Martial Arts: I Have Diligence Reward System

Chapter 530: Chapter 202: Carrying a Stick, Stirring Up Trouble with the Yangxiang Race

”Who did the Blue Eagle Combat Camp trade the Original Liquid of the Young Dragon with? The government of Jiangyuan Country?”

Su Yue asked with a cold face.

Although Su Yue was not deeply familiar with international affairs, he knew that Jiangyuan Country also had a Research Institute.

Moreover, the Spirit Pool was within Jiangyuan Country’s borders, and if they deciphered a substitute for the Marked Wax, a plethora of martial artists in Jiangyuan Country would inevitably emerge.

At that time, it would not just be at the fourth tier.

For the Divine Land, this was not good news.

If you are weak, you can seek help from the Divine Land, and the Divine Land could appropriately dispatch assistance.

But if you steal from the Divine Land to empower yourself, you are undeniably provoking it in the worst way.

”You’re mistaken. The government of Jiangyuan Country does not have the guts for that.

Actually, the situation might be even graver than you think. If my judgement is correct, the final destination of the Original Liquid of the Young Dragon has to be the Yangxiang Race.

After all, the Yangxiang Race has also been researching methods to cultivate their younger generation. They’ve even achieved many results, but most are untenable. The Divine Land Research Institute’s Original Liquid of the Young Dragon might give them some inspiration and direction.

Of course, this is uncertain, and maybe the Original Liquid of the Young Dragon is not suitable for the Yangxiang Race.”

Liu Yizhou said.

”What about the liquid? Has it already ended up in the hands of the Yangxiang Race?”

Su Yue frowned.

He had long heard that the Yangxiang Race was particularly arrogant overseas.

Unexpectedly, they managed to transport even the Divine Land Research Institute’s items, which was utterly unforgivable.

”Not yet.

Furthermore, I have already pinpointed the buyer; it’s a young master from a conglomerate within Jiangyuan Country who is single-handedly in control. Currently, the Original Liquid of the Young Dragon is still in Jiangyuan Country.

As soon as the opportunity arises, I will kill and retrieve the Original Liquid of the Young Dragon.

I’ve silenced the Blue Eagle Combat Camp, causing panic in Jiangyuan Country, and the conglomerate now dares not connect with the Yangxiang Race.”

Liu Yizhou said.

”Godfather, when will you act?

”Are we going to bear the infamy of murder, only to be extradited back to the Divine Land for trial?”

Su Yue suddenly realized.

The Wei Yuan Corps is an expeditionary combat troop; besides dealing with the alien races in the humid territories, they generally cannot interfere in Jiangyuan Country’s affairs.

For the Wei Yuan Corps to take action, a pretext is needed.

”Exactly, you all are the scapegoats; when the time comes, the Divine Land will extradite you back to show the United Council, and then you’ll receive honors or go about your business as usual; no one can interfere.

But whether the Original Liquid of the Young Dragon can be successfully retrieved is still uncertain.

I can destroy the Original Liquid of the Young Dragon at any time to ensure it doesn’t fall into the hands of the Yangxiang Race. That’s not hard. But what I want is to acquire it in full, so I must await the opportunity.”

Liu Yizhou nodded.

”Wait, that’s not right!

The Divine Land Research Institute, having its critical research results stolen, theoretically could deploy the Zhenqin Corps’ foreign station group to investigate.

The Wei Yuan Corps is an expeditionary combat troop and doesn’t have arrest rights, but the Zhenqin Corps does.

You could completely hand the case over to the Zhenqin Corps and let them apprehend the culprits early.”

Su Yue suddenly reacted.

Relying on the Wei Yuan Corps to find the Original Liquid of the Young Dragon is too passive.

If the Zhenqin Corps took action, why make us scapegoats?

Although being scapegoats is not a very significant issue, and even an opportunity to earn merit, it’s entirely superfluous.

”Su Yue, how many military department medals have you accumulated?”

Liu Yizhou didn’t directly answer Su Yue’s question but looked up at him and suddenly asked.

”Um... not yet thirty.”

Su Yue was a bit taken aback by the question.

”Impressive.

At such a young age, you’ve already made such contributions for the Divine Land; you are currently the first, not daring to say no successors, but certainly without predecessors.”

Liu Yizhou exclaimed in admiration.

This was true praise, as Su Yue indeed created a miracle.

Military department medals are not awarded lightly; without immense contributions, don’t even think about it.

”Godfather, why did you suddenly ask me this?”

Su Yue frowned.

”It’s not enough.

I know why you work so hard. You want to use sufficient merit to exchange for your father’s freedom, right?”

Liu Yizhou looked pensively at Su Yue:

”Unfortunately, there is only a fifty percent chance.

You might think 1,000 military medals are enough.

Unfortunately, you’re somewhat oversimplifying matters; the Cabinet’s mindset is different from yours.

The Divine Land governs by law; Su Qingfeng was granted an exception once; he has since become an inviolable taboo. Even now, when the Divine Land Court sentences death row inmates, there are prisoner lawyers defending using Su Qingfeng’s case as a precedent.

Su Qingfeng exchanged a lifetime of merit and Marshal Yuan Longhan’s guarantee for a life sentence.

Over 1,000 military department medals can hardly make the Cabinet tear apart the law in public again. Moreover, the Elixir Group is also watching intently, making it all the more difficult.

But don’t be discouraged; I hope you continue. With medals comes hope; keep it up!

You are a filial child.”

Liu Yizhou stood up, patted Su Yue gently on the head.

Through the window, his eyes gazed into the distance, somewhat lost in thought.

”Godfather, why did you suddenly bring up my dad?”

Su Yue was even more puzzled.

”I secretly captured the Blue Eagle Combat Camp and fabricated some clues to lead the Zhenqin Corps’ pursuit towards the pirates.

With such a significant event at the Research Institute, how could the Zhenqin Corps stand by and do nothing, only their thoughts were skewed by me.

Only I know the transporter is the Blue Eagle Combat Camp, and the Zhenqin Corps still believes it’s pirates.”
