Chapter 162 The Beast Tide Strikes

Chapter 162 The Beast Tide Strikes
”Call the brothers and prepare to defend the city!”

Su Ming looked at the warrior on the side with a calm expression.

The soldier was slightly taken aback, and subconsciously looked forward.

The black shadow is still approaching.

At this moment, it was already possible to see that the ones walking in the front were a group of ferocious beasts.

There are different types and shapes.

”Yes, City Lord!”

Seeing this scene, the soldier’s expression became serious in an instant, and he ran down the city wall.

Not for a while.

Hundreds of warriors from Dawn City gathered on the city wall.

Holding the epic crossbow tightly in his hand, he looked into the distance.

Each looked determined and focused.

No superfluous nonsense.

Everyone is at their most focused as soon as they come up.

Because they know
Whether they can repel the beast tide in front of them is related to the survival of Dawn City.

Su Ming stood behind them, and said in a deep voice: ”You should have heard a few days ago that many forces have been captured by the beast tide, and many forces have repelled the beast tide!
I can tell you with confidence that no matter what happens, we in Dawn City will definitely be the one to repel the beast tide.

If there is only one force left in the human race, it must be our Dawn City!
But
Under the nest, the eggs are finished.

This time, the fifth-order alien beast appeared, and every human being was bound to face a fierce battle.

If you win, your wife and children will live a comfortable life.

If you lose, there is only one dead end!
I hope each of you can go all out, not only for the future of mankind, but also for yourself! ”

The voice fell.

Qian Hao on the side was full of fighting spirit and shouted loudly: ”Fight! Fight! Fight!”

under his lead.

There was a ”battle” sound in the entire Dawn City!

”Qian Hao, come here.”

Su Ming patted Qian Hao on the shoulder.

”Yes.” Qian Hao replied.

The two walked to the open space beside them.

Su Ming took out a mechanical exoskeleton from his backpack and handed it to him.

”Put it on, when will you repel the beast, and when will you take it off?”

Qian Hao looked at the mechanical exoskeleton in front of him, slightly startled.

Immediately, the eye sockets turned red instantly.

Mechanical exoskeletons. He knows.

He thought that only veterans like Xia Yixue and Leona could wear it.

Unexpectedly, the city lord left him a set.

”me.”

Qian Hao choked up, and said, ”Boss, in terms of combat effectiveness, I am far behind other brothers. This mechanical exoskeleton is so precious, it would be a waste to wear it on me.”

Su Ming said angrily, ”Put it on as soon as I tell you to, why are there so many nonsense!”

”Yes!”

When Qian Hao heard this, he no longer refused, saluted, and put on the mechanical exoskeleton.

A total of seven sets of mechanical exoskeletons.

Su Ming kept a set for himself.

leftover.

Xia Yixue, Leona, Yin Xue, Liu Zhengdao, Qian Hao, and Li Tongzhe who was stationed in the mining area each had a set.

In addition, there is one more thing that can come in handy in the defense of the city later.

Su Ming looked at Qian Hao, and ordered: ”Go up and watch, and when the strange beast is about to enter the range, report it immediately.”

”Yes!”

Qian Hao took the order and returned to the city wall.

Su Ming went around the city wall and picked a suitable place to place the fort.

In yesterday’s lottery, I won a fort, but it is still useless.

I don’t know how effective it will be.

Su Ming chose for a long time, and finally decided to place the fort in the middle of the city wall.

Widest coverage.

Although it was a little conspicuous, there was nothing the strange beasts could do.

[Should ordinary-level automatic turrets be placed? 】

”Yes.”

The voice fell.

The position in the middle of the city wall was suddenly enveloped by a burst of white light.

”Look, what is that!”

The soldiers on the city wall quickly noticed this scene and all cast curious eyes.

After seeing the city lord standing next to the white light.

Their expressions are more curious.

I have heard long ago that the most powerful thing about a city lord is not super strong combat power, but all kinds of unpredictable means, often able to ”change” something out of thin air.

Even the entire Shuguang City was conjured up by the city lord in one night!
Of course, they also know it in their hearts.

The so-called magic is just the trump card in the hands of the city lord.

They are very curious.
With the alien beasts about to besiege the city, what kind of surprises can the city lord bring them?

The white light gradually dissipated, revealing the items inside.

It was a small fort.

Above the fortress, there are small pitch-black cannons, a total of three, each aimed at three directions.

It looks mighty and inviolable!
”This is the fort?”

Everyone looked surprised when they saw this scene.

They didn’t expect it.

The Lord of the City turned into a fort out of thin air!
I don’t know how powerful this fort is.

but.

No matter how powerful it is, as long as it can fire shells, it can provide a lot of help!

The soldiers defending the city are still very confident in this battle.

In the past few days, more than one human force has been besieged by alien beasts.

Nearly one-third of the forces were reduced to ashes under the siege of alien beasts.

The remaining two-thirds of the forces are sticking to it.

This shows what?
It shows that those beast hordes are not as scary as imagined!
Two-thirds of the forces can hold on, let alone Dawn City?

They don’t have much confidence in themselves, but they have an inexplicable trust in Su Ming and Dawn City.

As long as the city lord is still there, there will be no problems!
You know, the city owner is the number one existence in the human rankings!

Everyone thought this way, and after discussing for a few words, they looked away.

Raising the epic crossbow in his hand, he aimed at the shadow in the distance.

time flies.

It’s getting dark.

Soon it was dark.

Through the bonfires lit in advance outside the city wall, one can still see that the strange beasts are still moving forward, but at a much slower pace.

obviously.

There are people behind these strange beasts who are directing them.

They are not reckless, they also know to wait for the best opportunity to launch an attack.

At present, they have traveled a long distance, and although they are not exhausted, they have not reached their peak state.

And the group of human beings on the city wall had already prepared to live and die with the city.

Attacking the city at this time is undoubtedly an unwise choice.

Even if they have the bonus of night, it is not suitable.

So, still have to wait.

city wall.

The soldiers looked at the beast tide that stopped one or two kilometers away from the city wall, each with a serious look on their face.

According to the experience of other forces.

These strange beasts are very cunning, and they may attack at any time.

Therefore, there must be no slack.

but
It seems that there are not as many strange beasts as expected.

Except for a few large fourth-level alien beasts, the rest of the alien beasts seemed to be first- and second-level alien beasts that were not popular.

Where did the third-order alien beasts go?
