Urban Super Doctor

Chapter 314： 50 million donation
(good Morning!)

——————————————

director’s office.

Zhao Guozheng had just walked into the office and sat down. Before he could make the green tea he must make every day, he saw the secretary with a haggard face and bloodshot eyes rushing in.

”Xiao Zhang, what’s the matter? Why are you in such a hurry early in the morning?”

Zhao Guozheng glanced at the secretary with a look of surprise on his face. The secretary’s surname is Zhang and his name is Zhang Weijie. He dug up from his alma mater, the University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Although his personality is not very calm, it is not that kind. The kind of thing that loses its sense of measure.

”President Zhao, Wellington has returned the news!”

Zhang Weijie was very excited.

”How? Did they agree?”

Zhao Guozheng’s face also showed a nervous look.

”Yes! They promised us five places!”

Zhang Weijie nodded vigorously.

Because of this exciting news, he hardly fell asleep last night. Early in the morning, thinking about the time, he felt that Zhao Guozheng should have arrived at the office and rushed over immediately.

While speaking, Zhang Weijie looked at Zhao Guozheng with a look of admiration in his eyes. Fortunately, Dean Zhao insisted on his opinion and made this request to Wellington Hospital. Otherwise, he would miss a great opportunity this time. Up!

”Great! Great!”

Zhao Guozheng stayed for a while, and then the expression on his face suddenly became extremely excited.

This news is really exciting.

The other party actually agreed to five places, which was far beyond his expectations.

He originally thought that the other party would let him send one or two people to study, and he was already content. He didn’t expect the other party to be so generous and agreed to five places at once!

”Did you reply to them? Have you agreed on a time for the visit?”

After a while, Zhao Guozheng’s excitement calmed down slightly, and he asked Zhang Weijie.

”It was agreed. They said they hope to visit next week. I took the initiative last night and agreed to them. They said that after confirming the specific itinerary, they will send it to me.”

Zhang Weijie nodded heavily.

”Okay, very good, you did the right thing!”

Zhao Guozheng nodded.

There is nothing to hesitate about this kind of thing.

You must strike while the iron is hot, and make sure as soon as possible, so as not to have many dreams at night!

”Xiao Zhang, you immediately notify the standing committee of the hospital and ask them to go to the conference room to prepare for the meeting!”

After regaining his excitement a little bit, Zhao Guozheng immediately turned to Zhang Weijie and ordered.

The matter is settled, then we must begin to prepare for everything.

Wellington Hospital is going to the North Suburb Third Hospital to visit and exchange. This is a first-class event. Even if Zhao Guozheng is the dean of such a major event, it is impossible for Zhao Guozheng to make all decisions directly by himself. In terms of details, such as how to arrange and entertain the other party’s visiting group, how to accompany the visiting group, and what kind of exchanges should be carried out, it is necessary to negotiate with the standing committee members, and discuss a more suitable plan.

In addition, there are five places to study in Wellington. How to allocate them requires detailed discussion. For the Beijiao Third Hospital, these five places are really important. This is Beijiao Third. The accumulation and cultivation of the future strength of the institute!

”Ok!”

Zhang Weijie nodded, turned his head and prepared to make arrangements, but just as he was about to turn around, his mobile phone suddenly rang.

”Hey, hello...well, it’s me, I’m Zhang Weijie...oh, hello, is there anything wrong?...what! Are you true?”

After casting an apologetic look to Zhao Guozheng, Zhang Weijie pressed the answer button to answer it. When speaking, he did not deliberately avoid Zhao Guozheng.

At the beginning, Zhang Weijie’s speech rate remained very stable, but when he heard half of it, Zhang Weijie seemed to have heard some unbelievable news. Suddenly, Zhang Weijie’s voice surged and the expression on his entire face changed. Very excited.

After the wave was over, Zhang Weijie suddenly realized that he was still in Zhao Guozheng’s office, and the leader Zhao Guozheng was listening to him. He quickly cast an embarrassing and guilty look at Zhao Guozheng, and tried hard to control his voice. Coming down, but even though he had tried very hard to control, his voice could not return to the previous stability, and the look on his face became extremely excited.

Zhao Guozheng looked at Zhang Weijie, who was extremely excited, with a look of surprise in his eyes. In his heart, he was very curious about who the call was made by Zhang Weijie and what content he heard. .

However, Zhao Guozheng did not interrupt Zhang Weijie’s speech. When Zhang Weijie put down the phone, he did not take the initiative to ask in a hurry.

As the director of the hospital, Zhao Guozheng has been a vice-president for many years, and he has been a leader for many years. He still has this determination.

No matter what the news, he believed Zhang Weijie would definitely explain it to him.

”Dean Zhao, good news! Great news!”

Sure enough, as soon as Zhang Weijie put down the phone, he turned his head, looked at Zhao Guozheng with excitement, and reported to him.

”What’s the great news?”

Zhao Guozheng had a curious look in his eyes.

