Chapter 582： the first lesson
(The third one is sent, a good day is about to pass, good night everyone!)

——————————————

Huaxia University of Chinese Medicine is one of the most well-known universities in Huaxia Chinese Medicine.

Founded in the 1940s, it was the first university of Chinese medicine established after the founding of the People’s Republic of China. It has grown to now have three campuses.

Ye Xiu’s campus is located in the central area of Yanjing and is also the headquarters of the University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It is the campus with the longest history and deepest heritage among the three campuses.

Walking on the campus of the University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, feeling the morning breeze, Ye Xiu couldn’t help but a knowing smile appeared on the face full of youthful vigor. .

I don’t know if it was because of the lack of childhood and the life of being displaced with the old man too much. Ye Xiu has always liked campus and life on campus.

When the old man sent him to study at Oxford University, it was also his happiest and happiest time.

Unfortunately, that period was also very short.

Only less than three years, aside from internship time, less time spent on campus.

I originally thought that after I came out of Oxford, I would never enter the campus again. I didn’t expect that after many years, I would return to the campus again, and this time I would return to the campus of China.

I wonder what happened to that guy Billou?

And Yarlin...

And that April, have you gone back to Africa?

Looking back at that time in Oxford, Ye Xiu couldn’t help feeling a little bit of emotion in his heart, and several names that hadn’t emerged for a long time also came to his mind.

However, these emotions only flashed in Ye Xiu’s heart. Ye Xiu was not a very emotional person, who liked nostalgia and sighed with the past. Soon he took his emotions back from the past and returned to reality.

The University of Chinese Medicine is pretty beautiful!

Classical buildings and modern teaching buildings are located staggered, lush green trees on both sides of the school road, empty lawns... everything gives people a feeling of beauty!

Looking closely at Huaxia National University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ye Xiu couldn’t help but let out a shocking look. When he came to the report yesterday, he promised that Zhao Ruobing would go back to the North Suburb No. 3 Hospital for surgery, so he was always rushing. The process was very rushed, and there was no time to appreciate the beauty of the campus. He would return to the campus and prepare to go to class before Ye Xiu had the opportunity to appreciate the scenery of the campus.

Because I came here early and there was sufficient time, Ye Xiu was not in a hurry. Instead, he admired the beautiful scenery along the way, admiring the vigorous and youthful faces, and feeling the unique quiet and peaceful atmosphere of the campus. Slowly walk towards the classroom.

The class that Ye Xiu is going to take today is pharmacokinetics, and the classroom for the class is classroom 1104 in the 11th teaching building.

This is a professional course, so it is not a large classroom, but it is not a separate small class for their pharmacy major. There are several majors, all of which are compulsory for this course, so there are not too few people attending the course. There are dozens of graduate students led by several professors.

Although Ye Xiu slowly admired it along the way, when Ye Xiu came to the classroom, there were not many people in the classroom. Those who had graduated from graduate school, everyone could say that they were already old fried dough sticks. Are the freshmen who just went to college so well-behaved? Especially in the morning class, those students will not come from the bed until the time is about to start.

Ye Xiu, who has never been to school in China, looked at Huaxia Kingdom’s classrooms with a hint of curiosity and freshness, and after those who were in the same classroom as him, Ye Xiu lowered his head and started to open today. I started to read the textbooks in class.

He had received all the textbooks he needed during his postgraduate study when he paid the tuition report yesterday.

Originally, after the operation was completed last night, he was going to go back for a preview, but Zhao Ruobing suddenly came out to invite him to dinner, which directly mixed up his plan. When he returned at night, it was too late. He took a shower and started directly. After practicing, there is no preview at all, just take advantage of the preview now.

This pharmacokinetics is quite interesting.

After reading the textbook for a while, Ye Xiu’s eyes suddenly brightened after getting a preliminary understanding of the pharmacokinetics.

It was different from what he had imagined at the beginning. This is not a pure Chinese medicine course, nor does it teach too advanced knowledge of Chinese medicine. It is not even a course of Chinese medicine at all, but a western medicine course. It is the application of kinetic principles and mathematical models to quantitatively describe and summarize the absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion of drugs into the body through various channels (such as intravenous injection, intravenous drip, oral administration, etc.), namely absorption, distribution, and metabolism , A science of the dynamic law of ”quantity-hour” change or ”blood drug concentration-hour” change in excretion process.

It seems that Chinese medicine practitioners are also aware of their own weaknesses, and they are not as stubborn as everyone thinks.

Chinese medicine is also developing, advancing with the times, and absorbing some of the essence of western medicine.

Pharmacokinetics like this is obviously a reference to some effective scientific research methods of western medicine.

After a brief understanding of the nature of this course, a smile appeared on Ye Xiu’s face. He always felt that both Chinese medicine and Western medicine have their own unique advantages, and neither Chinese medicine nor Western medicine should be used. Blindly reject other medical systems, but should be more inclusive, and absorb the essence of the other party.

When western medicine has reached a bottleneck, it is possible to extract new drugs such as artemisinin that have a great contribution to mankind by studying the herbal medicine of Chinese medicine.

And Chinese medicine should also transfer some effective research methods and scientific systems of western medicine.

He had talked with Qin Hanmin before, and Qin Hanmin also agreed with this view.

After understanding the general nature of the course, Ye Xiu continued to open the first chapter and began to read carefully, because he didn’t come to the class from the beginning of school, but only joined the class now. By the middle of the semester, seeing the end of the semester soon, the course has already been covered by more than half, and it is impossible for the teacher to tell him the previous content alone, so he must catch up with the previous content as soon as possible. Come up.

Fortunately, he used to study mathematics for a while to enter the medical school of Oxford University. Later, when he was in Oxford, he also took one or two mathematics courses. For the basics of mathematics, he was pretty careless, so This subject is difficult for many graduate students in pharmacy. It is a big subject, but it did not pose a big problem for Ye Xiu.

Compared to those classics of Chinese medicine that Qin Hanmin asked him to study before, it was much simpler.

As for the comparison with his mysterious set of stitches, it goes without saying.
