Chapter 68： Hurry up and call Dr. Ye
(Thanks to Shangxian Dream Hun for supporting me, I feel that there is a little bit of great power. Today, the first chapter long chapter is sent! Then continue to work hard to explode!)

——————————————

Although Ye Xiu used morning and late visits every day for a week, and he was on duty for two consecutive days on weekends, the number of doctors and treatments increased every day, but no one in the department applauded Ye Xiu. , And no one is optimistic about Ye Xiu.

In their opinion, Ye Xiu’s early diagnosis and late return, including working overtime on weekends, were just for Wang Yanchao to see. As for the increase in the number of Ye Xiu’s diagnosis and treatment, it was Wang Yanchao who forced Ye Xiu, not Ye. Xiu voluntarily, and no one thought that Ye Xiu was really making progress and could really see so many people. They even felt that Ye Xiu looked so fast from behind, it was simply chaotic, and he could deal with it casually.

Otherwise, Ye Xiu can’t be faster than the experienced doctors. The number of people who sees is even more. The doctors who see in the outpatient clinic have ten years of experience and only see people in their early 100s a day. Ye Xiu has only been at work for a week, and the number of people who see doctors throughout the day has reached 110? Is this a joke?

They all felt that Ye Xiu’s behavior was self-defeating and abandoning himself, and it would be easier to deal with it indiscriminately.

In the entire department, except for a few people such as Wang Yanchao and Huang Maoqing, everyone was secretly speculating about when Ye Xiu’s accident would happen, especially the doctors in the outpatient clinic, who secretly sneered and waited. These days, Ye Xiu’s number of doctors has been on the rise. They are still a little bit unhappy in their early diagnosis and late return. They feel that Ye Xiu is showing the limelight. As for Ye Xiu, they have taken on many patients, even on weekends. All of the staff on duty helped them take care of these things, but they automatically ignored them.

In the inpatient department, the doctors who were in the same office with Ye Xiu were also secretly guessing when Ye Xiu had an accident. After the news of Zheng Wenbo’s decision to leave the Department of Respiratory Medicine became public, they were concerned that Ye Xiu was about to leave. There is no doubt about the matter. Zheng Wenbo is gone, can Ye Xiu stay?

In terms of background, Zheng Wenbo is more profound than Ye Xiu.

In terms of academic qualifications, Zheng Wenbo is much better than Ye Xiu.

In terms of medical skills, although Zheng Wenbo was a scumbag, from the perspective of his education, he should be better than Ye Xiu.

No matter how you looked at it, Ye Xiu had no chance of staying.

”It’s been a week, you said, how many more days can Dr. Ye stay?”

”I’ve only seen these two days at most. I listened to the outpatient clinic. For these two days, Dr. Ye has treated more than 100 people every day, more than the number of doctors Qin who has the most experience in our department. Obviously, he gave up on himself.”

”I think so. Doctor Qin has been in the clinical frontline for nearly ten years. He is about to be promoted to the deputy director of the old doctor. His diagnosis and treatment speed is notorious. The surname Ye is actually higher than him. To know it is to give up on oneself.”

”...”

In the office, a group of doctors were discussing, and they all felt that Ye Xiu’s number of visits in the past few days was so high that it was completely because of his random coping. They also thought that Ye Xiu’s behavior was self-defeating, and even thought, Maybe it was because he heard that Zheng Wenbo had left, so he knew that he would definitely not be able to stay, so he simply gave up.

”Doctor Che, it’s okay! The 101-bed patient suddenly started pumping! Come over and see what’s going on!”

However, just as these doctors were chatting in the office, an anxious voice came from outside, interrupting their chat.

”Suddenly?”

Hearing what the nurse said, the face of Dr. Che who was called in the office changed suddenly. Bed 101 was the patient he was in charge of. He could not care about anything else, so he stood up and walked quickly towards the patient in the ward. Go in the direction.

As a clinician, he knows very well, what might happen to a sudden withdrawal, and what kind of danger it will bring. This is absolutely urgent and should not be delayed.

The doctors next to him did not bother to continue discussing Ye Xiu’s affairs. After looking at each other one by one, they all stood up and walked towards the ward. This kind of emergency happened, although the doctor in charge would take the main responsibility. , But if something happens, it will not only be a matter for a single doctor, it will be a matter for the entire department, and no one can get better.

”Why did it suddenly happen?”

As soon as Dr. Che arrived in the ward, he saw the patient on the bed convulsing constantly, while the nurse Su Dongmei was constantly applying compressions to the patient’s heart.

”I don’t know, it was fine just now, but suddenly I started to smoke!”

The nurse who went to inform Doctor Che just now looked anxious, and she was in charge of nursing this patient these days.

”Yesterday’s medicine, did you lose to him on time?”

Doctor Che asked anxiously while walking quickly to the patient.

”All the medicines were infused according to the doctor’s instructions, and all the medicines were in accordance with the doctor’s instructions, and they were all recorded.”

