Global Cataclysm Survival

Chapter 1 1, the world descends on the wild world

Chapter 1 1, the world descends on the wild world

”Hey...it hurts...”

A burly man slowly got up from the ground, kneading his forehead with his hands.

At the same time, his star pupils slowly opened, and after seeing the scene in front of him, he was stunned.

”I’m going! Where is this?”

The forest, the endless forest.

The towering ancient trees are hundreds of meters high, and the huge canopy covers the sky and the sun.

Being in it made him feel extremely small.

But at this time, he realized that he was wearing animal skin clothes.

An old stone ax lay at his feet, as if it was a tool from the primitive era.

”Have I traveled to the primitive era?” Zhou Jie felt a little headache.

But then, something like a bracelet on his wrist caught his attention.

There also appears to be a button on it.

He pressed it curiously.

In an instant, a light and shadow was projected on his wrist, turning it into a virtual screen, and a line of subtitles began to scroll on the screen:

”Welcome to the cataclysmic world!”

”Aura revives, catastrophe strikes, here, all creatures go into a frenzy.

Beasts, insects, and even plants can kill you, but you have only one task, and that is to survive...”

The subtitles kept scrolling on the virtual screen, and it stopped after 10 minutes. After half an hour of digesting and organizing, Zhou Jie finally had a preliminary understanding of the world.

1. This is a cataclysmic world. When the night falls, the forest will become extremely dangerous. The trees grow wildly, and the wild beasts run wild. A little carelessness may kill you.

2. This bracelet is like a system panel, which can be used to query questions, trade items, create synthesis, and even chat with other survivors.

3. The world is full of dangers, but it is also full of opportunities. Cutting down trees and defeating wild animals can get you supplies. The items obtained at the same time can also be used to make various things, only you can’t think of it, no one can’t do it.

4. During the day, you must collect wood, berries, raw meat, herbs, iron ore and other useful materials as much as possible. They can be used to make corresponding items in the bracelet. At the same time, it is best to stay in the wooden house at night.

5. If you are lucky, you may also get a hidden treasure chest, which will bring unexpected surprises.

6. At this moment, my only belongings are a stone ax and a dilapidated wooden house. This wooden house is not strong enough to withstand the attack of wild beasts, so you must collect wood and strengthen it before dark!
When the subtitles of the explanation finished scrolling, the virtual screen was divided into four.

They are chatting area, trading area, synthesis area and warehouse area.

Click on the warehouse area.

At this moment, there are only two items in Zhou Jie’s warehouse - the stone ax and the dilapidated wooden house.

[Stone axe: The player’s initial weapon is also the most important weapon currently. ]
[Dilapidated wooden house: Please strengthen it as soon as possible! ]
Afterwards, Zhou Jie clicked on the synthesis area again:

［石斧：石块0/1，木材0/2，麻绳0/2］

[Kettle: wood 0/1, hemp rope 0/1]

[Hoe: Timber 0/2, Iron Ore 0/2]

[Fire: wood 0/2, leaves 0/2]

At present, only these four things can be manufactured, probably because he has too few blueprints.

Immediately afterwards, Zhou Jie clicked on the chat area, and a line of small characters was displayed in the upper left corner of the screen:
[Current number of survivors: 8564667346]

The interface has already begun to scroll the messages sent by the players:

”My God, where is this? What the hell is the cataclysmic world?!”

”Why is there nothing around here except trees? Can anyone tell me? What happened?”

”I’m so scared. There won’t be any beasts in the forest, right? Will there be brain axes?”

”What does it mean that animals and plants go berserk at night?”

”Just give me a broken axe, how can I cut down a tree?”

”Reinforce wooden houses? Isn’t that what migrant workers do? Who will help me do it, and I will give you 10 yuan when I return to Earth!”

”I’ll offer 100 million, and give me ten strong and strong bodyguards. Those who have served in the army are preferred!”

……

The chat subtitles scroll quickly and have a lot of content, but most of them are useless information.

Talk about your fears and panics.Others, perhaps real-world capitalists, are already thinking about hiring workers.

After watching for a while, Zhou Jie directly exited this interface.

Because he found that the number of ”survivors” is constantly beating, and it is decreasing every second!
This also means that there are survivors dying every second!

Of the more than 80 billion survivors, how many will be left tomorrow?
It is not a wise move to waste time on the chat interface.

With this time, it is better to cut down trees and strengthen the wooden house.

Zhou Jie picked up the ax and chose the smallest tree in his sight.

It was an oak tree with a diameter of more than one meter and a height of tens of meters.

Pick up the stone ax and chop it down vigorously!

”boom!”

The oak is just a little bit bark...

”My god, can this broken ax cut down trees? Isn’t it killing me?” He couldn’t help but complain.

A tree with a diameter of more than one meter, using this broken axe, probably broke my hand first, and the tree has not yet broken!
Just when he was about to despair, a mechanical voice sounded in his mind:
”Ding! Congratulations to the host, binding the sign-in system! Do you want to start sign-in?”
