Urban Super Doctor

Chapter 119： Real cause
(The holiday is over, everyone should start reading and voting...)

——————————————

After entering this hospital for nearly a month, Ye Xiu particularly understood that this hospital is also a common drawback of many hospitals, and it has also caused many sharp conflicts between doctors and patients. It is the emergency system of the hospital. In the hospital, everything needs to follow the rules. , All processes must be gone through, and all expenses must be paid first. Only then can doctors save people and use the hospital’s resources including operating rooms, various equipment, and medicinal materials.

Normally, the reason why patients need first aid is because their condition is very urgent, and no one can hesitate. Many patients often miss the best rescue opportunity because of the procedures, which delays the time and leaves regrets.

These regretful patients often push the responsibility to the hospital. They feel that the hospital only looks at the money and cannot help if they die. In fact, the hospital is also impatient. For emergency rescue, the doctor’s labor costs can be regarded as the basis of saving the dead and healing the wounded. However, the various drugs used in the rescue process, as well as the expensive equipment, all cost.

It is this kind of helplessness in each case that has caused the relationship between many patients and the hospital to become contradictory.

The establishment of Zhao Ruobing’s fund is equivalent to the opening of a green channel. Patients who need first aid in the future can directly use the money from this fund. After the rescue is returned, the patients and their families will fill in the procedures and pay slowly.

Unexpectedly, Director Zhao still has such feelings!

It’s unexpected!

It seems that she is also a cold-hearted person!

Ye Xiu felt a little guilty and regretful while feeling a while. When the reporter interviewed just now, he should have praised her kindness.

”Doctor Ye!”

And just as Ye Xiu was wondering if he would go out to find the reporter and emphasize to him, the door of the clinic had already been pushed open, and the next patient had already arrived.

”Mr. Huang, did your filming result come out?”

As soon as he saw the patient who came in, Ye Xiu’s expression instantly shook. The patient who came in was the middle-aged man named Huang Donghai who he had been thinking about for the past two days to find the cause.

”Come out! Just came out!”

As Huang Donghai said, he quickly handed the film in his hand to Ye Xiu.

Ye Xiu took the filming and began to look at it. With this look, the look on his face suddenly became stunned, and there was an incredible look in his eyes.

He had thought about all the mechanisms of coughing in the past two days, but he never thought that Mr. Huang was coughing because of this. You know, he is still so young!

After a slight shock, Ye Xiu couldn’t help but start to become serious while he was fortunate to let him do this check.

Although the cause has been found out, the cause is very troublesome and difficult.

Huang Donghai has been very nervous for the past two days and kept coughing, but Ye Xiu couldn’t find the reason. In fact, he also secretly went to see another doctor, but when people heard him say that Ye Xiu had seen it. , Tell him that Doctor Ye is already their best doctor. If he can’t see it, they certainly can’t see it. Then he reluctantly returned to Ye Xiu and went to Ye Xiu for consultation. Let him check whatever.

Therefore, it can be said that Ye Xiu was already his last straw. Seeing Ye Xiu’s expression at this time, Huang Donghai’s expression immediately became extremely nervous.

”Mr. Huang...”

After carefully watching Huang Donghai’s head shots over and over again and confirming that his judgment should be correct, Ye Xiu finally turned his head slowly and looked towards Huang Donghai.

”Doctor Ye, what kind of disease is my disease? Is it particularly troublesome.”

Huang Donghai’s voice trembled a little.

”It’s really troublesome.”

Ye Xiu nodded slowly.

”Doctor Ye, you must save me. There are old people at home and young people at the bottom. Everyone at home points to me. I can’t have anything to do.”

Huang Donghai’s face turned blue all of a sudden, his voice choked.

”Mr. Huang, don’t worry first. Although this disease is troublesome, it may not be cured. Please calm down first.”

Ye Xiu said with relief and explained his condition to Huang Donghai, ”Your cough is caused by central nervous system disease. I took a look at your film. It should be mainly caused by brain nerves, so , I may not be able to help you with this disease. I will transfer you to neurosurgery and the neurosurgery doctor will treat you.”

”Doctor Ye, you mean, am I a tumor?”

Upon hearing neurosurgery, cranial nerves, etc., Huang Donghai’s face suddenly became pale and bloodless, and his whole body seemed to be thunderous.

Brain nerves, neurosurgery...These words sounded like the sky was falling down to him.

Finally, he mustered the last trace of strength and asked in a trembling voice.

”Can’t exclude this.”

Ye Xiu hesitated. He could see Huang Donghai’s fear. He had studied psychology, and he also knew how human fears would take a human’s body. If possible, he didn’t want to tell Huang Donghai. , Otherwise I hope to scare him, but as a doctor, he has the responsibility to tell the truth. This is his ethics and duty. He did see a shadow on the film, and this shadow is indeed likely to be a tumor. of.

