Investiture of the Gods Xiao Sheng, the Poor Taoist Priest, Even Rogue Cultivators Have Human Rights

Chapter 63: Zhunti’s secret plan, the prelude to the catastrophe!Chapter 63: Zhunti’s secret plan, the prelude to the catastrophe!
Just as Xiao Sheng was looking for opportunities with the help of the Wheel of Cause and Effect, in the west of the prehistoric world, beside the Eight Treasures Merit Pond in the Holy Land of the Pope, the saint Zhunti was preaching to a group of disciples.

In the ancient times, there were a total of six saints of heaven, and Zhunti and Jie Yin were among them, and they were in charge of the Western sects.

When the saint preached, he was extremely powerful and his words were eloquent. Immediately, the sound of the vast avenue echoed between heaven and earth, resonating with all the other avenues and giving rise to countless strange visions.

The ceiling is bright, golden springs are gushing, yin and yang are blending, the five elements are flowing, earth, fire, water and wind are churning, chaotic vitality is surging, and the scene is magnificent.

At this moment, the spiritual energy between heaven and earth seemed to be endowed with spirituality, and turned into a series of great road scenes: real dragons coiled, phoenixes soared, unicorns presented auspicious signs, Kunpeng soared...

The disciples who listened to the Tao teachings were all immersed in the endless rhythm of the Tao, with expressions of joy on their faces as if they had glimpsed the great Dao.

Some disciples suddenly became enlightened, while others gained some understanding. No matter how much they gained, those Dao images transformed from the spiritual energy of heaven and earth actually poured into their bodies and turned into pure power, which enabled the disciples’ cultivation to advance by leaps and bounds in a short period of time.

This is a grand spectacle of spiritual practice, rarely seen in the world.

If a casual cultivator saw this, he would probably be jealous and envious.

After all, the advantages of being able to practice in a saint’s dojo are incomparable.

Zhunti was fully engaged in teaching and imparting knowledge, without showing any sign of fatigue. However, at this moment, he suddenly felt something in his mind and stopped talking abruptly.

boom!
As his words came to an abrupt end, the world changed rapidly. Thousands of strange images disappeared like a dream bubble, the image of the Great Dao collapsed, and the various Dao rhymes drifted away.

The disciples seemed to have awakened from a grand dream, and faced with the end of the sermon, they all expressed deep attachment and reluctance.

At this moment, Zhunti’s gaze was not on them, but he was concentrating on calculating with his fingers, with a hint of deep wisdom flashing in his eyes.

”As expected, a new round of catastrophe is about to begin in the prehistoric world, and the evil spirit between heaven and earth has become increasingly strong.”

Zhunti whispered to himself, his mind churning. As the fusion of the origin of the causal demon god and the innate Gengjin Bodhi, he was good at planning and had no omissions since his birth.

Looking back to the time of the witch-lich catastrophe, it was he who secretly released the ten golden crows imprisoned by the Emperor of Heaven, making them fly to the prehistoric land, thus triggering conflicts with great witches such as Kuafu and Houyi, and ultimately setting off the entire witch-lich catastrophe.

Now, a new catastrophe is brewing again. He will naturally not miss this chaotic situation. He will definitely make a move in it to gain benefits.

hum!
In a flash, Zhunti activated the power of deduction, and endless light bloomed around her body. Behind her, a towering giant tree suddenly appeared - an ancient Bodhi tree, with dense leaves shining brightly.

Soon, a mysterious feeling quietly emerged in Zhunti’s heart, causing him to whisper softly: ”Yang Tianyou...”

It turned out that he had just figured out that the key figure in this catastrophe was a creature named Yang Tianyou, who was currently an outer disciple of the Western Religion.

Yang Tianyou was originally a disciple of the Wuzhuang Temple in Wanshou Mountain, but his cultivation aptitude was mediocre and he had not made any breakthroughs after years of hard practice. He was greedy and wanted to steal the ginseng fruit to help his cultivation, but was discovered by the Wuzhuang Temple.

