Milf Hunter: Seducing And Taming Beauties

Chapter 998: Arrogant Max Reid

Max, who had been listening with growing interest and a clear desire to dominate the conversation, suddenly leaned forward in his expensive grey designer suit.

He adjusted his cuffs dramatically and said with a superior smile, ”So, your family is also into business? That’s good to hear. If you need any help with anything — connections, introductions, even funding — just tell me.”

”I have very strong connections with a lot of important people in the industry. Senators, real estate tycoons, even a few ministers... it might be really helpful in growing your little business.”

He paused for dramatic effect, then asked with fake politeness dripping with condescension, ”So, what is your business actually about? Imports? Exports? Some small startup, maybe?”

I kept my tone calm and deliberately understated. ”Well... It’s nothing special. Not really worth mentioning right now.”

Max chuckled loudly, clearly enjoying the chance to act high and mighty. He leaned back on the sofa, spreading his arms like he owned the entire hall. ”It’s okay, everybody starts small. You’re still young, after all — what are you, mid-twenties? You can definitely become a millionaire like me before you reach 30 if you work hard and get the right guidance.”

”My business is Lawrence and Company. We’re one of the biggest players in real estate development across Asia and Europe. We deal with luxury condominiums, five-star resorts, commercial skyscrapers... You name it. Last year alone, we closed deals worth over 450 million dollars. We just signed a massive project with the government for a new smart city development.”

He took out his phone and casually flashed a few screenshots of property listings and bank statements, making sure everyone could see the huge figures. ”See this? This is one of our latest projects — a 120-floor mixed-use tower in the financial district. My father is the chairman, and I’m already the Vice President of Operations.”

”We have partnerships with the biggest banks and international investors. If you ever need anything — land permits, construction approvals, even private funding at low interest — I will definitely help you out, Jack. Just say the word. I like helping young entrepreneurs.”

Max chuckled again, clearly satisfied that his showing-off had landed perfectly. He glanced around the group with a smug, victorious expression, as if he had just put the ”new guy” in his place. ”No need to feel shy. Everyone starts from the bottom. With my connections, I can fast-track a lot of things for you. What do you say?”

I nodded politely, keeping my expression neutral. ”Okay... thank you, Max. I’ll keep that in mind.”

Max laughed heartily, patting his own chest. ”See? That’s the spirit! No shame in accepting help from someone who’s already made it. Just last month, I closed a deal with a Middle Eastern royal family for a private island resort. They paid in cash — all in one go. That’s the kind of level we operate at.”

The entire group reacted differently. Alice and Selena looked impressed. Lucas nodded along politely. But Hannah and Haruna both looked visibly upset.

Haruna’s face tightened with anger, her lips pressed into a thin line as she hugged my arm even tighter, her massive soft tits squishing heavily against me through the elegant white mermaid dress.

Hannah’s expression turned sour, her hand on my waist squeezing harder in silent frustration and possessiveness.

Through the telepathic bond, Haruna’s thoughts flooded in, full of bratty jealousy and burning irritation:

[That arrogant prick! How dare he talk down to Jack like he’s some poor startup kid? Lawrence and Company? Jack could buy his entire company ten times over and still have billions left. I want Jack to destroy him completely... make him bankrupt, humiliate him in front of Ruth, and then fuck me so hard in this white dress while Max watches helplessly from the corner.]

Hannah leaned in closer to my ear, her voice low but sharp with anger. ”Jack... are you really going to let this idiot talk to you like that? He’s acting like he’s some god of business when he has no idea who he’s dealing with. His ’connections’ are nothing compared to you.”

Priyanka, the bold Indian beauty in her daring deep V-neck emerald green dress, noticed the tension and smirked playfully. Her full, round cleavage jiggled as she laughed softly and leaned forward even more.

”Wow, Max, you really love talking about your millions and royal connections, don’t you? Haruna’s boyfriend seems too polite to brag back. But now I’m even more curious, Jack. If your business is ’nothing special’, how did you manage to catch someone as beautiful and picky as Haruna?”

Ruth, sitting possessively beside Max in her tight black pencil dress with the high thigh slit, smiled smugly and added more fuel. ”Exactly. Max is right, though — starting small is normal. Real estate is a very tough industry. Not everyone can make it big like my Max. He even has dinner meetings with cabinet ministers every month.”

Haruna couldn’t hold back any longer. She glared at Ruth and said with clear irritation, ”Ruth, you’re always showing off about Max and his money. Every single time we meet, it’s ’My Max took me here’, ’My Max bought me that’, ’My Max has connections with ministers’... It’s getting really old and annoying! Jack doesn’t need anyone’s help or guidance to grow his business. He’s doing perfectly fine — better than fine.”

Max chuckled again, still acting superior and patting Ruth’s thigh. ”No need to get defensive, Haruna. I’m just offering friendly help from someone who’s already at the top. Young guys like Jack need proper guidance sometimes. If he wants to reach my level, he’ll need the right mentor.”

Hannah, still pinching my waist under the table, whispered angrily, ”This guy is so full of himself. Jack, please tell me you’re going to make him regret every word that just came out of his mouth.”

I simply smiled calmly and replied, ”I appreciate the offer, Max. I’ll definitely keep it in mind.”

Max leaned back again, looking extremely pleased with himself, completely oblivious to the fact that he had just poked a very dangerous bear.

The group fell into excited but awkward gossip, with Priyanka giving me bold, flirty looks, her deep plunging neckline on full display, while Haruna and Hannah both clung to me even more possessively, their elegant dresses brushing against my black suit, their soft breasts pressing warmly against my arms.

The luxurious gathering hall was now thick with tension, jealousy, and unspoken lust. Ruth looked annoyed but slightly nervous. Priyanka seemed highly interested. And both Haruna and Hannah were silently fuming, clearly waiting for me to put Max in his place.
