close Bruce felt her breath. Her breast pressing against his chest.

When her thumb brushed his skin, she whispered teasingly,

“You eat like a baby sometimes.”

Bruce deadpanned, “A baby with an S-Ranked core?”

She blinked, pretending to think deeply. “Hm… yes. A very dangerous baby.”

They both burst into laughter at the same time,

soft, warm, unforced.

After a few bites, Sophie added a teasing comment:

“You know… if I keep feeding you like this, you’re going to get used to it. What if you start demanding I feed you every time?”

Bruce raised a brow. “Would that be a problem?”

Sophie pretended to think. “Hmm… well.. no. I actually like it.”

They both laughed,

lighthearted, warm laughter that filled the kitchen.

Their laughs mingled with the aroma of the warm food.

Their shoulders touched often.

She leaned against him naturally, like she had always belonged there.

He rested one arm lightly around her waist, steadying her without thinking.

And every glance exchanged between them felt softer, deeper, sweeter.

Soon, the plate was empty.

Sophie leaned back slightly with a content breath.

“Mm… that was perfect,” she whispered.

Then she added with a gentle blush,

“Feeding you like this… it’s one of the greatest moments of my life.”

Bruce chuckled warmly.

“Oh? Then what’s your greatest moment?”

Sophie smiled, her voice turning tender.

“The first time you kissed me, Bruce. I was the happiest person in all of Velmora at that moment.”

Bruce felt his heart warm again.

And just like that…

They were done eating.

But Sophie held the empty plate for a moment longer, her eyes lifting to his with newfound enthusiasm.

“Let’s make more,” she said suddenly. “This time… you supervise me. I want to try making the omelette myself.”

Bruce blinked in amusement. “You sure?”

Sophie nodded firmly.

“I want to learn properly. So teach me.”

Bruce smiled.

“I don’t mind.”

And together, still close, still warm, still wrapped in the soft glow of the moment…

Sophie slid off his lap, grabbed his hand, and the two of them headed to the kitchen together…

The moment they stepped into the kitchen, Sophie released his hand and placed both palms on her hips, nodding to herself like a general preparing for battle.

“Alright,” she announced proudly. “Watch closely. I’m about to create the greatest omelette Velmora has ever seen.”

Bruce raised a brow.

“Oh? You sure?”

She lifted her chin. “Bruce, please. I’m a Reign. Excellence is in my blood.”

Not even one minute passed before she stood with a broken egg. She had cracked it too hard, exerting far too much strength.

“Sophie, it’s all about control…”

She could only sigh as she looked at Bruce. “Don’t worry, I’ll get it this time around. I just got too excited…”

Bruce nodded. He understood her perfectly.

’She’s A-Rank right now and possesses at least four thousand tons of strength at base. And since it hasn’t been long since she leveled to A-Rank, it’s only natural that she finds it hard to control her strength down to the bare minimum needed to crack the egg of an E-Rank beast…’
