I reported you for selling fake medicine. If I stop selling it, why are you crying?

Chapter 310 Are You the Boss?Chapter 310 Are You the Boss?

Exercised all night.

The next day, Guan Jing went to work and Cheng Ming also got up early. He came to the room where the cages were stored and found that dozens of geckos had died.

He wasn’t surprised either.

He quietly took out the dead geckos and began to prepare them skillfully, turning them into medicinal materials.

Only then did he leave Wanghai Pavilion and come to the medicine garden.

There is a small forest near the medicine garden, which is also the land of Zhangjia Village.

Cheng Ming discussed it with Lao Zhang and others, and easily rented a piece of forest, and then directly called the construction team.

Small-scale breeding farms were started.

Because Cheng Ming’s requirements were not high, it would not take much time to create a habitat for more than 200 geckos to survive.

Once the funds are in place, the farm will be built soon.

After instructing the construction team on precautions, Cheng Ming accepted the next task.

[Task (I): Find 10 kilograms of eel grass. Success will reward mission points.]

[Explanation: Qiyu Town in Lake City is known as the Thousand Lake Town. At the bottom of some lakes in Qiyu Town grows a kind of water grass called Eel Grass, which is an extremely rare special medicinal material. This water grass often grows in the rocks at the bottom of the lake at a depth of ten meters or less.]

Lake City?

Cheng Ming had heard of this city before. It was about 700 to 800 kilometers due north of Haicheng.

What surprised Cheng Ming was that this mission actually came with a weight requirement.

One hundred kilograms is a lot.

Cheng Ming didn’t know whether this kind of aquatic grass was difficult to find, but one hundred kilograms should be a lot.

That night.

Cheng Ming first searched the city of Hucheng on the Internet. It turned out that Hucheng is also known as the City of Ten Thousand Lakes. There are countless lakes in the area where this city is located, so it got its name.

It is said that in many villages and towns here, many families don’t even have a car, but they definitely have a boat.

This is of course an exaggeration, but it also indirectly illustrates how much water there is in that place.

Another day passed.

Cheng Ming came to Hucheng alone.

The Wrangler I rented before had been returned a long time ago, and as usual, I rented another car, this time a G-Class.

Then I searched for ”diving club” on the map of Lake City, but only a few training bases came out. The only real diving club was the Blue Sea Diving Club.

I never expected that a city with so many lakes would only have one diving club?

But it seems quite normal.

Diving mostly takes place in the sea, and there isn’t much of a market in inland cities, so it’s reasonable that similar clubs are difficult to get into.

Besides, Hucheng is just a small city, like a small county town, and the market is even smaller.

Cheng Ming drove a G-Class to the so-called ”Blue Sea Diving Club”. After arriving at the location, he found that this place was in an old neighborhood. There were some old shops on the first floor, and several shops on the second floor were connected.

The Blue Sea Diving Club rents such a floor.

When Cheng Ming finally found this place after going through so much trouble, he felt like he was meeting his online crush in person.

Isn’t this so different from the club he imagined?

The door to the club was right next to the stairs. It was made of wood and looked shabby.

The door was closed and there was not even a gatekeeper.

That’s right, there’s no need to hire security guards for such a small club.

Cheng Ming went up to knock on the door. When the door panel shook, under the sunlight, a layer of dust could be seen rising from the door panel.
After a minute, the door opened.

He was a sloppy young man, looking thin and as if he hadn’t taken care of himself for more than ten days.

”What do you want?” the young man asked.

”Are you the owner of the Blue Sea Diving Club?” Cheng Ming asked back.

”To be precise, I used to be a boss, but not anymore. I’m just an unemployed vagrant,” the young man explained.

Ah? Cheng Ming was stunned.

”Are you looking for a diver?” the young man asked.

”Yes.” Cheng Ming said.

”You’re a little late. My business has gone bankrupt,” said the young man.

Ah this
Cheng Ming was stunned. Bankrupt? This.
Seeing Cheng Ming’s unconvincing look, the young man said, ”Really? It just closed down last month. Look, this is just my temporary residence now.”

After he said that, he moved aside a little so that Cheng Ming could see what was going on inside.

Cheng Ming took a look and saw some messy equipment piled up at the entrance. They seemed to be all equipment for diving?
A little way inside the pile of equipment, there was a retractable bed, a cool mat, a quilt, an electric fan, and a small plastic stool beside the bed. The instant noodles on the stool were still steaming.

Obviously, the young man was eating instant noodles just now.

”Hehe, the club couldn’t continue to operate and closed down. The lease hasn’t expired yet and no one is taking over, so I’m staying here temporarily.”

Although the young man was in a miserable situation, he seemed quite optimistic and had a smile on his face while explaining.

Cheng Ming was a little depressed.

There is only one diving club in the whole city. If we can’t find divers here, don’t we have to go to the next city?

It takes 150 kilometers from here to the next city!

What’s more, it may not be possible to find one in other cities. Even if you find one, you don’t know how long it will take to come and work, so it will be troublesome after all.

Cheng Ming was not discouraged and asked, ”Do you have any local divers in your club? I want to hire them and I’ll pay a high price.”

”This...” The young boss hesitated.

He originally wanted to ask the people in front of him to leave, because all the divers had left, and some of them had already left the city, making it difficult to find them.

Besides, the club is gone and everyone is looking for a new job. Who would come back and waste their time just for one or two business deals?
”How much is it?” the young man asked.

”How did you charge for hiring people to do tasks in the past?” Cheng Ming asked.

The young man thought about it and deliberately said a higher number: ”Five hundred, not counting equipment consumption.”

Cheng Ming thought about it seriously and felt that there was nothing he could do about it despite the high cost, as only divers could do this job.

If he had master-level diving skills, he could go on his own, but unfortunately, among the dozen or so master-level skills, none of them was related to diving.

”Five hundred an hour? That’s too expensive.” Cheng Mingdao.

”It’s quite expensive. Huh?”

”Then I’ll pay one thousand per hour! Can you let the local divers help me?” Cheng Ming asked.

”Oh, oh, okay.”

The young boss was a little confused. After he finished speaking, he looked at the big brother in front of him in shock. He was wondering who this rich man was from. It seemed that he didn’t know much about this industry.
But since others have offered such a high price, it would be a waste not to make this money.

At worst, we can be more serious and provide better service.
As for whether the divers who have already left their jobs will come back to have fun, money talks! Those people are ordinary people who also need to make a living, not to mention that they just lost their jobs not long ago.

I believe they will not be able to refuse such a high-paying and easy part-time job!

The young boss smiled and stretched out his hand: ”Let me introduce myself. My name is Deng Haiyang.”

”Cheng Ming.” Cheng Ming also stretched out his hand.
