Chapter 1875 1875: Neko-chanʼs Journey Part I

”Come and follow me. We need to treat the wound. You can not let this wound like that. If you do that, you might lose your hand.” The teacher played such psychology to the Shihong boy. Hearing he might lose his hand, the Shihong boy quickly followed his teacher for the treatment. The teacher also called animal control to catch the cat. Neko-chan already left the place. She walked away and arrived at a park. She saw a lot of humans walking around with their dogs. She knew this was a dog park. She was a cat now. It was not wise to stay here. Other dogs might come over and attack her. Well, she was not afraid of being hurt. She was just afraid that she accidentally hurt the dogs. ”Oh... it is a cat. Come here, kitty.” A human spotted her and attempted to rub her head. She quickly jumped over avoiding the hand. Only her master could do that. ”Oh... it is scary that I want to touch it.” The human said to her friend. ”Look at its neck. She has its owner.” The friend said. ”That meant she is clean and can sell at a good price.” The human said.

”You can not do that.” The friend tried to talk some sense to her friend.

”This cat probably ran away from its home. There is no residence area around. Meaning the owner of this cat can give up finding this cat anymore.” The human said again.

Neko-chan looked at the human. This human was not only ugly outside, she was ugly inside. Neko-chan just looked at the human while raising her head. It was like she was telling the human that she was not bothered by the human and the human would not get to catch her. Neko-chan then started to walk away from the human. Seeing the cat was about to escape, the human began to rush to the catʼs side to catch it. ”Kitty, come over here. You should come to my side. I will prepare some treats for you.” The human tried sweet-talking Neko-chan. Neko-chan turned to the human once.

The human thought she managed to get Neko-chan attention. She took out some cat treats from her bag. ”Come here. You will get some delicious treat.” The human swung the treat to get Neko-chanʼs attention. ”You even bring that around?” The friend asked when she saw the treat on the hand.

Neko-chan was not bored anymore. She would go along with this human and see what she wanted to do to her.

Neko-chan began to approach her. The human saw this and opened the treat. She handed out the treat to Neko-chan.

Neko-chan saw the video where the cat did when facing the treat. She followed the act and started to lick the treat. The human saw this and smiled. She wanted to pat the cat. However, the cat seemed to be startled as she avoided the hand and looked at the human.

”This cat seemed to dislike to be patted.” Her friend asked.

”Okay... okay... I will not pat you. Come over here. The treat is yours.” The human swung the treat again. Neko-chan acted like a cat and started to approach the treat again. ”Come here. You will have more to eat if you follow us.” The human said. Neko-chan started to follow the human. ”It follows us.” The friend said. ”Hmm... Letʼs bring it to our house first.” The human said.

They walked while Neko-chan followed them. They believed that Neko-chan followed them because she was hungry and wanted to eat more. Neko-chan walked them into the house. In the house, they could see there were a lot of cats inside the cage. ”Come here. It will be your home temporarily.” The human opened an empty cage and encouraged Neko-chan to enter the cage.

Neko-chan wanted to roll her eyes to the human. She wanted to leave.

”Close the door.” The human shouted to her friend. The friend immediately closed the door stopping Neko-chanʼs attempt to escape. ”Kitty, come here and enter this cage. I will get you a new house after I find the buyer that wants to buy you.” The human grinned. Of course, Neko-chan would not listen to the talk. She jumped to the gap in the ceiling and stayed there.

”You little... Come down right now.” The human shouted when she saw Neko-chan sitting on the gap in the ceiling. ”How about you lure him with another treat?” The friend suggested.

”Oh, yes. Good nice.” The human nodded.

She began to lure Neko-chan with the snack. Neko-chan looked at the human and ignored her. She called Yu Qi. Yu Qi answered it.

”Hmm... Yes...” Yu Qi said.

”Master, I think I am in trouble,” Neko-chan said it.

”What happened?” Yu Qi asked.

”Well, I am about to be sold by humans,” Neko-chan said. ”You must be boring and decide to walk into their trap. Then, now you can not escape, right?” Yu Qi guessed.

Neko-chan was silent as she listened to her Masterʼs words. It was like Master predicted. She then heard her master sigh.

”Turn on your location. I will go and get you.” Yu Qi said.

”Yes, Master.” Neko-chan grinned.

She was happy that her master would not abandon her. As for now, she would be going to wait. It was not like these humans could do anything to her.
