Global Cataclysm: Starting with a 1000-acre survival base

Chapter 492: Another sneak attack

It is close to a forest, and there is a large lake nearby, but the surrounding mineral resources are relatively poor, and the terrain is flat. Building a city is easy to be detected by satellites from other cities.

After Mu Xuan rested for a while, she went to the next marked spot.

In this way, after searching for a day or two, I found a satisfactory place.

From a distance, there is a large ice sheet all around.

In the middle of the ice sheet, there is a broken canyon.

The temperature in the canyon is higher than anywhere else, and it is covered by forests.

Mu Xuan found that the geothermal energy here is rich, there are many hot springs, and there are rich minerals hidden under the surrounding ice sheet, it is a good place to build a city.

The only downside is that it is not concealed enough.

But Mu Xuan thinks that the city can be built in the mountains on both sides of the canyon, which is hidden and firm.

Then, he ordered his men to build a temporary camp.

On Taxi’s side, after Mu Xuan left, they set their sights on Hui Ming’s gray werewolf guard.

Taxi didn’t attack Hui Ming immediately.

Instead, let Mu Fu lead a reconnaissance team to figure out Hui Ming’s course of action before starting to act.

During the period, the reconnaissance team led by Mu Fu also fought against Hui Tian and others many times, but the snow was getting bigger and bigger, and not long after the exchange of fire, each of them took the initiative to retreat.

After Mufu came back, he marked the gray werewolf’s action route on the map.

”My lord, there are about 6000 people on the other side. Our number is not superior, and they are more alert, so it is difficult to sneak attack.

This time they deliberately avoided iceberg canyons and only walked on open and flat ice sheets. ” Mu Fu said.

Tassie looked at the sign on the map that Mufu had, thought for a long time, but didn’t make a decision.

”Don’t sneak attack them, and don’t scout them, wait until they are about to reach Ice Bear City, and then act!”

”My lord, isn’t it too late to achieve the effect of the sneak attack we want?”

”Sneak attacking the gray werewolf and reducing the fighting power of the gray werewolf is very important, but it is more important to preserve our own strength, otherwise there is no point in surrendering.

I didn’t expect that the snow would fall so heavily, and the visibility was less than ten meters, which would affect the laser weapons. ”Tasi said in a deep voice.

”We can use the disarmed mechanical weapons!” Mufu said.

”Most of the mechanical weapons were taken away by Mu Xuan, and we don’t have to force them. I saw that according to the Gray Werewolf’s current course of action, they will pass through a section of ice lake.

The top of the frozen lake is covered with ice and snow all the year round, so they probably didn’t notice that the bottom is empty. When the time comes, we can blow up the frozen lake and drown them a lot. ”

Mu Fu frowned, looked at the map in his hand, but didn’t find any place covered by a frozen lake, how did Taxi know?
Tassi didn’t explain either, it has deep research on geology, and determined the situation around Ice Bear City by analyzing the data sent by the spy satellite.

In order to judge whether its analysis was wrong, it also sent a special team to investigate the situation of the ice lake.

According to the investigation, the ice lake does exist as it analyzed, but the size and location are slightly different.

However, this does not affect the sneak attack.

Afterwards, Taxi, Mufu and others formulated a surrender plan, assigned their manpower, and started to act separately.

As for Hui Ming, he was worried all the way.

Not only did Huitian tell it that it had encountered the Haituo people’s reconnaissance team several times, but the people it sent had also encountered the Haituo people’s reconnaissance team.

It judged that the Haituo people definitely wanted to attack it, but they never made a move, probably because they didn’t find a suitable opportunity.

”Cheer up, everyone. After crossing the road ahead, we will be surrounded by endless ice fields. Even if the Haituo people come to attack us again, we don’t have to be afraid of them!” Hui Ming shouted.

The various captains under it also conveyed its instructions.

”Hui Ming, don’t worry so much, the Haituo people have not acted for a long time, they should be unsure, and the place in front is not suitable for a sneak attack.

If they really dare to appear, with me here, I can wipe them all out in one fell swoop! ”Hui Tian said confidently.

Hui Ming: ”...”

If you are so powerful, you won’t be wiped out by the Haituo people.

”Captain Huitian is right. If the Haituo people show up in a while, it will be up to Captain Huitian.”

Although Hui Ming said so, he didn’t send a single soldier to Hui Tian.

And he kept urging his guards to step up their guard to prevent the Haituo people from attacking.

Hui Tian was very depressed, but he couldn’t order Hui Ming.

If Hui Xing is here, maybe we can send a small team and let it command based on the old feelings.

Not long after, Hui Ming led his men through the dangerous area in front of him and entered the ice field.

This ice field is very large and flat, and the edge cannot be seen at a glance.

It’s just that it’s snowing heavily now, and I can’t see too far away.

Hui Ming didn’t relax, and asked his guards to continue to be on guard.

”Brothers, if you go any further, you will soon arrive at Ice Bear City. When the time comes, you can sit down and relax for a meal.” Hui Ming shouted loudly.

Tanks and armored vehicles accelerated forward.

Soon, it entered the range of the ice lake.

Taxi led a special Haituo escort team of more than 2000 people, hiding in the snow.

When Huiming’s team approached, it was ready to blast open the icy lake, allowing Huiming’s tanks and armored vehicles to sink to the bottom of the lake.

”My lord, they are here, do you want to blow them up?”

”Don’t worry, the area of the ice lake is not big enough, let them pass by first, and then we will blow it up.” Tassie sneered.

On the armored vehicle, Hui Ming looked around vigilantly, but found nothing.

According to the map, if you drive forward for another [-] minutes, you will arrive at Ice Bear City.

Seeing Hui Ming’s nervous look, Hui Tian sneered.

It’s a shame to be so timid and come out to command and fight.

From Huitian’s point of view, if the Haituo people come out to sneak attack now, they are going to die, but it is really eager to see Taxi and others.

Soon, the tanks and armored vehicles that were ahead of them all passed the range of the frozen lake.

But it didn’t take long to hear a violent explosion behind him.

Taci detonated the explosives buried on the icy lake.

The huge explosion force shattered the thick layer of ice, and the tanks began to pour into the ice.

The Gray Werewolf guards ran away desperately, trying to climb out of the armored vehicle.

But armored vehicles sink far faster than they can react.

Biting icy water poured into the armored vehicles and tanks, and many gray werewolves couldn’t open the doors and couldn’t escape at all.

Suddenly, Huitian was dumbfounded.

It never imagined that Haituo people would play such a trick.

The ice lake is not large, but there are hundreds of sunken tanks and armored vehicles.

Most importantly, it disrupted Hui Ming’s team and divided it into two parts.

The front part has already driven out of the frozen lake with Hui Ming, and the rear part has not yet driven into the frozen lake, so it hastily turned around.

At this time, the Dimu people led by Mu Fu suddenly came to kill the gray werewolves behind.

Encountered another sneak attack, these gray werewolves were like frightened birds, fleeing in a hurry and unable to organize an effective counterattack, for a while, they retreated in a row.

When Hui Ming reacted, if he wanted to support the team that fell behind, he had to bypass the ice lake.