Is there any good news, is it as exciting as the news brought by Wellington Hospital? Can Zhang Weijie be so excited?

”Doesn’t our hospital have an emergency fund? Is it the one established by Director Zhao before?”

Because Zhang Weijie was so excited, he felt that the language was a bit choppy for a while.

”Ok?”

Zhao Guozheng nodded.

He naturally knew this fund.

But what happened to this fund? Is there anything worth so happy?

”Just now, the foundation called and said that an anonymous donation of 50 million came in!”

Zhang Weijie was very excited.

”What! Is it true?”

Zhao Guozheng, who had just sat down, almost bounced off his chair, his eyes looked at Zhang Weijie, and even the voice of his words was a little excited.

”I’ve confirmed it, it’s true!”

Zhang Weijie nodded vigorously.

”Great, great!”

Zhao Guozheng was so excited that he didn’t know what to say, but kept repeating the same sentence.

Unlike Zheng Tiancheng, Zhao Guo attaches great importance to patients. After taking office as the dean, Zhao Guozheng has made several hospital policies that are all related to patient experience.

As the Zhao Ruobing emergency fund that once made the North Suburb Hospitals famous for a while, it is a focus of Zhao Guozheng’s attention. As a person who has been engaged in first-line medical work for many years, Zhao Guozheng is very aware of the importance of this emergency fund to emergency patients. Meaning, I have been thinking of ways to make this emergency fund sustainable.

But this is indeed a big problem.

It is impossible for the leaders above to approve any funds for them, and it is already difficult for their hospital to maintain its operation and to maintain the basic welfare of the medical staff, and it is also difficult to allocate excess funds to inject into this fund.

And just relying on the little money donated by Zhao Ruobing himself before, for this fund, it will not last long...

If it hadn’t been for Zhao Ruobing’s infusion of funds before, this emergency fund would be on the verge of crisis...

Zhao Guozheng has been having a headache all these times. He can’t always let Zhao Ruobing donate by himself, even if Zhao Ruobing doesn’t care, it’s not a problem! Besides, how much money does Zhao Ruobing, a doctor, donate?

Now, this fifty million!

All of a sudden, Zhao Guozheng’s urgent need was solved!

Fifty million!

This can at least keep the fund running for a long time!

And after having this money, the fund can be operated in the future, and some assets can be invested and managed, so that the funds can be used more lasting.

Zhang Weijie’s face was also full of excitement and joy.

As Zhao Guozheng’s secretary, he is very aware of how much Zhao Guozheng has been worrying about this fund during this period, and as a medical worker, he also understands the meaning and benefits of this fund very well.

Therefore, he is also sincerely happy for Zhao Guozheng and happy that this fund has got a good opportunity.

Next, you have to hire a professional person to manage it.

After a long time, Zhao Guozheng calmed down the excitement in his heart for a while, and his thinking began to work.

Previously, Zhao Ruobing’s fund was relatively small and the amount of funds was small. The hospital did not hire professional people to manage it, but temporarily transferred a few people from the financial side to conduct some funds in and out. Simple management.

But now that a large-scale fund of 50 million has come in, it is naturally impossible to continue this way.

This matter can also be discussed at a meeting later to see how it is more appropriate, whether it is an open recruitment.

Zhao Guozheng thought secretly in his heart.

”Ling Ling...”

And just before Zhao Guozheng’s thoughts fell, the phone on his desktop began to ring sharply.

”Hey, hello, this is Zhao Guozheng!”

Zhao Guozheng retracted his mind, adjusted his breathing, and picked up the phone.

”I am Zhao Ruobing.”

Zhao Ruobing’s iconic cold voice came from the microphone.

”Oh, Director Zhao, hello, what’s the matter, please tell me.”

A look of surprise flashed in Zhao Guozheng’s eyes. He did not expect that Zhao Ruobing would take the initiative to call him. After a moment of surprise, he immediately said very politely.

To Zhao Ruobing, he was very polite and respectful.

This is not only because he was able to sit in this position, but it was probably because Zhao Ruobing helped him behind, and the gratitude for Zhao Ruobing was generated, and more importantly, because of his respect for Zhao Ruobing himself.

Zhao Ruobing was so young, he was already so skilled in medicine, and he was an absolute talent. The North Suburb No. 3 Hospital could have such a reputation and influence as it is now, and Zhao Ruobing definitely has a lot of credit.

In addition, Zhao Ruobing’s personality also made him admire, whether it was the original intrusion into the conference room, and Zheng Tiancheng in the conference room, the establishment of the Zhao Ruobing emergency fund, or the recent Lancet paper. Zhao Ruobing’s signature and everything made Zhao Ruobing feel the integrity and fiery heart beneath Zhao Ruobing’s cold exterior.

”Does the emergency fund need to be managed by someone? I have a professional team that can help manage it for free.”

Zhao Ruobing’s voice was as calm and cold as ever.
