I AM A MAGE BUT WITH MILF SYSTEM

Chapter 389: Pregnant Eleanor?

Without another word, he activated his teleportation, vanishing from their embrace in a flash of light.

Left behind in the world of Thrones of God, both Regina and the Queen stood still, stunned by the sudden shift.

(Thrones of God: Julianʼs world made from his sea of consciousness)

Regina turned toward her mother slowly. ”What… just happened?”

The Queen exhaled, brushing a strand of her hair behind her ear. ”It seems… another one of his women called,” she said with a faint smirk.

Regina blinked, still taken aback. ”He just… left us like that?”

The Queenʼs smile deepened, a knowing glint in her eyes. ”Donʼt worry, dear… heʼll be back. They always come back to what belongs to them.”

Meanwhile, Julian reappeared in one of the rooms of the Easvil castle. His feet hadnʼt even fully touched the floor before his eyes landed on the bed—Eleanor lay there, her face twisted in pain, both hands clutched tightly over her stomach.

”Eleanor!” Julian rushed to her side, dropping to his knees beside the bed. ”Whatʼs wrong? Hey—look at me.”

She opened her eyes with difficulty, her lashes fluttering as she cried. ”I… I donʼt know, Julian. Itʼs my stomach… it hurts.”

Julianʼs brows furrowed—then, he quickly realized what was happening. ”Ah… I see,” he murmured, a small smirk forming despite the worry in his eyes. ”Of course…”

Without another word, he slid one arm under her back and the other beneath her knees, lifting her with easily. Then, with a surge of mana, the two vanished from the room—teleporting straight into his world, into the castle that was named after Eleanor.

The moment her body touched the soft mattress of her bed in the Throne of Gods, a visible wave of relief washed over her. Her trembling stopped. Her muscles relaxed.

Eleanor blinked, breathing evenly now. ”What…? The pain… it disappeared?” she gasped, her eyes wide with disbelief.

Julian smiled as he sat beside her, brushing her hair back with gentle motion. ”Of course. Did you forget? This castle isnʼt just a status symbol, it comes with its divine perks. One of which—” he tapped her stomach lightly, ”—is painless pregnancy.”

Eleanor smiled, her cheeks flushing red in embarrassment. ”Oh right… I forgot I was pregnant,” she mumbled, then let out a soft laugh. ”I seriously thought it was because I ate too much last night.”

Julian blinked, then burst into laughter. ”Seriously? How does someone forget theyʼre carrying their little brotherʼs child?” he teased.

She turned her head, her lips curving in a pout. ”Maybe because the father of this child is always off charming queens, duchesses, and nobles… leaving his poor sister all alone with her cravings and backaches.”

Julian leaned in, brushing a strand of hair behind her ear as he whispered, ”You make it sound like Iʼm not thinking about you every waking moment.”

She snorted, then bit her lip when his fingers slid between her thigh. ”Thinking doesnʼt help when Iʼm here alone, stuffed full of your baby, and thereʼs no one to hold me at night.”

Julianʼs smile deepened. ”Stuffed full, huh? I like how that sounds,” he murmured, placing his hand over her belly. ”You look even more beautiful like this….”

Eleanorʼs face flushed even deeper. ”And yet you keep leaving me, making me feel like Iʼm just another name on your list.”

Julian frowned slightly, then cupped her cheek. ”Donʼt say that. You were never just anyone. Youʼre my sister. The first one I truly claimed.”

Her gaze softened, but her voice kept its teasing tone. ”Then prove it. Iʼve been aching, not just from the baby… but from missing you.”

He leaned in, lips brushing over hers. ”Then let me make it up to you,” he whispered. ”Tonight, you donʼt lift a finger. Iʼll worship every inch of you until you forget I was ever gone.”

Eleanorʼs smile turned wicked. ”Youʼre such a shameless little brother.”

Julianʼs fingers slipped deeper, teasing the smooth skin of her inner thigh. Eleanor sucked in a deep breath, her hips arching toward him.

Then, with a sly smile, he found her pussy folds. He dragged his fingers between them, torturously slow, and she let out a sharp gasp.

”Ah—Julian…” she moaned, her thighs spreading instinctively to give him more.

He chuckled. ”Mmh… what do we have here?” His fingers slid along the slick heat of her pussy, and when he pressed gently against her entrance, he felt the wetness coat his skin. ”Already soaked for me,” he murmured.

Eleanor whimpered, her head falling back against the pillows. Her body trembled beneath his hand, her breath shaky with arousal.

”How could I not be…” she whispered, her voice barely audible. ”When you touch me like this…”

Julian leaned in close, planting a soft kiss on her lips. ”You missed me that much, didnʼt you?” His fingers circled her clit now, slow and torturously gentle. ”Your body remembers me….”

”Mmh—ahh, Julian…” she cried softly, her hands fisting the sheets. Her legs widened further, inviting him in, pleading without words. ”Please…”

He growled softly in her ear, the sound thick with lust. ”I havenʼt even started, and youʼre already begging?” One finger pushed slowly inside her, the wet heat welcoming him instantly. Her back arched, and she let out another moan—longer this time, raw and breathless.

”Gods,” she gasped. ”You feel… too good.”

”Yes....” Julian whispered, pumping his finger slowly, curling it just enough to make her body jolt with pleasure. ”And tonight, Iʼm going to remind you of every reason you let me put a baby in you.”

”Yes… please,” Eleanor moaned, her voice shaking as her hips rocked forward, chasing the rhythm of his fingers. ”Give it to me…”

Julian watched her quiver under him, utterly at his mercy. Then, with a slow smirk, he pulled his finger out. Her protest barely started before his face dipped lower, lips pressing against the curve of her breast through the fabric of her gown.

”Mmh… are they bigger now?” he teased, rubbing his cheek against her chest. ”I swear theyʼre heavier.”
