Summoners: One Golden Term per Level

Chapter 40: Chapter 40: New Entries

[Legendary Term: Plague Monarch]

[Legendary Term: Flying Dragon Cloud-Seeking Hand]

[Legendary Term: Ancient Heavy Pupils]

[Plague Monarch (Legend): The Immortal Gods descend to possess mastery over plague; can cure all plagues, but also spread them. Learning such skills requires no conditions, ’Plague’ type abilities are amplified by 1000%]

[Flying Dragon Cloud-Seeking Hand (Legend): Each attack upon contact randomly obtains any item from the target, prioritizing equipment, items, or any part of themselves.]

[Ancient Heavy Pupils (Legend): Heavy Pupils are the path to invincibility. Ancient Heavy Pupils lineage is of the emperor’s bloodline, containing boundless divine techniques!]

Shen Fei looked at these three terms, swallowed hard...

”Awesome!”

Shen Fei licked his lips, planning to give the first term along with [Medicine God Incarnation] to the new support Summoned Beast, while the second one would naturally go to Vast Heaven Venerable.

The Stabbing Immortal pursues a one-hit kill, with low attack frequency, but Vast Heaven Venerable tackles tough defenses, attacking swiftly.

As for the third term, Shen Fei hesitated.

Heavy Pupils are the path to invincibility, more bones, more paths...

But Vast Heaven Venerable’s role is a warrior cum tank, the various divine techniques within Ancient Heavy Pupils are more suitable for the Empress.

”Better give it to the Empress.” Shen Fei deliberated, decided, and assigned the two terms to Vast Heaven Venerable and Empress respectively.

Vast Heaven Venerable, originally watching a TV series, froze as he felt the special abilities within his mind but continued watching the series afterward.

Shen Fei discovered that skill-bearing terms somewhat boost the bloodline of Summoned Beasts.

Constitution-based, bloodline-based terms are more conducive to enhancing a Summoned Beast’s bloodline.

The Empress’s expression changed, put down the novel she was holding, and looked at Shen Fei, saying, ”Master, I want to enter the Summoning Space.”

”Okay.”

As soon as Shen Fei placed the Empress inside, her aura shifted drastically; she floated within the Summoning Space’s ruins, eyes bursting forth with a cosmic Divine Light, illuminating the entire space.

Within the Empress’s phoenix eyes, the pupils began splitting into two, morphing into boundless black holes, where only galaxies evolved within space-time...

[Five Elements Empress (Tier One of Legend) Evolves—Empress (Tier Two of Legend)]

Shen Fei’s ears were immediately informed by a prompt, and at the same time, his eyes were changing; initially one pupil was morphing into two, but in the next moment reverted back.

At the moment.

Several abilities’ usage appeared in Shen Fei’s mind.

[Empress]

[Quality: Tier Two of Legend]

[Level: 19]

[Talent: Five Elements Empress, Emperor Flame Ancient Body, Ancient Heavy Pupils (contains extremely powerful divine techniques, with special divine techniques, unlock two divine techniques every 10 levels.)]

[Skills: Five Elements Spirit Body lv.10 (Legend), Five Elements Technique (+) lv.10 (Legend), Five Emperors Great Demon lv.10 (Tier One of Legend), Five Elements Emperor Blood lv.10 (Tier One of Legend), Heaven-Burning Three Transformations (Legend), Chaos Divine Light lv.10 (Tier One of Legend), Superb Vision lv.10 (Tier One of Legend)]

Shen Fei nodded, Ancient Heavy Pupils are indeed befitting of the Emperor’s Appearance and quite suited for the Empress.

Even the ’Five Elements’ title was shed.

The Empress’s figure returned to the sofa, but her aura became more dignified, dominant, emanating a disdain for everything in her gaze.

”How does it feel?”

Shen Fei promptly asked, although he could see the Empress’s panel, only she could truly feel it.

”Feels great, even better than when merging with the Emperor Flame Ancient Body.”

The Empress’s aura shifted, resembling that of a homely seductive elder sister, leaning back on the sofa, ”Thank you for your grace, Master.”

”Hehe.”

Shen Fei nodded.

He then continued exploring the Summoner’s profession theory, which contained intriguing points, such as which types of Summoned Beasts can pair with certain skills and some unique systems.

Previously known warriors, mages, support, assassins, etc., were merely basic combinations; genuine summoners have diverse styles.

Such as single-core burst system, water thunder control system, wind-fire attribute bombardment system...

requiring specific Summoned Beasts to assemble a team.

Specific skills are needed to achieve optimal outcomes.

”This is also why summoners need to be wealthy... Quickly forming a system is best.

Otherwise, initial time and resources are wasted.

To form a unique system, without initially selecting the appropriate Summoned Beast.

If changing Summoned Beasts, the previously invested Skill Books become waste, and purchased equipment don’t suit...”

”Not everyone can quickly form a system’s framework; many cash-strapped summoners.

can only use basic whiteboard Skill Books, and without nurturing, even simple dungeons are unmanageable...”

Shen Fei examined the summoner theory, deepening his understanding.

Honestly, though the theory didn’t quite apply to him, it provided some inspiration.

Mainly concerning Summoned Beast skills, guiding at least the direction in finding Skill Books.

Various systems like water thunder, entirely feasible for the Empress alone to match, achieving maximum effect.

Sometimes violent output may not be wrong, but impossible-to-one-shot entities may be encountered, the Abyss is endless.

Like the previous ’Flame Demon Rift’ dungeon.

If left to the Empress alone.

unlikely to conquer, coordination is needed to swiftly one-shot.

Time passed as Shen Fei studied theoretical knowledge.

By noon, Shen Fei ordered delivery.

As the Empress received two Beast Fires, she casually tossed them into her cherry lips, ”Best to find those with Five Elements Attribute next time.”

”Sure.” Shen Fei nodded while eating, watching videos, occasionally visiting Breaking Abyss Army’s website to order items.

”I ordered some things you all might enjoy, since normal human meals might not suit you.”

”By the way, Stabbing Immortal’s milk tea would arrive soon too.”

That day, Shen Fei did nothing else but studied summoner theoretical knowledge.

He also found the fourth type of Summoned Beast Skill Book he favored.

”Bird-beaked Plague Doctor”, ”Herbal Boy”.

These two Lord-quality Summoned Beasts were favorites.

Though whether replenishing health or applying debuffs as support, according to summoner theory.

Support divides into magic type and physical type.

Magic type resembles elves, angels, using special energy for healing.

Physical type involves Bird-beaked Plague Doctor and Herbal Boy, utilizing various herbs, special substances, etc.

The distinction is quite pronounced.

Shen Fei thought these two terms suited physical-type support more.

He sent information on these Summoned Beasts to Wang Xun and Su Bai, asking them to keep an eye out.
