Entry: I Secretly Cultivate Immortality in the Martial Arts World

298: Chapter 299 The Immortal Realm, a World of Great Harmony!Long Da put away the heaven-opening axe, with the twelve-grade merit golden lotus above his head, and sensed the aura of his original body’s Breakthrough.

He was not surprised, just smiled slightly.

”My original body has... achieved Great Luo Unity? It was faster than expected.”

He turned his head and glanced at Chen Yue Immortal Venerable beside him, who was staring blankly at the endless spiritual rain on the horizon.

Chen Yue Immortal Venerable was also deeply shocked in her heart.

She was an existence at the Immortal Emperor level, and her perception of the Laws of heaven and earth was stronger than those Immortal Kings.

She clearly felt that the source of this Dao rhythm fluctuation was not within the Immortal Realm, but from a space outside the Immortal Realm.

The aura of that space was somewhat similar to the aura faintly emanating from Long Da.

Chen Yue Immortal Venerable looked at Long Da, wanting to speak but hesitating.

Long Da, however, had no intention of explaining, only saying: ”Fellow Daoist, please wait here for a moment; this seat will return shortly.”

Having said that, his figure flashed, turning into a streak of golden light, and streaked towards the direction of the Immortal Court battlefield.

On another battlefield in the Immortal Court, Ming He stood in the air with his hands behind his back.

Long Da descended from the sky and stood side by side with Ming He.

The two looked at each other in the Void Realm, without speaking, just nodding slightly.

The next moment, both simultaneously unleashed their Divine Ability.

Five Elements Dharma Body — in other words, Law of Heaven and Earth.

Long Da’s figure surged, with the twelve-grade merit golden lotus above his head and the heaven-opening axe in hand, turning into a golden giant tens of millions of feet tall, standing between heaven and earth.

Ming He was not to be outdone, his blood-colored robes hunting in the wind, his twin swords humming, a white lotus suspended above his head, turning into an equally huge blood-robed giant, his whole body filled with awe-inspiring killing intent.

Two giant shadows stood in the Immortal Realm; throughout the entire Immortal Realm, whether east, west, north, or south, whether it was the Immortal Court, Divine Court, or the former grounds of the Great Leiyin Temple, any living being in any corner, as long as they looked up, could see these two figures.

Long Da suddenly spoke.

The voice was like Nine Heavens thunder crashing down, rolling and surging, sweeping across the mountains and rivers of the Immortal Realm, resounding in every corner.

”I am the Lord of the Heavenly Court, the Heavenly Emperor!”

”All living beings of the Immortal Realm, heed my command!”

”Cang Di, Emperor Haotian, the Five Ancestors of Buddhism, the Ming Di, Demon Emperor Geng Kui, and the Hunyuan Demon Emperor have all been executed!”

”From this day forward, the Immortal Realm shall respect the Heavenly Court!”

”From Immortal Kings and Immortal Emperors down to ordinary Cultivators and Mortal beings, all must strictly abide by the Heavenly Court’s heavenly Laws; none shall disobey!”

After Long Da’s voice settled, Ming He followed closely, his voice cold and stern.

”The detailed rules of the heavenly Laws will be spread throughout all domains of the Immortal Realm in the coming days; you shall comprehend and consult them yourselves.”

He paused slightly, slowly raising the abi sword in his hand, the red light on the blade surging and flowing, with biting killing intent permeating the Void Realm.

”Anyone who dares to violate the heavenly Laws!”

”The light punishment will be the stripping of cultivation, the heavy punishment will be Soul Flying Away and Spirit Scattering!”

”Enough said, I hope all living beings will conduct themselves accordingly.”

As the voice dissipated, the two towering giant shadows that stood between heaven and earth slowly retracted their dharma forms, turning back to normal size and disappearing into the Void Realm.

The myriad domains of the Immortal Realm fell into dead silence, leaving only boundless murderous aura and fearful stillness.

A moment later, buzzing sounds arose everywhere.

The Immortal Kings looked at each other in dismay, shocked and uncertain.

”Heavenly Court... Heavenly Emperor...”

”Cang Di... dead? The Five Ancestors of Buddhism are also dead?”

”This Immortal Realm is truly about to change.”

Some clever Immortal Kings immediately restrained their auras and bowed from afar in the direction of the Heavenly Court to show submission.

Those who were unwilling, after a long silence, finally lowered their heads.

Even with the combined efforts of Cang Di, Emperor Haotian, and the Five Ancestors of Buddhism, they were wiped out; what could they, these small fries, do?

The new order of the Immortal Realm was officially established from this moment on.

...

