I Get A Random New Occupation Every Week

Chapter 170: Could He Be Senior’s Male Secretary

“F*ck, it’s a Koenigsegg!”

Seeing Lin Yi’s car, the cockroach panicked. “Get out of the way, don’t get in the way.”

At the same time, the cockroach picked up his phone and aimed it at the oncoming Koenigsegg!

“Guys, did you see that? This is the man with the mind of a rich man, and in the near future, this will also be my ride.”

After bragging, the cockroach felt refreshed, but he was surprised to find that the Koenigsegg had stopped in front of him!

!!
“Cheh, it’s You!”

Seeing Lin Yi in the car, the cockroach was dumbfounded, and so were the people in the live broadcast room.

How did an errand boy come to drive a supercar?

“What, are you surprised to see me?” Lin Yi said, “Aren’t you talking about the mind of a rich man? Keep talking, I’m listening.”

“No, no, no, Big Brother, stop messing around. You’re already in Koenigsegg, so why would you still listen to me?”

“The main thing is that I think you’re doing a good job. Keep talking, you’ll get a reward.” Lin Yi said as he held his phone. “What’s your room number? I’ll buy you a rocket.”

Qiang’s face fell.

You’re already so rich, so don’t tease me anymore!

“Hey, didn’t you say that if this brother can be successful in the future, he will go to your grandfather’s grave and dance upside down? He is already in a Koenigsegg, so he should already be successful,” said a nearby errand boy.

“Yes, yes, yes. Where is your grandfather’s grave? We will send you there!”

“F*ck, don’t f*cking heckle!” Cockroach said in exasperation.

“What, do you dare not do it?”

The errand boys didn’t dare to show weakness either. They spoke their minds freely.

At this time, Qiang’s live broadcast room was in chaos.

“The errand boys are actually mysterious rich second generation!”

“If you don’t go to your grandfather’s grave and do an upside-down disco, we’ll close the stream!”

“Sexy host, do an upside-down disco on the grave.”

Looking at the errand boys not far away, Lin Yi said,

“Brothers, I’ll leave first. I wish you a bright future.”

“Thanks Bro.”

Seeing Lin Yi leave, Qiang was so angry that he grinded his teeth. Because a large number of fans had closed his stream, the viewership had dropped 30%!

It was over for him!

On the way back, his phone sent a push message, showing that the order was completed.

However, it was a bad review.

At the same time, there was another notification, reminding him that he only had a 58% positive review rate now. He was to improve the quality of his service, thus increasing his positive review rate.

Lin Yi didn’t pay too much attention to it. He crossed out the message and continued to take orders.

Fortunately, he met a female owner on the next order. Her looks became a bonus, and naturally, he received a five-star positive review.

Sitting in the car, Lin Yi sighed with emotion.

‘I’m already out running errands, can’t I escape the fate of having to rely on my looks to earn a living?’

The mission progress was now at (8/10), and Lin Yi was ready to take on another job.

He looked at his watch and realized that it was already 11:30.

He couldn’t take on another job since he had to go to Ji Qingyan’s company to meet his two future subordinates.

Lin Yi threw his phone aside and drove to Chaoyang Group.

When he arrived at her office, he found her focused on the documents on the table.

She even took a pen from time to time to record something.

However, other than that, there was no one else in the office.

Lin Yi looked at his watch and found that it was already 12 o’clock, but the person that she suggested wasn’t in the office.

What was going on? Was he more important than her?

Creak.

Ji Qingyan looked up when she heard the door open. She saw that it was Lin Yi, and a smile appeared on her pretty face.

“You arrived at 12 o’clock sharp. You’re pretty punctual.”

Lin Yi sat on the sofa. “I came on time, but I don’t think my two subordinates did.”

Ji Qingyan smiled mischievously and pointed at her kitchen.

“What do you mean? Is she inside?”

“You’ll know when you go in.”

Lin Yi didn’t know what Ji Qingyan was up to, but he still went in to take a look.

He found a few ingredients on the stove, and that even the side dishes such as scallions, ginger slices, and garlic were all cut.

Seeing this scene, Lin Yi could already guess the person who did this.

No one else would do this except for Ji Qingyan.

Lin Yi stood at the door, leaning against the door frame.

“President Ji, you said you wanted to meet at 12:00. You must be trying to trick me. Did you want me to make lunch for you?”

Ji Qingyan chuckled. “No, no, they’re late, but you’re just in time for lunch. I wanted to make it myself, but now that you’re here, I don’t think you need me anymore.”

“It’s okay, I can give you a chance to show off.” Lin Yi gestured. “Please start your performance.”

“No, if I do it, the kitchen won’t be able to keep up.”

Ji Qingyan’s pretty eyes turned into crescents. “I can promise you that I’ll make you something delicious after I learn how to cook.”

“In that case, hopefully I can live a few more years until then.”

Since he was here, he wouldn’t waste any more time. He went into the kitchen and immediately started working.

About 40 minutes later, four dishes and a soup were served. Although they were simple home-cooked dishes, they were very appetizing.

“Chef Lin, it’s been hard on you. I squeezed some mango juice this morning and brought it over for you,” Ji Qingyan took the initiative to say.

“That’s more like it.”

The dishes were all served. Ji Qingyan’s appetite was high as she prepared to eat.

Ding Ding Ding.

Just as Ji Qingyan was about to use her chopsticks, she heard someone knocking on the door.

“Come in.”

The office door was pushed open and a man and a woman came in from outside.

The woman’s figure was not as tall as Ji Qingyan’s, but she was definitely not short. She had a good-looking oval face and wore a semi-standard suit. She looked very formal.

The man standing next to her looked ordinary, but he gave off a refined aura.

Unsurprisingly, the woman was Ji Qingyan’s junior, He Yuanyuan.

The other person was her friend, Qi Xianzhao.

“Yuanyuan, you’re here early.”

“We’re going to meet our new boss soon. We can’t be late, right?”

He Yuanyuan glanced at Lin Yi as she spoke, smiling,

“Not bad, Senior. I didn’t expect you to find such a handsome chef for a private session. I have much to learn from you.”

Obviously, He Yuanyuan and Qi Xianzhao didn’t expect Lin Yi to be their new boss.

Ji Qingyan almost laughed out loud. “Does he look like a chef to you?”

“Isn’t he?” He Yuanyuan looked him up and down. “He’s not your new male secretary, is he?”

“Why would I want a male secretary?” Ji Qingyan complained.

“Of course he has to be good-looking. He’s good-looking and can cook. That’s killing two birds with one stone,” He Yuanyuan joked.

“He’s tall, handsome, and has a good figure. He’s obviously Senior’s type.”