Zhen Yuanzi was compassionate and did not kill him, but only expelled him from the sect. Since then, Yang Tianyou came to the Western Sect and became an outer disciple. Due to his poor qualifications, he has been unknown. The reason why Yang Tianyou became the key is that he has a certain cause and effect entanglement with the current Lord of Heaven, Haotian Jade Emperor. By cleverly using Yang Tianyou, you can set up a chess game and set a trap for Haotian Jade Emperor.

Zhunti’s eyes swept across the edge of the group of disciples who were listening to the teachings, and locked onto a young man. This man had a handsome face, but he could not hide his cunning look.

After just one glance, Zhunti frowned slightly. Yang Tianyou was mediocre in both talent and character.

However, since it has been found out that there is a causal relationship between this person and the kalpa, we cannot turn a blind eye to it.

Now that we have found the key to the catastrophe, we must plan carefully and come up with clever strategies!
Just as Yang Tianyou was about to leave, he suddenly heard the voice of Zhunti Immortal Venerable, which sounded like thunder: ”Yang Tianyou, come over quickly.”

”Hmm?” Yang Tianyou was stunned and stopped walking, full of confusion, ”Could it be that Master Zhunti really called me?”

”That’s right.” Zhunti seemed to see through his mind and spoke calmly again. In an instant, an invisible magical power emerged and carried Yang Tianyou to Zhunti in an instant.

Yang Tianyou just woke up from his dream. Facing this extremely noble saint, he felt uneasy and hurriedly bowed respectfully: ”Outer sect disciple Yang Tianyou, I pay my respects to the Saint.”

Zhunti nodded slightly, speaking calmly: ”You have been in my Western Sect for thousands of years. Although your talent is mediocre, you make up for it with diligence. Today, I want to give you a great opportunity, I hope you will cherish it.”

After he finished speaking, Zhunti flipped his hand, and a emerald green light flashed, and a guqin suddenly appeared in Yang Tianyou’s hand. The body of the guqin glowed with a strange green light, and was filled with evil spirits, which made people feel uncomfortable.

”This zither is what I got from the battle between the Taoists and the demons. It has the power to capture souls and confuse the mind. If you take this zither to Taoshan, you will definitely meet a woman, Yao Ji, the younger sister of Emperor Haotian. At that time, as soon as the sound of the zither is heard, she will fall deeply in love with you, and a wonderful relationship between immortals and mortals will be formed.”

”Whether you can grasp it or not depends entirely on yourself.” Zhunti said calmly, but a trace of calculation flashed in his eyes. He had long foreseen that this fate involving Yang Tianyou and Yao Ji would become the prelude to the catastrophe, and his current layout would help him gain countless benefits from it.

Yang Tianyou held the guqin in his hand, stunned, incredulous. He was just an outer disciple, with ordinary talent and shallow cultivation, but he was favored by the saint and given such a heaven-defying opportunity!

How amazing is this opportunity? Not only does it give him the chance to meet the sister of Emperor Haotian, who has reached the quasi-saint realm, but it also gives him the chance to marry the peerless fairy Yao Ji! For him, who has nothing and lives at the bottom of the prehistoric world, this is simply a reversal like a fairy tale!

After a moment, Yang Tianyou’s cheeks flushed, his eyes flashed with ecstasy, and his heart was excited: ”My destiny has finally come!”

”I will live up to His Majesty’s high expectations and swear to bring Fairy Yao Ji into my possession!” Yang Tianyou was extremely excited and bowed to take an oath.

”Yes.” Zhunti nodded slightly, responding to Yang Tianyou’s oath.

Zhunti nodded slightly and flicked his hand lightly, and the space changed instantly. Yang Tianyou felt as if the world had turned upside down. When his feet touched the ground again, he had crossed half of the ancient land and found himself in the Peach Mountain where peach blossoms were flying!
”I don’t know when I can meet Fairy Yaoji.”

Yang Tianyou looked around and saw peach trees all over the mountains. Knowing that he had arrived at his destination, he couldn’t help but feel endless longing in his heart and could hardly suppress his excitement.
