Chapter 336： Ugly
(Woke up and found this point, can I still say good afternoon... tears...)

——————————————

With such a level, such a character and heart, such a mental awareness, still apply for the sub-high?

If he is really allowed to live like this, his life’s reputation for Liu Zhengliang will probably be ruined, and his conscience will be disturbed for the rest of his life.

Not only Wang Dong, but also the medical skills and ethics of other gastroenterologists, Liu Zhengliang also decided to find a time to spot check.

After going through Wang Dong’s affairs, he suddenly realized that his management of the subordinate doctors was too lax and casual over the years. Over the years, he rarely interfered with the doctors below, and he felt that there was no need to go. Interference, he believes that these doctors will make their own demands, will work hard to improve their professional skills, work hard to accumulate experience, and work hard to consider patients.

However, the previous events of Zheng Wenbo and Wang Dong’s performance just now let Liu Zhengliang know that some people have very low self-control ability and low self-requirement. They must be shut down through external pressure. Row.

Therefore, Liu Zhengliang decided to restore the sampling system and competition system that had been abandoned for many years in the Department of Gastroenterology.

Cancel the application for the minor department!

Wang Dong’s face became pale and bloodless, and the whole person seemed to have heard the thunderbolt of the blue sky, completely stunned there.

Ye Xiu’s face couldn’t help but looked at Liu Zhengliang in a daze. He didn’t expect Liu Zhengliang to punish Wang Dong so harshly.

Xiaowen on the side was even more pale. After studying and getting along with Liu Zhengliang for so long, it was the first time she saw Liu Zhengliang act so’tough’. All along, in her impression, Liu Zhengliang was always People who have a particularly good temper and can talk very well, whether it is a doctor’s leave or what she has problems, Liu Zhengliang seldom refuses, and the punishment for them is very rare.

While feeling a huge shock, she couldn’t help but secretly rejoice in her heart, her punishment was nothing compared to Wang Dong’s punishment.

No matter what, don’t offend this guy.

She glanced at Ye Xiu secretly, and made a secret decision in her heart. She didn’t know that Liu Zhengliang punished Wang Dong like this because he felt that Wang Dong was not suitable for applying for the subordinate high school. The punishment was because he offended Ye Xiu.

No, the sub-high application cannot be cancelled!

Any other punishment is fine, whether it is bonus deduction or anything else, but it is absolutely not possible to cancel the subordinate high application!

After a while, Wang Dong finally recovered his mind, and gradually regained a bit of thinking in his mind. The cancellation of the punishment of the sub-high is too unbearable for him!

All of his rushes this year have been put on the application for this sub-division, and his papers have already been paid for by someone! There are some relationships, he has already spent a lot of money to manage, and now Liu Zhengliang wants to cut him directly? How can he afford it?

He clenched his fists with both hands and looked at Liu Zhengliang suddenly, with a pleading look on his face, ”Director Liu, I know I was wrong, I will definitely correct it. Where my foundation is not solid, I will also I will definitely go back to fill it up, but please don’t cancel my application for the subordinate high school! I have prepared all the application work!”

”Wang Dong, you should settle down first and improve it for two years!”

Looking at Wang Dong with a begging expression, Liu Zhengliang’s eyes flashed unbearable, but he thought of Wang Dong’s performance just now, and thought that if he had been asked to apply for the sub-high, he would not know how many patients would be harmed in the future. Still hardened his heart.

”No, Director Liu, I am really ready. I was really just a mistake, just a temporary mistake!”

Wang Dong was still begging vigorously.

When he was speaking, he suddenly remembered something, and turned his head to look at Ye Xiu, ”Doctor Ye, I’m sorry, I was wrong with me. I shouldn’t dash against you just now and offend you. Could you please help me intercede? !”

Seeing Wang Dong looking at him with a begging expression on his face, Ye Xiu’s brows frowned, a look of disgust flashed in his eyes, and he felt nauseous in his heart.

Originally, he was a bit pitiful for Wang Dong before, because Ye Xiu knew how important the deputy high’s application was to a doctor in the system, but at this moment, this pitifulness also disappeared directly. If someone like this is true Liu Zhengliang said rightly that he really needs to re-precipitate. He doesn’t say anything about medical skills, but with this mentality, he can’t become a vice-high!

This kind of person will harm the patient even if he becomes the sub-high! Because of his current appearance, he has completely forgotten his heart of being a doctor, and he has devoted himself to the fame and fortune brought by the title of sub-high, and completely lost himself in front of this position!

”Wang Dong! You...you give me out!”

Liu Zhengliang never expected that Wang Dong would show such an ugly attitude, so angry that he could hardly even speak!

Such a person, who just called that he knew he was wrong?

His Liu Zhengliang almost believed that he knew he was wrong?

For the first time, Liu Zhengliang realized that he really underestimated the ugly side of human nature!

Seeing Liu Zhengliang who was dark and trembling with anger, Wang Dong finally aroused his spirit when he heard his anger. He came to his senses and realized his gaffe, he knew that this time the application for the deputy high school was definitely It’s no more.

Although the assistant department application is not completely interfered by Liu Zhengliang, the director of the department, his evaluation is a very important part. If Liu Zhengliang does not pass and does not give praise, he will not pass even if he is a tough application!

Not only is the application of the deputy high school useless, but you may also face other serious punishments and consequences!

How can this be……

There was a buzz in Wang Dong’s mind, his face suddenly pale and bloodless, his legs softened, and he immediately slumped to the ground.

”Doctor Ye, let’s go and talk to my office.”

Liu Zhengliang glanced coldly at Wang Dong, who was pale and limp on the ground. He turned around, patted Ye Xiu’s shoulder, and walked towards the door of the ward. He really didn’t want to see Wang Dong anymore. Wang Dong was paralyzed on the ground and would not go, so he left.

The moment he walked out of the ward, his decision to restore the spot check system and attendance system became more firm!

Ye Xiu glanced at Wang Dong, shook his head, and followed Liu Zhengliang.

Xiaowen glanced at Wang Dong who was paralyzed on the ground with a complex look in his eyes, and then left the ward.