The proclamation from the two towering dharma forms of Long Da and Ming He rolled over every inch of the Immortal Realm like thunder.

The auspicious signs of the spiritual rain and golden lotus had not yet dissipated, and the lingering warmth of blood and fire remained; no one wanted to court disaster at this time.

The old remnants of the Immortal Court were the first to bow their heads.

With Cang Di dead and the tiance seal shattered, the hundreds of Immortal domains of the Immortal Court were leaderless.

Those Star Gods, Immortal Kings, Golden Immortals, and Profound Immortals of all sizes were not without private discussions, but when a trace of Long Da’s Divine Sense swept across the entire former territory of the Immortal Court.

When the cold light of that heaven-opening axe lit up again, all voices were swallowed back into their stomachs.

The Divine Court was the same.

Emperor Haotian had fallen, the record of deification turned into dust, and the various Divine Generals and God Kings looked at each other, eventually kneeling together in the direction of the Heavenly Court.

Those who understand the times are outstanding; this saying is equally applicable in the Immortal Realm.

The reaction of the Buddhist sect was the most subtle.

The Five Ancestors were all executed, the Western Buddhist Land had lost its highest combat power, and the remaining Bodhisattvas and Arhats gathered at the former site of the Great Leiyin Temple, chanting the Rebirth Mantra for three days and three nights.

After chanting, the leading Great Bodhisattvas set off for the Heavenly Court, offering the Buddhist Legacy and Magic Treasures, expressing their willingness to be bound by the heavenly Laws.

As for the Yao Race and Demon Race, the Barbarian Ancestor Demon Emperor had already submitted, the Hunyuan Demon Emperor had been turned into ashes, and the Demon Emperor Geng Kui had suffered Soul Flying Away and Spirit Scattering; the remaining Demonic Lords and Yao Kings were like trees falling and monkeys scattering.

Some voluntarily submitted, some hid in deep mountains and old forests, and some tried to unite to resist.

For those who resisted, Long Da didn’t even need to use his axe; a casual wave of his hand wiped them out completely.

From then on, there was no longer a distinction between the Immortal Court, Divine Court, Buddhist sect, Yao Race, and Demon Race in the Immortal Realm. There was only one Heavenly Court, reigning supreme over all.

The heavenly Laws were promulgated accordingly.

These heavenly Laws were extraordinary; the core was only four words — great harmony under heaven.

What is meant by great harmony under heaven? It is actually quite simple.

Those with profound cultivation must not use their own cultivation to bully others.

Immortal Kings cannot kill Golden Immortals at will, Golden Immortals cannot enslave Human Immortals, and Human Immortals cannot bully Mortals.

The level of cultivation is only the result of personal Opportunity and effort, not a capital for acting tyrannically.

In the Mortal kingdoms within the Immortal domains, the imperial system was gradually abolished.

The Son of Heaven? No longer needed.

It was replaced by a parliamentary system.

Representatives from all classes were elected to discuss state affairs together.

Mortals have their own parliament, Cultivators have their own parliament; big and small matters are discussed openly on the table, rather than being decided by one person.

Resource allocation, ownership of spiritual lands, and inheritance of Magic Treasures all have Laws to follow and rules to abide by.

The strong cannot monopolize everything, and the weak also have a path to ascend.

Under the heavenly Laws, all living beings are equal.

At least at the legal level, they are equal.

Of course, the actual gap brought about by cultivation still exists.

But if anyone relies on their cultivation to forcibly seize things, the iron fist of the Heavenly Court will fall upon their head.

This set of things, placed in the Immortal Realm, could be described as earth-shattering.

Since ancient times, the Immortal Realm has practiced the Law of the jungle, where the strong are respected.

Why could Cang Di and Emperor Haotian rule a region? It was nothing more than having big enough fists.

Why could the Buddhist sect establish a sect? It was only because the Five Ancestors were strong enough.

As for those Immortal Kings and Golden Immortals, which one of them didn’t climb up by stepping on the bones of countless Cultivators?

Now, suddenly saying there should be equality and parliaments made many veteran Immortal Kings frown.

But frowning was just frowning; no one dared to say a word of dissent.

Because the person responsible for promoting these systems was none other than Gu Yan’s other External Incarnation — the good body Immortal Emperor Yuan Fang.

Immortal Emperor Yuan Fang had not come to the Immortal Realm with Ming He before.

He had been developing the Great Alliance of the Heavens and Universe in other Major Thousand Worlds for a long time, polishing a complete system of equality, co-governance, and mutual aid to perfection.

Now that the overall situation in the Immortal Realm was settled, he led the core members of the alliance and marched into this brand-new world in a grand manner.
