The Billionaire's Heir I Never Knew Was Mine

For a second, Sienna wondered if she had misheard him.

”We’re... not going home?” She asked.

Zachary simply nodded. A mysterious smile appeared on his lips, making her even more curious.

”Zach, why are we not going home?”

Instead of explaining, he calmly stood from his chair and walked around the table.

Stopping beside her, he leaned down until they were almost face to face.

One hand rested lightly on the arm of her chair while the other gently pulled the chair just enough to turn her toward him.

Without realizing it, Sienna found herself completely surrounded by Zachary.

She looked up into his eyes.

His gaze was deep. But it emanated warmth, affection, and an unmistakable excitement.

As he slowly leaned closer, her heartbeat began to quicken.

She could feel the warmth of his breath and suddenly became very aware of how close they were. Unable to stop herself, she swallowed nervously.

”Zach,” she whispered with an embarrassed smile, ”we’re still in a restaurant. Can you behave yourself?”

He only smiled wider.

Curious, Sienna glanced over her shoulder, expecting to see the staff nearby. Instead, she froze. The restaurant was completely quiet.

There wasn’t a single employee in sight. It was as though everyone had quietly disappeared, leaving the entire place just for the two of them.

She looked back at Zachary in surprise.

His face moved a little closer until only a small distance remained between them.

”We’re not going home tonight,” he whispered, his voice low and teasing, ”because we’re leaving for our honeymoon.”

Sienna stared at him in complete disbelief.

For a moment, her mind went completely blank.

’A honeymoon...?’

She hadn’t expected those words at all.

’We’re leaving... tonight?’

Questions instantly rushed through her mind one after another, leaving her too stunned to form a proper sentence.

She parted her lips, wanting to ask where they were going, when he had planned it, and how he had managed to keep such a huge surprise from her.

Before a single word could escape, Zachary gently closed the distance between them and captured her lips in a tender kiss.

It wasn’t rushed. It was warm, lingering, and full of quiet affection, carrying all the excitement he had been holding back since the beginning of their date.

As Sienna slowly relaxed into the kiss, she found herself smiling against his lips, her surprise giving way to happiness as she realized their first date together was only the beginning of an even more unforgettable journey.

...

Zachary continued to surprise Sienna.

The moment they stepped out of The Corner Table Restaurant, she instinctively looked around for Logan. To her surprise, he was nowhere in sight. Instead, only Zachary’s sleek sports car was parked near the restaurant entrance, waiting for them beneath the soft glow of the lights.

She glanced at Zachary and smiled as he walked ahead to open the passenger door for her.

”Thank you, honey,” she said playfully before sliding into her seat.

After settling comfortably inside, Sienna watched him circle the front of the car and get behind the wheel. There was something effortlessly attractive about the way he moved with quiet confidence, making her smile to herself.

She quickly fastened her seatbelt before turning toward him again.

Without wasting any time, Zachary started the engine and smoothly guided the sports car onto the main road.

The city lights gradually passed by outside the windows as the car blended into the flow of evening traffic.

”So,” Sienna asked, growing curious, ”where are we going?”

As expected, Zachary didn’t answer directly.

Instead, he smiled that same mysterious smile she had already learned to recognize. While keeping one hand on the steering wheel, he briefly reached over with the other and gently brushed her cheek with his thumb.

His touch was warm and affectionate.

Sienna couldn’t help giggling.

Then she suddenly remembered something that made her smile disappear.

She immediately caught his hand and gently lowered it from her face before looking at him with exaggerated seriousness.

”Please don’t make me ride your helicopter,” she pleaded. ”I’m really not a fan of those things.”

A low chuckle filled the car almost instantly.

Zachary stole a brief glance at her before returning his attention to the road.

”Don’t worry, my wife,” he replied with an amused smile. ”I still remember.”

His reassuring answer made her relax.

After a brief silence, he asked, ”Are you really that curious about where we’re going?”

Sienna let out a quiet sigh and looked out the windshield.

Even though it was already close to ten at night, the roads were still busy with traffic. As the familiar buildings became fewer, she realized they were gradually leaving the city behind.

”Hmm... of course I am.” She turned to him again. ”I can tell we’re heading toward the coast.”

Zachary nodded. ”We’re going to my island.”

Sienna blinked several times. An immediate question now danced in her mind: ’His island? At this hour?’

She looked down at herself almost instinctively.

She was still wearing her cream-colored dress, black stilettos, and a light coat that covered her shoulders.

If she had known they were going to the island tonight, she definitely would have chosen something much more comfortable to wear.

At least she had brought a proper coat. Otherwise, she was certain she would freeze before the morning sun arose.

The thought made her laugh quietly to herself.

Still, as they continued driving toward the harbor, another realization slowly settled into her mind.

They weren’t simply going to his island. They were going there for their honeymoon.

The thought alone made her heartbeat quicken.

Sooner or later, they would finally consummate their marriage.

Even though they had already shared countless intimate moments together, this felt different. This was the beginning of their honeymoon, a moment they had both quietly looked forward to ever since they became husband and wife.

The anticipation made her both excited and nervous, and the two feelings mixed so well that she didn’t know how to react.

Sensing her silence, Zachary glanced at her briefly.

”May I know what was on your mind now?”

Sienna quickly looked away.

”Nothing serious.”

He smiled knowingly. ”My wife isn’t very good at lying.”

She laughed softly. ”I really wasn’t lying.”

”No?”
