Urban Super Doctor

Chapter 67： Outpatient for a week
(The third one is sent! The power of the wild is exhausted, you need your votes and support!)

————————————

Outpatient work, especially in departments like respiratory medicine, is bitter, tiring, and boring. In addition to constantly facing patients every day, they also keep facing patients.

Every day from 8:30 in the morning to 6:30 in the afternoon, there are only two hours of rest in the middle, and there may not even be two hours, because you may not be able to get off work on time at 12 o’clock, and there are likely to be several patients. You can leave after reading. The same is true when you leave work in the afternoon. You may not be able to leave work at 6:30. If the patient is registered, you can’t let someone come back tomorrow. You can only leave work after reading the patient number.

From morning till night, almost every doctor sees a patient number above 100 every day.

At the end of the day, every doctor feels exhausted physically and mentally, and hopes to end the outpatient work quickly and change shifts to the inpatient department.

With the increase of working days in the outpatient clinic, Ye Xiu also had a more profound experience of the pain and tiredness of an outpatient doctor. Although he felt it on the first day, but after the first day, he There is still some freshness, and it is only one day, and it is not so deep. When this kind of day continues and overlaps day by day, this feeling will be more profound.

Ye Xiu also had a deeper feeling about the boring and boring outpatient treatment. He kept facing similar patients and similar diseases every day, and then repeated similar words and prescribed similar drugs. This feeling, For a doctor, especially for an enterprising doctor like Ye Xiu, who has been thinking about challenging and improving medical skills, it is really a huge challenge.

But facing the pain and tiredness of the outpatient clinic, facing the boredom and boringness, Ye Xiu did not shrink back. He never thought about applying to return to the inpatient department with Wang Yanchao, but insisted that every day is the same as on the first day. With the most full of emotions and the highest enthusiasm, he devoted himself to the outpatient work. He knew that there would always be rewards for his efforts. The suffering and tiredness he is now experiencing is a necessary process for him to improve himself. Only in this persistence , Accumulating a certain amount, his medical skills will be truly improved.

As for the dullness, although it is indeed difficult, Ye Xiu is precisely a person who has a wealth of combat experience for dullness, and is particularly able to survive.

Since meeting the old man when he was a child, when is his life not boring? Even after he grows up, after learning medical skills, his life is equally boring. His medical skills themselves grew up in dullness. Yes, he is indeed very talented, but you Think talent can serve as a meal?

If it weren’t for the boring and tedious basic operations like appendectomy that the old man arranged for him again and again, if not for the tedious suture exercises, cutting exercises and other basic operations... No matter how high it is, how can it be possible to cultivate today’s hands that look like gods in the eyes of countless surgeons? Practice that surgical technique that has amazed countless surgeons?

Time, in the busy, always passes very quickly.

In a blink of an eye, it has been a week since Ye Xiu went to work in the outpatient clinic.

During this week, Ye Xiu insisted on going to the outpatient building at 8 o’clock in the morning, and then opened the clinic around 8:15. Except when he came to work on the first day, every night, he was nearly 8 o’clock. Just left the clinic.

Ye Xiu didn’t take a break for the two weekends in between. He always worked in the clinic.

The reason for this is that the doctors all know that Wang Yanchao does not like Ye Xiu and that Wang Yanchao wants to chase Ye Xiu away. Therefore, they are not polite to Ye Xiu. They were left to Ye Xiu as much as possible, so that Ye Xiu’s time off work would be greatly extended.

Originally every doctor had at least one day’s rest on weekends. They also pretended not to know, and directly arranged Ye Xiu on duty.

Ye Xiu naturally knew about these situations. He was neither stupid nor blind. It wasn’t that he couldn’t see that there were no other people in the outpatient clinic when he got off work every day. As for the weekend schedule, it was even more obvious. He did not know that every doctor has a one-day rest system.

It just didn’t matter to him, even so happy, so he didn’t talk to them.

Seeing more patients every day may be an unacceptable and painful thing for other doctors, but for him, it is a desperate thing. Compared with other medical doctors, he lacks the most. It is experience. Every time I see a patient, it will bring him an extra point of experience. Even if the patient’s symptoms are not complicated, it is not difficult or challenging for him. In the process of treatment, it will also bring him The accumulation of quantity.

As for working overtime on weekends, it is nothing for him. In his daily life, in addition to cultivation and training, it is going to work. He has no friends in China, and there is nothing to socialize. Taking a break does not matter much to him. Staying at home, he also studies Chinese medicine or read various medical journals and magazines.

Studying medical books and periodicals at home is a process of improvement, and seeing a doctor on duty in the office is also a kind of practice improvement and accumulation. Relatively speaking, he now needs this kind of practice accumulation. Anyway, he can keep the books at home anytime. Look, when he goes back at night, he can also cherish his time and watch while eating.

God rewards hard work, one sweat, one harvest, there is always a reward for paying!

Although Ye Xiu has had a harder life than every doctor during this week of outpatient life, and has spent more sweat than other doctors, his gains have been tremendous, and his medical skills have also improved significantly. of.

The most obvious improvement is reflected in the speed of his diagnosis and treatment. From the twenty-something in the morning on the first day to the thirty-something in the afternoon, Ye Xiu’s number of doctors increased every day. By the fifth day, his speed was no longer different from other doctors, and even because of his early consultations and late get off work hours, his number of consultations was even more than that of them.

But this kind of speed improvement is only secondary to Ye Xiu, and even a very insignificant part of his gains and progress can only be regarded as a side gain.

Ye Xiu’s real gain is that during this week’s high-intensity visits, he has accumulated a huge amount of practice for medical diseases such as respiratory medicine. This huge amount of accumulation has not only allowed Ye Xiu had the opportunity to see all kinds of respiratory diseases, including lung diseases, and gradually allowed him to gradually integrate the theories he had learned in the past, including the theories comprehended from Wang Yanchao and other doctors, into his own medical skills.

In addition, during the visits this week, Ye Xiu also had some accumulation of other medical diseases. Some patients, although they showed symptoms such as cough, they chose to hang the number of respiratory medicine. In fact, the cause of the disease did not lie in the respiratory tract. Ye Xiu had an intuitive understanding of the disease in the process of finding out the real cause of it.

Although these patients were transferred to the doctors in the relevant departments after the diagnosis, they were treated by doctors in the relevant departments, but this kind of practice is still very meaningful, not only giving him an intuitive understanding of the disease, but also What is important is that he has a deeper understanding of the principle that the human body is a whole, and he understands more that he cannot see where the disease is, where he can be treated, but he should have a vision and thinking that can be grasped from the whole. .
