Chapter 90 The Late Wandering Island

Chapter 90 The Late Wandering Island
”Stand at attention! Take a break and look to the right!”

”Ta Tata...”

Under the scorching sun, Lin Feng, wearing a straw hat, was training the selected bodyguards.

This set is all learned from his military training in college.

Standing at attention, stepping forward, gathering, etc., all the commands taught these soldiers one by one.

As the ones who train the most, they can also enjoy the best food.

Beef, vegetables, and fruits can be eaten as long as they are nutritious.

For other ordinary sailors, they only have canned equatorial luncheon meat, and vegetables can only be eaten at a fixed time.

Like fruit, only those who work hard can have it.

Such a comparison made everyone even more envious of the soldiers trained in the barracks.

Looking at the sun at noon, Lin Feng felt that the morning training was almost over.A disbandment order was subsequently issued.

”Stand at attention, rest for half an hour and have dinner, dismiss.”

Hearing that they could rest, the 50 trainees were shocked and finally able to rest.

Immediately disperse and go to the shade to drink water and rest.

And Lin Feng finished the training of the training team and came to the shipyard to check the situation leisurely.

Person 170 is currently dismantling and adding new items to the ship.

The five-day manufacturing time, with the acceleration of these 170 people, only takes two days...

Oh no, it only takes sixteen hours a day to complete the upgrade work.

Lin Feng also tried to increase the number of people to accelerate, but after reaching 170 people, the acceleration time of the upgrade will no longer be shortened.

From this point of view, there is also an upper limit to the number of people who can accelerate, and it is impossible to give him a day to complete the work.

At this time, a large part of the outer hull of the battleship has been nailed with iron plates, and a circle of rivets fixed the iron plates to the ship.

And inside the ship, there is also a large amount of dismantled waste being carried out at the moment, and a large amount of new materials are being added inside at the same time.

Looking at the remodeled battleship, Lin Feng was very satisfied.

After a brief patrol, return to the island to check the work progress of the other sailors.

As an important core area, the construction equipment on the island is very important.

During the construction of the first batch of tide-proof dams, Lin Feng planned to settle on the small island.

However, with only a 200-meter-long dam in hand, it is still somewhat difficult to enclose an island.

But looking at the raised mound between the two islands, Lin Feng had a new idea.

As long as the embankments are set up in places with gentle terrain, those with complex mounds only need to be filled with a thick layer of soil, which can also play a certain role in preventing moisture.

After such a round of planning, Lin Feng found that the 200-meter dam can just surround the entire island.

However, the materials collected now are not enough to build all the dams, so the sailors have to temporarily excavate and build some corresponding earth walls to deal with it.

After a brief inspection, Lin Feng went to the farmland to check the germination status of the seeds.

The first batch of sown corn has been growing for four or five days, and the stem part is already as tall as a person.

At the same time, many spike stalks have grown on the top, which also means that the rhythm of fruit is about to grow.

The other seeds have basically grown out after two or three days of development and are growing stronger.

Such a rapid growth pattern, which is very abnormal.

Lin Feng also specially took two seeds and tried planting them in the nearby land.

But it has been a day or two, and there are no signs of germination.

Judging from the speed at which seeds are sown in farmland, they should have sprouted.

The comparison between the two allowed Lin Feng to determine that this farmland had the characteristics of accelerating the growth of crops.

He was still thinking about why there were buildings like farmland before, but he didn’t understand until now.

To really follow the normal planting speed, plant these plant seeds in these barren lands.

When he is gone, these plants may grow to germinate and bear fruit.

The effect of farmland is very important to Lin Feng. There is no half acre of farmland in these two pieces of farmland. It seems that a large amount of farmland will be collected for planting next.

After the daily inspection work was over, Lin Feng returned to the barracks and prepared to assign a new study job for Hai Xing.

During the construction and development period, Lin Feng’s daily life was very ordinary.

Training, patrolling the island, scheduling work, negotiating details, and the day went by.

……

Four days after the island collision.

According to the ’normal’ situation, today should be the day when the fifth round of Wandering Island appeared.

But this day was the same as usual, and there was no trace of traveling to the island.

Lin Feng, who woke up naturally after sleeping, thought that he got up early today and could get up before the Wandering Island appeared.

But after getting up, washing and checking, I found out, what about Wandering Island?

Where did such a big stray island go?

I quickly entered the chat and forum to check the situation, and sure enough, there were also cases where Wandering Island did not appear among other people.

Looking at the sea, Lin Feng frowned slightly, this is not a good signal.

According to the rules of exploration some time ago, Wandering Island appears once every three days.

On the day of the impact, it occurred once every four days.

Today’s day should already be the fourth day after the impact. Could this Wandering Island be late?

I went around the island and found no traces of floating islands on the sea.

The inspection failed, so Lin Feng immediately returned to the barracks and sent a small team to lead a group of sailors to patrol the island.

The wandering island that did not appear on time made Lin Feng vigilant.

This is not a good omen, this thing suddenly ran over at night, it would be a crime.

In order to be able to get the surrounding news as soon as possible, Lin Feng strengthened the patrol work and security on the island.

If the island does not appear today, will the treasure chest that did not appear today come out?
This doubt will not be revealed until after noon.

The people who suddenly stepped up their guard didn’t know what happened for a while, but they still obediently entered the guard work according to Lin Feng’s instructions.

Work for half a day, rest for half a day, recharge your batteries and get ready.

Until about one or two o’clock in the afternoon, Lin Feng was slightly relieved by the treasure chest that appeared in the sea.

It seems that the island will not appear today.

This is a fixed rule, if there is a treasure chest, you will not come to the Wandering Island, and if there is a Wandering Island, you will not come to the treasure chest.

But now that the appearance time of Wandering Island has changed, Lin Feng can’t guarantee that this rule can still be applied.

For the sake of safety, it is still necessary to keep the island on alert and beware of possible dangers.

At night, Wandering Island still didn’t appear. Lin Feng doubled the protection work at night to serve as a warning.

……

This state of alert lasted for three consecutive days, in the early morning of the seventh day after the second island hit.

Three warning whistles sounded on the island.