The nurse said quickly.

Hearing the nurse’s words, Dr. Che stopped talking, but stepped forward, beckoning Su Dongmei to stop and put on himself to go up.

However, Dr. Che pressed it for a while, and there was no effect. The patient’s vital signs were still in a very dangerous situation, and the heart was still twitching.

”Hurry up and call Director Wang!”

When the doctors who rushed over saw the situation here, they immediately called out. They all realized that the patient’s situation might not be something they could handle.

Soon, Wang Yanchao, who looked hurriedly, hurried over.

His face was full of anxiety.

He was just about to go to a meeting, but after hearing the doctor’s explanation, he immediately turned his head and hurried to the ward. As a chief doctor with rich clinical experience and superb medical skills, he heard the doctor. When talking about the situation, he realized that this matter is very difficult and very dangerous. If it is not good, it may be a fatal accident.

”Director Wang!”

Upon seeing Wang Yanchao’s arrival, the doctors and nurses in the ward, as well as the patient’s family members who had almost cried out of anxiety, suddenly all seemed to see a savior, and the expression in their eyes brightened.

”How about, was the defibrillation successful?”

Wang Yanchao ignored those people. His eyes were fixed on Dr. Che, the patient on the bed, and the vital signs of the patient above the bed.

”No! But I can’t get rid of it.”

Dr. Che’s expression was almost crying. Although he had been working as a doctor for some time, he was not a new rookie doctor, but it was the first time he faced such an emergency.

”Shoot immediately!”

Wang Yanchao gave a decisive word and began to take over the patient.

Soon, the equipment was switched on and Wang Yanchao personally operated the most common and usually most effective non-synchronous DC defibrillation.

However, until the shock intensity has been adjusted to 400WS, the patient’s ventricular fibrillation still failed to stop.

”Prepare lidocaine intravenously now!”

Wang Yanchao made a decisive decision and gave an order to the nurse next to him.

”Yes!”

The nurse hurried to prepare.

After instructing the nurse, Wang Yanchao picked up the patient’s medical record and started to look at it. While calmly asking Dr. Che, the patient’s family and the nurses next to him, various questions, he kept analyzing in his mind, thinking To understand the cause of the patient’s sudden heart twitch, he is very clear that only by finding the problem and prescribing the right medicine can the problem be solved fundamentally, and the patient’s twitching is only a temporary first aid method.

However, he discovered that he didn’t even think of what caused this problem for a while. Whether it was in the words of the patient’s family or Dr. Che, or in the medical record, he did not find any problems, and This patient has also been checked in a ward round before. Normally, based on his illness, according to the doctor’s treatment plan, this problem should not have occurred, and it should even get better gradually.

”How long has he smoked?”

After injecting lidocaine, watching the patient’s convulsions gradually stopped and his heart rhythm seemed to gradually recover, Wang Yanchao finally breathed a sigh of relief, and after a while, the patient was finished. His eyes looked at everyone in the room.

”About a few minutes.”

Su Dongmei answered quickly.

When the patient had a seizure, she happened to be beside her to change the dressing. At the first time, she rushed over to give first aid to the patient. Otherwise, the patient might have stopped his heartbeat now. Therefore, she knew the patient’s condition best. One of the people.

”Immediately inject 11% sodium lactate!”

Wang Yanchao decisively instructed that after the patient had been smoking for so long, the acid-base imbalance in the body was likely to occur. He must prevent this situation from occurring and immediately balance the acid-base condition in the patient’s body. After the order was over, he remembered something again. One of the doctors said, ”Go and call Dr. Ye for me right away!!”

At this time, perhaps only Dr. Ye could think of a solution!

Wang Yanchao secretly said in his heart that he was not called Huang Maoqing because he knew too much about Huang Maoqing and his treatment methods. In his opinion, even if Huang Maoqing came over, he might think similar to him. What could be done? In the last discussion with Ye Xiu, Ye Xiu’s pioneering thinking left a deep impression on him.

Call Doctor Ye?

Which Dr. Ye?

Shall I call Dr. Ye from the cardiology department? Is there a doctor named Ye in the Department of Cardiology?

In the ward, the doctors listened to Wang Yanchao’s words and couldn’t help being stunned.

”Go, why not?”

Seeing that the crowd did not move, Wang Yanchao couldn’t help showing a sorrowful expression on his face, ”What are you doing so slowly, don’t you know how saving people is like fighting fire?”

”Director Wang, which Doctor Ye are you talking about?”

A doctor asked carefully.

”Of course it is the new Dr. Ye from our department. Besides him, is there any other Dr. Ye in our department? The one who can save him now is probably Dr. Ye. You go and say what I said. No matter what he is busy with, come here first. It’s important to save people here! Hear you!”

Wang Yanchao’s eyes couldn’t help but stared. These guys, are their brains sick? At this time, they still ask such low-level questions?
