Chapter 1758 1758: Suspicious Island

”I am sorry to let you experience this kind of thing. I donʼt know that she was like that.” Xia Zi Qie quickly apologized to his girlfriend about Huang Yanyu.

”Donʼt worry about that. I donʼt care. However, I am kind of pleased about something.” Feng Yue said.

”Pleased about something? What is it?” Xia Zi Qie was confused.

People would often dislike to be in that situation. Why did his girlfriend seem to like it?

”Because turned out, my boyfriend was so famous that he even had an admirer.” Feng Yue stated.

Xia Zi Qie felt embarrassed when hearing his girlfriend put it that way. ”Stop thinking like that.” Xia Zi Qie coughed to cover his embarrassment. Xia Zi Qie pulled Feng Yueʼs hand and walked away. Feng Yue was smiling as she walked behind Xia Zi Qie. She liked to see the embarrassed Xia Zi Qie from time to time. It was so cute. That night, when Xia Zi Qi was in the bathroom, Feng Yue called Yu Qi to tell her about the story.

”He is so cute when he is embarrassed. I could not help but to tease him.” Feng Yue commented.

Yu Qi laughed when she heard Feng Yueʼs comment. It was kind of funny to think about their interaction. ”You better not go overboard. You might not know that what a man could do.” Yu Qi advised.

”I am not scared. My boyfriend is so cute. And I want to eat him.” Feng Yue said with hesitation. When she was saying that, Xia Zi Qie just came out of the bathroom. He heard that statement. Feng Yue was surprised. She did not mean to say that for him to hear that. ”You finished bathing?” Feng Yue said.

”Hmm... I am ready to be eaten.” Xia Zi Qie said.

Feng Yue was surprised when she heard that. She forgot that Yu Qi was on the line. She threw the phone and jumped onto his boyfriend.

Yu Qi who was on the line, heard the word, was stunned. She heard some noises and the call ended there. ”Well, she must been eating his boyfriend right now.” Yu Qi commented and chuckled.

”Hmm... You want to eat me?” Long Hui appeared from behind.

”Ah... You!” Yu Qi was surprised.

”Hmm... What do you think when you say something like that?” Long Hui lifted his eyebrow.

”I was talking with Feng Yue. She said she wanted to eat his boyfriend.” Yu Qi said and laughed.

”Oh, then, why donʼt you eat me too?” Long Hui said provocatively.

”You seduce me again.” Yu Qi narrowed her eyes.

”Hmm... Indeed.” Long Hui nodded.

....

”You mean you find a suspicious island in the south?” Yu Qi asked.

They were having breakfast when Long Hui told her about the suspicious island.

”Yeah. It seems there have been a lot of trips going to the islands. Some of the people went to the islands when missing. The military wants me to go and investigate it. However, I can not go as a soldier but a tourist.” Long Hui stated.

”So, you want to ask me to join you to make it like we are on vacation?” Yu Qi suggested.

”Hmm...” Long Hui nodded.

”Sure... Why not? Going together somewhere with you makes me happy.” Yu Qi agreed.

”Thank you, Qi Qi.” Long Hui smiled.

”What is the situation?” Yu Qi wanted to know the details.

”The island is quite big. It seems there were a lot of missing people reported through this year.” Long Hui explained. ”Only this year?” Yu Qi asked.

”Hmm... Even the authorities there could not handle the situation. Their tourism sector had been affected. That is why the military going to get involved.” Long Hui stated.

”Since we are going undercover, we need to disguise ourselves.” Yu Qi said.

”Hmm...” Long Hui sighed.

Putting a mask on the face was not a very pleasant thing to do, especially in the long run. He also did not want his fiance to suffer like that.

”I am sorry, Qi Qi. To make you wear the mask.” Long Hui sighed.

”No worries. I donʼt mind. When will we going to go there?” Yu Qi asked.

”This weekend.” Long Hui stated.

”Sweet. I will prepare.” Yu Qi said.

She looked at the time. ”It is about time. I am going to leave now.” ”I will send you to your workplace.” Long Hui said. So, Long Hui sent Yu Qi right at the entrance. Since it was a morning shift, there were a lot of staff who just arrived to begin their work.

When Yu Qi stepped out of the vehicle, people were looking at them since it was a military vehicle. They already could guess who owned the vehicle.

Long Hui rolled down the mirror. ”I will pick you up later.” Long Hui said.

”Hmm... Take care of yourself.” Yu Qi nodded.

The vehicle left. ”Good morning, Doctor Yu Qi.” Liang Xiurong, the nurse who took care of Elder Mong greeted her.

”Hmm... Good morning.” Yu Qi replied.

”Doctor Yu Qi, I am jealous of you having a boyfriend like that.” Liang Xiurong said.

”Then, you should find someone. Good morning.” Zhu Meixiu was also just clocked in.

”Where can I find a boyfriend like Doctor Yu Qiʼs fiance?” Liang Xiurong sighed.

”Of course, you canʼt. He is the only one in the world, right Doctor Yu Qi?” Zhu Meixiu said.

Liang Xiurong laughed. ”That is right.” ”You guys...” Yu Qi was kind of embarrassed when she was the main topic.
