Global Tower Defense: I Build a Billion-Strong Dark Army

Chapter 160 Letter from Utan City

Chapter 160 Letter from Utan City
Chapter 163 Letter from Utan City
After receiving the letter and opening it, Luo Xiu smiled.

The letter was written by a deputy city lord of Wutan City.

As the largest and oldest city of the human race, Wutan City has a rich heritage that even Luo Xiu can’t imagine now.

For so many years, apart from the five strongest cities of the human race that have been established by the presidents of the five human supreme alliances, the city of Utan, which is actually the most feared by foreigners, is the city of Utan.

However, Utan City was not established by a city lord, but by the four strongest families of the human race.

The big and small affairs of the entire city were assigned to the inheritors of the four major families to handle.

The person who wrote the letter is Nangong Sheng from the Nangong family. He is a rare tower defense genius in the Nangong family. He once went to the dark place to practice alone when he was 20 years old. A small city, but also brought back a large number of special resources.

As a result, the Nangong family has changed from being the bottom of the four major families to the current ranking of the second, second only to the strongest Dongfang family.

As a result, Nangong Sheng became the current head of the Nangong family and one of the deputy city lords of Wutan City.

”Wu Tan City has always been in opposition to the powerful cities of other races around it. Because of the wise leadership of several major city lords, the city has maintained a relatively stable development state.”

”However, in the past few days, several powerful war commanders have emerged among the human race, and they have won a lot of resource land for the human race.”

”Writing a letter to the Lord now is precisely to continue to gain more benefits in the struggle with other races.”

Seeing that Luo Xiu had finished reading the letter, Bai Yu spoke.

”Well, they are thinking about the long-term, and I have no reason not to help them.”

”It’s just that, relatively speaking, for the time being, we still need to give more summoned beasts to cities with relatively weak defenses. After all, Wutan City is already strong enough, and it won’t be able to reach a new level in a while. ”

”And those weak tower defense cities, once they cannot be defended, it is equivalent to one less city in our family.”

”Compared to developing strengths, now we still need to make up for shortcomings.”

”You can tell Nangong Sheng when the time comes, we only supply them with [-] summoned beasts every day for the time being, and we will consider increasing them slowly in the future.”

Luo Xiu said after pondering for a few seconds.

”Okay!” Bai Yu nodded, and then took out another notebook and handed it to Luo Xiu: ”Master, please read it first, this is my simple plan for the future of our city.”

【Construction Plan of the Top War Research Institute】

【Construction Plan of Top Weapon Research Institute】

【Top Weapon Siege Research Project】

【Top cemetery construction plan】

[Physical Strengthening Program for Senior Assistants]

【Advanced Priest Warlock Recruitment Plan】

【Special talent introduction plan of various ethnic groups】

【Water Blue City Underground World Construction Plan】

【High-quality Summoned Beast Resource Backup Plan】

……

It was said to be a simple plan, but Luo Xiu listed twenty or thirty items at a glance.

And basically there are several steps behind each one.

Counting close to fifty or sixty preparation plans.

However, Luo Xiu was basically aware of these plans.

So he nodded slightly and said: ”There is no problem, you can operate normally according to the above.”

”Okay, my lord!” Bai Yu immediately accepted the order.

”By the way, what is the number of assistants on our side now? With the current number of iron sheets, it is not difficult to recruit another two thousand assistants?”

Luo Xiu suddenly asked again.

”Well, I’m already making preparations. In the next half month, our city will recruit a large number of magi, and strive to ensure that there are more than 3000 assistants above the middle level.”

Bai Yu nodded.

”Well, that’s good.” Luo Xiu said with great satisfaction.

The current Aqua City is already a medium-sized city in terms of scale.

However, the construction of each area is not comprehensive in many aspects.

The folks introduced earlier only know some basic construction techniques.

To really connect the entire city together and develop it in an orderly manner, it still needs middle and senior assistants with professional knowledge to manage it.

There are many things now, Luo Xiu is watching, but there is no big difference.

But in the future, it is impossible for Luo Xiu to revolve around these things in the city every day.

It is better to have a person in charge of management in a region.

Therefore, it is necessary to recruit people.

After briefly reporting on the more precious items exchanged through the fast trade channel in the past two days, Bai Yu withdrew.

”It is estimated that Li Kang and the others have already arrived at the opponent’s city, and I can also go to see how the battle is going.”

Luo Xiu slowly got up from his throne as the city lord, and the holy angel guarding him directly carried Luo Xiu on his back.

Afterwards, one person and one angel flew out from above the city lord’s palace.

Behind them, there is an illusory shadow following, which is the seventh-level ruthless blade left behind.

In fact, with Luo Xiu’s current strength, he can also fly a certain distance in the air, but it will consume a lot of energy.

So, even though it seemed strange to be carried by a holy angel, Luo Xiu didn’t care too much.

Other than the holy angel, if Luo Xiu wanted to fly out of the city, he could only rely on the blazing dragon.

As soon as the Flame Flying Dragon came out, there was too much commotion.

In terms of speed, it can’t compare to the seventh-level holy angel, so Luo Xiu didn’t choose to ride it for travel.

As the holy angel flapped its wings continuously, Luo Xiu soon came to an ancient forest more than ten kilometers away.

He let the holy angel land on the top of a towering tree, and he released the owl’s eyes to check the situation not far away.

I saw a long team of corn siege vehicles shuttling between the dense jungle.

Various dark creatures attacked here from time to time, and they were all killed by the high-level summoned beasts protecting the corn siege truck.

”Sure enough, he is a good general who is proficient in combat. So many corn siege vehicles can be brought to the vicinity of Yuanbing City without making a sound.”

”It seems that today, the Ice Snake Clan, who are so cloudy in the sky, will also taste what it’s like to be attacked by someone.”

After Luo Xiu roughly observed for a while, a smile appeared on his face.

Li Kang and Wu Wei’s marching route can basically be described as ”weird”.

Because even if Luo Xiu is standing at such a high position now, without opening the owl’s eyes, he can basically not see their movements.