However, after speaking, he immediately comforted Huang Donghaidao, ”Mr. Huang, this is not certain at the moment, you don’t need to be too anxious, the current image only sees that there is indeed a shadow, and it may be caused by other reasons. , In short, everything will have to wait for you to go to neurosurgery, after further examinations can be confirmed!”

”Furthermore, even if it is really a tumor, if it is discovered early, it can be removed with modern medical techniques. I recommend a neurosurgery doctor, Zhao Ruobing, deputy director Zhao. She is the youngest expert in our hospital. The most talented expert in this regard, I believe you should have seen some of her reports in the past two days, and she will definitely be able to cure your disease.”

”Thank you Doctor Ye!”

Huang Donghai quickly said.

”You’re welcome, this is what I should do. Okay, take this medical record and go and call Dr. Zhao Ruobing.”

Ye Xiu thought for a while, wrote another note, and handed it to Huang Donghai, ”In this way, you can just go to Dr. Zhao directly, just say that it is the patient who was transferred to me.”

Zhao Ruobing is now in the hot spot of the news media. It is when he is highly praised and sought after. He is worried that Huang Donghai will not be named Zhao Ruobing.

”Thank you Doctor Ye!”

Huang Donghai naturally knew how valuable Ye Xiu’s note was, and thanked Ye Xiu incessantly.

Watching Huang Donghai leave, Ye Xiu’s eyes showed a look of worry. He was not worried that Zhao Ruobing would not accept Huang Donghai. Although he refuted Zhao Ruobing’s face last time, he believed that Zhao Ruobing was in the patient’s case. He won’t get entangled with him. What he is worried about is whether Zhao Ruobing can heal Huang Donghai. Judging from the filming situation, Huang Donghai’s situation is not optimistic. The shadow position is very sensitive, even if it is finally determined It is not a tumor, and it is difficult to deal with.

And even if it can be treated well, the cost of this treatment is still a large number, and Huang Donghai doesn’t know if he can afford it.

But what can we do?

He is just a doctor, not a god, not a Buddha or a bodhisattva, and not omnipotent.

Ye Xiu’s eyes showed a look of helplessness. Many times, facing these patients and these diseases, he would feel a deep powerlessness and helplessness. As a doctor, although he knew the diseases very clearly It cannot be completely extinct and disappeared, but in many cases, he still hopes that the disease will not come so cruel, but still hope for more beauty, for example, he hopes that the young, even young, young lives, as little as possible... …

However, the disease is uncontrollable. Its appearance and distribution will not give more care to young lives as most humans hope. It is very cruel...Like a diagnosis of lung cancer a few days ago The patient is only seventeen years old! A seventeen-year-old life, at the age of a flower, is about to face decline. How cruel is this? After being diagnosed for several days, Ye Xiu’s mood has been in a depression, and there is no way to get better.

And today’s Huang Donghai is the same. In his prime of life, as he said, it was the pillar of the family. Ye Xiu couldn’t imagine what kind of suffering his family would face if he lost his pillar...

Because of this, Ye Xiu didn’t even have the heart to think about Huang Donghai’s illness at the beginning. Moreover, he also felt that this probability was too small and impossible... Otherwise, use Ye Xiu. How can you not think of the possibility of coughing caused by the central nervous system?

It was not until the end that he was sure that there was no way, he asked Huang Donghai to check the brain CT.

Ye Xiu knew that this kind of subjective emotion was undesirable, but for so many years, after being a doctor for so long, and seeing so many deaths, he still couldn’t be as objectively calm as the old man said. Like a machine, there is no emotion, in this respect, he even feels that he is not as good as Zhao Ruobing.

Shaking his head, Ye Xiu took a deep breath and shook out the messy emotions in his heart, squeezing a smile on his face, and began to welcome his next patient.

Heal every patient who trusts him and comes to him for treatment. This is his duty as a doctor and the only thing he can do for the patient. As for the rest, let’s put it aside for now!

(PS: Please note that Shao Xie put forward this idea about emergency funds. I believe many friends who know about hospitals should know that most hospitals in real life, or almost all hospitals, are actually not available. Then , Is Xie Shao smarter than those people? Everyone did not expect that Xie Shao thought of it? In fact, it is not. Xie Shao will never be smarter than the leaders of those hospitals in reality. The main reason why they do not do it is this Funding is unrealistic. In hospitals, emergency treatment in the true sense, such as various cardiovascular diseases, acute heart and kidney failure, etc., has a very high mortality rate. For those patients who have not been rescued after the first aid, do you think the family members of the patients will After my family members die after some first aid, are they still willing to pay the high cost of first aid? Even if they are patients returning from the first aid, how many people will really pay back the money on time with the integrity of the current people? If you want to say direct assistance without repayment, then, how much money do you think is enough? Even if it is directly established in the name of the country, I am afraid it is not enough, and do you think it can really help the real poor in the end? So, Shao Xie just writes a novel and tells a story. Bo Zhujun smiles and lets you relax. Don’t go into too much.)
