“By the way, have you redecorated the square? Let me take a look.” Gu Xijiu loosened herself from him and teleported away.

Di Fuyi was stunned momentarily. He hated her teleportation, as she kept slipping through his fingers without any notice.

Gu Xijiu arrived at the square right away and was immediately shocked.

It was a starry, starry sky. Countless glittering stars brightened the entire atmosphere.

The atrium was like a high-powered telescope, enabling her to not only see the planets but their orbits as well. The stars were not just their usual white and cold colors. She could see all the colorful planets; each shone in their own vivid radiance. There were blue, white, yellow and even green colors everywhere.

Some shone very brightly like a fireworks display. Some were dull and dim. Others were soft and glistening. There were too many stars to enumerate.

She stood in the middle of the square and felt as though she was floating within the starry sky, surrounded by an enormous sum of stars that were circling each other in their own orbits.

The two big stars in the middle caught her attention. Unlike the other monotone stars, the two big stars were glittering in a seven-colored ray. They were located right next to one another. The seven-colored ray shone brightly from the body of the stars, lightening up the entire sky.

Some smaller stars surrounded each of the giant stars, forming two different solar systems. It was breathtaking!

Gu Xijiu stared at the two big stars fixedly and refused to look away.

Soon, Di Fuyi landed by her side. He, too, looked up and observed the two giant stars. Then, he turned to look at her bright, curious eyes that were more attractive. He kept his composure and asked, “What are you looking at?”

Gu Xijiu pulled him down and sat next to him. “The two stars are so beautiful,” she exclaimed while pointing at them.

Di Fuyi responded with a smile. “Yes, they are very beautiful. Hmm, what do you think about the two stars?”

Gu Xijiu lied down on the sling chair and swayed back and forth. “What thoughts should I have about them? They are adjacent to one another. Together, they brighten up the entire sky. They look pretty harmonious.”

Di Fuyi lied down next to her. “I remember that there is a saying, stating that there cannot be two suns in the sky. Likewise, there cannot be two kings in the kingdom. Hence, if there are two bright stars in the sky, will they fight?”

Gu Xijiu responded ironically, “You don’t know about it, do you? There cannot be two suns in the sky? In fact, there are lots and lots of stars out there that are even brighter and hotter than our sun, possibly bigger. In that case, the sky does not only have a Sun but many, many other suns as well. It is just that our Sun is the closest star we have in our visual proximity. The sky is a vast expanse of space, probably boundless. The two stars are not the only ones. We can safely assume there are hundreds of them in the sky, each with their own orbits, so none of them will ever collide.”

Casually, Gu Xijiu told him more about the sky. Suddenly, a thought came to her mind. “By the way, I once heard from you, saying that the sky is an image that corresponds to the people. The biggest star in the sky must be you, right? Ah, I remember correctly that there were only one big, and seven-colored stars eight years ago. When did this one appear?”

She continued to observe the two big stars and finally came to a sudden realization. “Am I the other big star? Hanging next to each other, they look like a pair.”

Di Fuyi did not answer immediately. Hesitantly, he clung to her shoulder and said, “How smart! The other one could be you.”

Gu Xijiu was amused. “It has to be me! Only I can be your match.”
