……

What does ”blind spot under the lamp” mean?
This is what they call ”the darkest place is under the lamp”!

Qin Fang searched all over Tieya City for a potential fourth employee, but after more than ten days he had no luck. Then... a beautiful and promising potential employee was found in the orphanage where he had lived for more than ten years.

It was someone he knew quite well...

This left Qin Fang speechless.

...200 reputation points...

He sighed.

……

With the children’s help, Qin Yue came down to the first floor and said with a gentle smile, ”Everyone is very energetic today.”

”Sister Yue, let Brother come back!~”

The little girl, who was supporting Qin Yue, said happily, ”He also brought lots of delicious food for everyone!”

She glanced instinctively at the large amount of supplies the driver had already moved under the eaves, including a lot of candy, and swallowed hard: ”There’s also a lot of candy and cake...”

”Oh?” Qin Yue’s eyes seemed to light up at the mention of candy and cake before she spoke, ”Xiao Fang is back?”

”Sister Yue.”

Qin Fang snapped out of his daze and smiled as he spoke.

Qin Yue is three years older than him and is already eighteen this year.

”Sister Yue, please sit down.”

The clever Tiger brought over another chair and thoughtfully placed it behind Qin Yue.

Qin Yue smiled and said, ”Thank you, Xiao Hu.”

She reached out and patted Tiger’s head. Tiger grinned foolishly. She put away her white cane, which had a pink ribbon tied to the handle.

A little boy saw the ribbon, smiled secretly, and suddenly asked, ”Sister Yue, what color is it today?”

”Today is Wednesday with blueberry milk flavor!” Qin Yue touched the pink ribbon and said with certainty.

”But Sister Yue, you tied a strawberry cake roll Tuesday...”

”Huh? Huh! Did I make a mistake again?!”

”Ha ha ha ha……”

The children laughed happily.

Qin Fang also smiled.

The director was also smiling. Seeing the children in the orphanage laughing so carefree made her feel very happy.

Just as they were talking and laughing, they suddenly heard a child crying.

The headmistress looked up and asked what had happened. Soon, several children ran over, including a girl who was being helped up and was limping... It turned out that the children had bumped into each other while playing.

The little girl had a small cut on her knee and was crying loudly.

Qin Yue smiled, comforting her as she squatted down beside her, her hands groping to locate the knee. The next moment, green light emanated from her hands and covered the other person’s knee.

The injury on the child’s knee healed very quickly, and the little girl forgot to cry, staring wide-eyed at it.

The wound healed completely very quickly, leaving no scars whatsoever...

Yes, Qin Yue is a priest.

However, she was born blind, and even becoming a professional did not restore her sight. Therefore, although she awakened to become a priest, she was unable to fight, which is why she became the orphanage’s personal physician.

The little girl watched as the injury on her knee disappeared, then tentatively moved it a bit and found it didn’t hurt at all. She immediately jumped up, hugged Qin Yue, and kissed her on the cheek. ”Thank you, Sister Yue!”

”Be careful,” Qin Yue cautioned her.

”Uh-huh!”

She nodded her little head, and then went back to playing with her friends.

”Xiao Fang, shall we eat in the yard today?”

The dean smiled and said to Qin Fang.

Qin Fang snapped out of his daze and then smiled, ”Great! It’s been so long since I’ve had a meal cooked by the Dean’s mother. I’ve really been craving it.”

The headmistress’s smile grew even brighter.

”You silly child, come to the yard anytime you want to eat...”

Qin Fang chuckled, then stood up and said, ”Then I’ll move the things to the warehouse first.”

The driver had already left, and the oldest child in the yard was only eleven or twelve years old, so the task of storing the supplies naturally had to be left to him.

The headmistress smiled and nodded, not refusing.

Qin Fang then went off to get busy.

This is nothing to Qin Fang now.

After having dinner in the courtyard in the afternoon, Qin Fang took his leave.

As he left, Qin Yue stood with the dean, smiling as they saw him off at the door…

”Come with Xiaoyou next time,” she said to Qin Fang.

”it is good.”

Qin Fang answered with a smile.

……

After leaving the orphanage and confirming that his target was indeed Qin Yue, Qin Fang looked at the control panel again.

After hesitating for a moment, he became curious... how would a headhunting firm send out invitations to others?

He looked at the last part of the talent information on the panel.

[Has the recruitment process begun?]

Qin Fang made his decision.

Please prepare an interview invitation letter and confirm the recruitment time.

Qin Fang then realized that he needed to make an invitation first.

Qin Fang thought for a moment and then began to make the invitation.

Qin Yue was born blind... I wonder if awakening an epic class will restore her sight?

Never mind, let’s just fool them for now.

Qin Fang quickly prepared the invitation letter, then set an interview time before resuming recruitment.

The invitation in my hand disappeared in a flash of light.

[Recruitment process initiated; interview invitations will be delivered within 24 hours.] Qin Fang also became interested. After thinking for a moment, he disappeared from the spot.

He wanted to see... how headhunting firms would send out invitations.

……

The daily life at the orphanage is very busy, and the hardest working person is the director, who has to manage so many children, which requires a lot of energy and physical strength.

However, she has difficulty walking and, as she gets older, she is becoming increasingly unable to keep up.

Fortunately, some of the older children were able to help, such as Tiger, who helped the headmistress run errands and did what he could.

