Global Arrival: Survival on a Desert Island

Chapter 137 Battle against Pirates (2)

Chapter 137 Decisive Battle Against Pirates ([-])

When the branch pursuit fleet started fighting here, the battle on the other side had already begun.

Under Lin Feng’s deliberate speed control, the pursuit fleet behind him began to maintain this [-] kilometers distance with him.

This distance is so close that the opponent can catch up in minutes just by waiting for a strong wind.

But Lin Feng would not give the opponent this chance. After seeing that the opponent’s formation was almost spread out, he immediately sent a signal to the Robin next door.

”The counterattack begins!”

With an order, the two giants, which were nearly [-] meters long, began to slowly turn the hull, aiming the side muzzles at the target.

The gap of 1.5 kilometers gave the battleship enough time to turn the hull.

The upgraded sail battleship is as flexible as a destroyer in steering maneuvers.

It only took a distance of less than 500 meters to turn the ship ninety degrees to reveal the howitzer that was already ready to fire.

At this time, the fleet chasing behind them had only reached a position about 800 meters away.

”The distance is 750 meters, the direction angle is 85-95, the first-stage shooting sequence, ready to complete the free shooting!”

As the observer, Lin Feng, the commander, used the shortest distance to measure the distance angle of the opponent, and then conveyed it to each artillery position.

The 64 artillery positions adjust the angle and distance at the fastest speed after receiving the coordinates.

In less than five seconds, various departments in the cabin came to complete the preparation.

Under the coordination of artillery command groups at all levels, the attack sequence and targets were quickly determined.

”One company, 1-4 squads attack 04 targets, 5-8 squads attack 05 targets, 9-12 squads attack 06 targets, get ready and fire!”

“二连，1-2班攻击07目标，3-4班攻击08目标……”

Numerous orders were quickly distributed to their respective artillery positions.

The first artillery layer to be prepared is the third layer at the bottom of the ship with the most artillery fire.

”All work is ready, fire!”

”Boom-boom-boom-”

Twelve artillery pieces took the lead in launching the counterattack horn.

When the Black Coral launched an attack on the third floor here, the Robin following behind also launched an attack.

It is also the same third floor, launching artillery fire at the pre-locked target.

After all the twelve cannons on the third floor finished firing, after a short pause of five seconds, the second floor began to attack.

The two warships, with a total of six floors and 64 artillery pieces, launched their attacks in sequence according to the strict plan.

Under such preparations, the artillery of the two battleships continued to attack uninterruptedly, as if they had no CD cooling.

This is the first time Lin Feng has tried such a powerful firepower density.

As the target of the attack, the pirate fleet is already in a mess at this moment.

Fourteen battleships, one cruiser, four destroyers, and nine frigates, under the careful targeting arrangements, there are only three destroyers and four escorts left.

As the biggest cruiser, Lin Feng didn’t set his attack target at the beginning, so she didn’t get hurt much under such a powerful attack.

However, the remaining battleships said that they did not sink, but they basically lost their combat power.

In just one minute, the two sailing warships launched three rounds of attacks, a total of 1 shells.

Such a high-intensity bombardment, these ’weak’ warships can’t resist it at all.

The leader of the pirates, the sea wolf was also shocked and furious under such an attack.

What kind of artillery is this?
Fast rate of fire, great power.

In just 1 minute, half of his fleet was disabled.

Judging from the wartime situation, his fleet has already been wiped out.

”All the remaining ships obey the order, the prismatic fleet moves forward and hits each other!”

The crew on the Seawolf ship belongs to a team that is currently fairly complete.

In such a situation where almost one-third of the establishment has been destroyed, he can still command as usual.

But it is unknown how many of the fleet captains below can execute it.

Under such a terrifying blow, it was already impossible to retreat.

Just at a distance of fifteen sails, the opponent was able to fire and hit them accurately, but now that they have advanced to ten sails, if they want to retreat at this time, at least half of the fleet will be left behind.

The sea wolf can no longer bear such a serious loss. At this moment, it is the most correct choice to advance close to the battleship at full speed and play melee jumping.

It’s a pity that Lin Feng already knew the opponent’s decision here.

After the three rounds of artillery fire, the two battleships immediately changed their course and began to move away from the incoming pirate fleet.

And in this way, the original distance was less than 400 meters, and the other party was about to open fire. After such a change, the distance between the two sides began to widen again.

500 meters...600 meters...700 meters...

Gradually move away from the opponent’s artillery attack range.

Although the battleship’s own protection can already be immune to the opponent’s attack.

But the personnel on the deck are not immune to the opponent’s shells.

Lin Feng didn’t want to cause unnecessary losses, so he chose the most conservative style of play.

Moreover, the other party’s intention was to get close to the dance gang, so it was impossible for Lin Feng to let the other party succeed.

”Reduce the speed, immediately start assessing the opponent’s damage, and adjust the next round of attacks.”

Seeing that the distance between the two sides was more than 800 meters, Lin Feng slowed down the ship again, giving the other party the illusion that they could catch up.

At the same time, Lin Feng was also using perspective and binoculars to observe the results of the battle just now.

The remaining eight battleships, except for the cruiser during the period, were more or less damaged.

The three most serious ones have been completely moored and are undergoing abandonment work.

In this way, the current situation is 2V5!
The remaining five ships are not the rotten fish and shrimps from before, one cruiser, three destroyers, and a frigate that has lost half of its combat power.

This combination is more threatening than the previous fleet.

”Pass me an order, the Robin will choose 02-04 targets to focus on, and half of them must be eliminated in the second round of attacks.”

”In addition, let [-] and [-] resolve the battle quickly and block this sea area.”

Lin Feng’s order was quickly passed on to the other ships, and it was his job to command the battle cruiser 01 target next.

”The first company focuses on attacking the 01 target below the deck level, the second company focuses on attacking the target above the deck level, and the third company prepares for protection and supplements the fire gap.”

”The whole ship turned, and all personnel prepared for protection. Except for the combatants, everyone evacuated the deck.”

The first round of attack has a gap in distance, so after the fight is over, there is still preparation for the second round of attack.

But after the second round of attacks, it is not certain whether they can finish the same as the first round and leave.

And when turning and aiming, distance needs to be used to make up for it. After completing the attack preparations, the opponent’s artillery fire should also be ready.

Therefore, the next step is the real warship bombardment session!
