I AM A MAGE BUT WITH MILF SYSTEM

Julian regarded her for a long moment but did not allow triumph to show on his face.

”In the dual cultivation method I inherited,” he said, ”there are three points of vital intimate contact. Each one deepens the circuit and allows the mana to reach places that ordinary exchange cannot.”

He paused, letting the silence do its talk.

”The first is the lips.”

Clara’s cheeks warmed further. The image formed too easily: his mouth on hers while the river of pure mana continued to flow. She looked away for half a second before forcing her gaze back.

Julian continued without rushing.

”The second is the breast.”

The word landed heavier. Clara felt a distinct flutter low in her stomach. Her arms shifted slightly, as if some instinct wanted to cover herself even though she remained fully dressed. The idea of his hands moving from her shoulders to that more private place while their energies intertwined sent a fresh wave of conflicted heat through her body.

She could already imagine how much stronger the circuit would become and perhaps how much faster the breakthrough would arrive.

Julian’s voice remained even.

”And the third,” he said, pausing once more, ”is complete intimacy. You understand what I mean.”

Clara’s face burned.

The final stage required no further explanation. Full dual cultivation. Bodies joined, manas fully merged, the deepest possible circuit formed between two people.

The thought of reaching that point with the young man standing in front of her, the same young man intended for her daughter, made her pulse race with a mixture of horror and something far more dangerous. She could not decide which emotion was stronger.

She turned her head slightly, unable to hold his gaze any longer. The residual warmth from the earlier exchange still lingered in her meridians, making every new image more vivid than it should have been. Her core gave a soft, traitorous pulse, as if responding to the mere description of what a deeper session might feel like.

”That is…” She stopped, searched for words, and found none that felt adequate. ”That is far beyond anything I expected when I walked into this room.”

”I know,” Julian said. ”I told you the technique was intimate by nature. I did not exaggerate.”

Clara drew a slow breath and tried to gather the scattered pieces of her composure. It was harder than she wanted to admit.

But... the more she thought about her husband, her daughter, and the position she held as Countess of House Azmed, the raw edge of the earlier desire began to fade.

She reminded herself firmly that everything she had felt was the natural result of dual cultivation. The technique was designed to lower barriers and awaken hunger. She was not in her right mind.

That knowledge gave her enough leverage to pull herself back before the spiral could deepen into something she would later regret.

She forced a polite smile onto her face.

”Okay,” she said. ”Let us stop here.”

Desperate to change the subject before the silence could grow dangerous again, she asked the first practical question that came to mind.

”How did you find it? This technique is something revolutionary. Entire kingdoms would wage war just to get their hands on something like this.”

Julian’s smile was genuine. He was honestly impressed. Most people who tasted even a fraction of what the circuit could offer - would ask for more. However, Clara recognized that her emotions were being influenced and moved quickly to suppress them.

That level of self-awareness and discipline was rare. He saw no need to push further.

Desire, once properly awakened, rarely required force. Once someone experienced what the pure current felt like, only a very small number of people ever managed to walk away from it completely.

”That is a secret, Aunty,” he said.

He paused, then added in a milder tone, ”But you already felt a taste of it, did you not? That is what I am capable of. You nearly broke through a minor realm barrier from a short session with only the most limited contact. Now imagine what would happen if the exchange continued for hours… or days… with complete intimacy.”

Against her will, Clara did exactly what he suggested.

The image formed with unsettling clarity. She saw herself and the young man before her joined in the deepest possible circuit, their bodies locked together while the pure river of mana flowed without interruption.

Hours stretching into days.

Every cycle refining her core further. The middle stage of the Sovereign realm falling away almost immediately. Then the upper stage. Peak Sovereign. The barrier to Arch Mage, which most cultivators never even approached in a lifetime, cracking under the sustained pressure of that endless exchange.

And beyond that, if the sessions continued long enough… the distant, almost mythical threshold of Grand Mage.

The thought of reaching Grand Mage made her swallow visibly. For a woman who had spent years watching her daughter and her husband struggle to make progress... the vision of such rapid, almost limitless advancement was intoxicating.

However,

Julian’s next words pulled her back to the present.

”That is what I can give Elara.”

The name of her daughter landed like a stone dropped into still water.

Clara’s eyes focused on him again. The heated images of her own hypothetical advancement vanished, replaced by a more complicated and far more maternal calculation.

Everything he had just described was for her child instead.

Elara, who was called a once-in-a-century genius for reaching Peak Sovereign so young, could be pushed into realms that would place her among the true powers of the kingdom.

The realization carried both hope and a fresh wave of danger.

Yes… my daughter, her mind whispered.

As a mother who loved her daughter more than anyone else in the world, Clara could already see the path unfolding. With Kraven’s support, Elara would not merely remain a prodigy. She would rise.

Peak Sovereign would become a stepping stone rather than a destination. Arch Mage would follow. And beyond that, the distant threshold of Grand Mage would no longer be a dream reserved for the most ancient monsters of the continent. It would become a realistic future.

The image was so vivid it made Clara’s chest tighten.