Despite the fact that he is missing his right hand, he is still very efficient at his work.

Qin Fang watched him from the shadows, wondering if he could make his hand grow back...

Although Qin Yue is a priest, she clearly does not possess the ability to regenerate severed limbs.

The one who’s currently the most free is actually Qin Yue.

After all, she can’t see, so there are many things she can’t do.

But as the only professional in the orphanage, and as a pastor, her role is irreplaceable.

At this moment, she is wearing headphones, holding a book written in Braille, sitting at the door of her clinic, humming a song while ’reading’ the book.

A day passed, and darkness fell.

Under the guidance of the headmistress, the children returned to the orphanage’s small building like ducks being herded back to their coop, and went back to their rooms.

”Xiaoyue, it’s about time you rested too.”

”Okay, Mom, I’ll go to sleep in a bit.”

After a brief explanation, some children started crying... There were also four- or five-year-old children in the orphanage, so the director went into the room to coax these young children to sleep.

Qin Yue ’read’ the book for a while longer before getting up, marking it with a bookmark, and putting the book back in its original place.

The sound of her white cane clicking rang out. She walked out of the infirmary, closed the door, and headed towards her room.

Qin Yue also lives in the orphanage, and for convenience, she lives on the first floor.

She found her room easily; the door wasn’t locked.

The room was small but very clean and cozy. The walls were covered with pink cartoon drawings, though they were slightly yellowed.

The floor was covered with wooden flooring, which was a bit old but very clean.

The room smelled wonderful.

Qin Yue entered the room, turned around, closed and locked the door, then put away her white cane, took off her shoes, neatly arranged them, and walked barefoot to the bedside.

Once inside the room, she stopped using her cane, placed it precisely on the headboard, and began to undress.

Qin Fang was stunned for a moment, and then he quickly turned his head away as he followed him in... an embarrassed look appeared on his face.

He was curious about how headhunting companies send out invitations, so he followed Qin Yue, but he didn’t expect Qin Yue to take off her clothes as soon as she entered the door.

After the giggling sounds stopped, Qin Yue hummed a song as she walked confidently toward the bathroom.

Qin Fang only breathed a sigh of relief after hearing the bathroom door close. He turned his head and saw Qin Yue’s clothes neatly laid out on the bed... even the undershirts were there.

Is Sister Yue really that uninhibited? She took off all her clothes before even entering the bathroom?
Qin Fang stood there awkwardly, feeling a little guilty.

He still respected Qin Yue quite a bit... after all, he used to be quite mischievous and often got injured, and it was always Qin Yue who treated him...

Just then, a black light suddenly condensed out of thin air at Qin Yue’s bedside, immediately attracting Qin Fang’s attention.

A burst of light appeared, and in just a moment, an exquisite black invitation appeared on Qin Yue’s bedside table.

Qin Fang blinked... This is... an invitation from a headhunting company.

Is it really that direct?

He couldn’t help but walk over and take a look...

It really is an invitation to the amusement park.

But he soon noticed something was different.

I instinctively reached out and touched it...

It’s definitely different.

The graphics, text, logos, etc. on it are all clearly raised.

Qin Fang blinked.

”This is... a Braille invitation?”

So considerate?

Once opened, the text inside has also been processed into Braille.

Just then, the sound of water in the bathroom stopped, and then with a whoosh, the door was opened.

Qin lowered his consciousness and turned his head, and then he saw a... holy light.

His expression changed, and he quickly turned his head away.

Qin Yue walked out, drying her wet hair, leaving a trail of wet footprints on the floor.

Qin Fang had his back to her, and he heard the rustling sound of clothes being put on behind him. He didn’t turn around until the footsteps started again.

Qin Yue had changed into a pink pajama set with a cute bear pattern on it, but Qin Fang could tell at a glance that she wasn’t wearing anything underneath.

Despite her slender figure, Qin Yue is surprisingly curvy in the right places...

Exquisite beauty...

I recalled the evaluation given by the headhunting firm.

Qin Fang agreed!

Qin Yue continued drying her hair as she walked to the bedside and sat down, completely unaware that there was an ’invisible person’ next to her.

Qin Fang prepared to leave...

It would be impolite to stay any longer.

At that moment, he heard Qin Yue’s voice.

”Strange...how could there be a mistake?”

Qin Yue’s muttering aroused Qin Fang’s curiosity. He turned his head and saw that Qin Yue was opening another bedside table, inside which were some colorful silk scarves neatly arranged.

”It must have been those kids who did it... Let Mom clean it up again tomorrow.”

She muttered to herself as she put the scarf back on her white cane.

Tomorrow is... a mint chocolate-colored Thursday...

As she spoke, she took out a bright red silk scarf, which was in the fourth position, and tied it to her white cane.

Qin Fang was both amused and exasperated...

’Loves sweets’...

How much does she love sweets?
Watching Qin Yue tie the colorful ribbon, then precisely place the clothes she had changed out of on the bed into the laundry basket beside her, she snuggled into the covers and reached for the book placed on the other side of the bed, but her hand precisely touched the interview invitation on it...

Qin Fang smiled.

Sister Yue, I look forward to seeing you soon.

He looked at Qin Yue, who seemed somewhat dazed and confused, and fumbled for the invitation in his hand, muttering to himself, ”The...land?”

He stepped out of Qin Yue’s room without opening the door.
