Chapter 216 The First Crisis
”Obey! Lord City Lord!”

In the hall, all the senior officials of Yanlong City replied in unison.

”Very good! Tonight’s failure is just a wake-up call for us. Next, prepare for the battle with all your strength. I will send out an invitation for a joint march tomorrow morning. By then, there will be more than a dozen large cities and three super-large cities.” The city will launch an attack on the Water Blue City together! They have no chance of winning!”

After Ao Jia finished speaking, all the ministers of Yanlong City present respectfully retreated, and went to busy with their own affairs.

His own city lord has already said so much. If any of them dare to neglect their duties, they are really not afraid of death.

”As long as I succeed this time, I will definitely become the first saint in the history of the Yanlong Clan in the future! After a half-sage appeared in the Black Dragon Clan 3000 years ago, our Dragon Clan has also been suppressed by several other powerful clans. It’s been too long, it’s time to change this pattern!”

”Luo Xiu, you may have a talent unmatched by all the geniuses in the entire Dark Land, but unfortunately, you chose to build your own city around my city, which is already doomed. Everything you do, They will all be my wedding dress!”

After everyone left, Ao Jia murmured, his ambitions inflated.

Compared with the dull atmosphere in the City Lord’s Mansion in Yanlong City, in the City Lord’s Hall of Water Blue City, at this moment, many war commanders and some soldiers are enjoying the rare supper, laughing and having fun.

”Didn’t you see that at that time, under the blessing of the orc shaman elite, the seven gold-armored flame dragons spewed out a fireball the size of a hill in an instant!”

”I saw City Lord Luo Xiu riding a flaming flying dragon to meet him, and with the joint efforts of Lord Kyle and the other nine angels, he defeated the opponent in an instant.”

”Yes, yes, I also saw that Yanlong City’s vanguard deputy general, Ao Ning, wanted to fight back when he was dying, but was directly beheaded by our Master Ling and turned into pieces of meat. It’s a bit miserable.”

”With the current strength of our Lord City Lord, I am afraid that in the near future, he will be able to dominate the entire Dark Land, and even the entire East Pole Island, leading the human race to an unprecedented glory, right?”

”That’s natural. I heard from General Wu Wei that the city lord will definitely step into the depths of the Dark Land in the future, take down the Ten Thousand Demon Cave, and then step on the Ancient Demon Hanging Mountain, wipe out all the extraordinary creatures on it, and become the history of the human race. The first saint in the world, and the kind that surpasses all saints of other races!”

”Haha, with such a city lord around, even if we are just a small soldier, we probably don’t have to worry about it in the days to come.”

”That is, let alone us, even the residents in the city, as long as they are willing to follow the city lord, they will be quite comfortable in the future!”

”The city lord is here!”

Just when all the soldiers and generals were discussing about the future of Water Blue City, suddenly a guard shouted from outside.

Everyone fell silent immediately, and Qi Qi focused on the gate.

”Congratulations, Lord City Lord!”

Everyone cupped their hands in unison and bowed in Luo Xiu’s direction.

Previously, Luo Xiu let everyone celebrate after the battle report was completed, and he himself met Ao Ning who was imprisoned in the dungeon with Bai Yu and the others.

”Look quickly, the face of the city lord seems to be a little more serious than before.”

whispered a soldier.

”Quiet!” A commander nearby shouted in a low voice.

That’s right, everyone present could see that Luo Xiu’s face was much more serious than before.

”Everyone sit down first, I have something important to announce.”

Luo Xiu came to his throne and raised his hand to signal to everyone.

After everyone was seated, Luo Xiu took a deep breath and said, ”Everyone, according to the information I just received, there will be thirteen large cities and three super-large cities tomorrow morning.” Declare war on us and open the door to war.”

”Among them, Yanlong City is the closest city to us, and their army is probably ready to go.”

”The other cities also have considerable strength.”

Speaking of this, Luo Xiu deliberately paused, and looked at the faces of the people present.

Most of the commanders and soldiers below were also shocked when they heard the news, with a bitter look on their faces.

Obviously, more than a dozen large cities have joined forces, including three super-large cities. Such pressure is not insignificant.

”I know, you must all feel the pressure.”

”But I hope everyone will not forget that the city we are in is the city of blue water!”

”We have created war miracles one after another! When we were still a tower defense town, we were able to fight against the medium-sized city of Barren Shield City, and won a complete victory, forcing them to sign a life fire treaty!”

”We are still able to clean up the tens of millions of dark creatures every day without any waves.”

”Our corn chariots, our powerful summoned beasts, even in the face of super-large lords, and even warrior-level lords, we have never flinched and marched forward!”

”So this time, should we be afraid?”

”Shouldn’t be!”

”This time, can we still create a miracle?”

”can!”

As everyone’s emotions were mobilized, Luo Xiu also stood up from the throne.

”Now, I am here to make a promise to everyone. As long as all of you stick to your positions in the next battle, I guarantee that we will win the war in the end! Everyone, do you have confidence!”

”Have!”

Everyone raised their right fists in response to Luo Xiu.

”Okay, everyone can have such energy, I believe that victory must belong to us!”

Luo Xiu smiled, and then gestured towards Bai Yu below.

Bai Yu took out a notebook, walked slowly to the center of the entire hall, cleared his throat, and said: ”This time, this is the first serious crisis we have faced since the establishment of the Water Blue City. Therefore, our tactical strategy The team has just launched a series of discussions on combat plans, the plans are as follows: ”

”In this battle, our core concept is still the same as before, focusing on defense, using corn cannons, various high-level defense towers, and building up some advantages with energy barriers.”

”At the same time, tomorrow morning, we will send an air team to ambush the teleportation positions of the war gates opened by four of the relatively weak cities...”
