Building a Business Empire with my Technological System

Chapter 331: Partnership Formed
The following day, Michael Reyes and his team were once again en route to the Cherry Mobile headquarters. Bridget, Juliet, and Antoinette reviewed their notes and final preparations, ensuring they were ready for the crucial meeting ahead.

As the white Toyota Alphard approached the front entrance, Michael glanced at his team and nodded.

”This is it, everyone. Let’s make sure we seal the deal today.”

They stepped out of the car and walked into the building with purposeful strides. The receptionist, recognizing them from the previous day, greeted them with a warm smile and promptly directed them to the elevator.

Arriving on the executive floor, Anna was there to greet them once more. ”Good morning, Mr. Reyes, and team. Mr. Ngu and the board are expecting you. Please follow me.”

The walk down the familiar corridor, lined with photographs of Cherry Mobile’s past achievements, felt different today.

Anna led them to the boardroom, where Maynard Ngu and the board members were already seated, waiting. The atmosphere was serious but welcoming. Maynard stood up to greet them.

”Good morning, Mr. Reyes, Ms. Schmidt, Ms. von Reimann, and Mrs. Estolas. Thank you for coming,” Maynard said, shaking hands with each of them.

”Please, have a seat.”

Once everyone was seated, Maynard began. ”We have reviewed your proposal thoroughly and had an extensive discussion about it. After careful consideration, we have decided to accept your offer.”

A wave of relief and satisfaction washed over Michael and his team. This was the moment they had been working towards.

”Thank you, Mr. Ngu, and thank you to the board for your trust in us,” Michael replied. ”We are committed to making Cherry Mobile a leader in the smartphone market once again. After all, I’m sore and tired of seeing international companies being the dominant players in our local market. It’s time for a Filipino brand to rise and lead.”

Maynard nodded in agreement. ”We share that vision, Mr. Reyes. Cherry Mobile has always been about making technology accessible to Filipinos, and with your resources and expertise, we believe we can achieve that goal once more.”

”Mr. Reyes, this proposal is quite comprehensive. I must commend your team on the level of detail and commitment shown. I particularly appreciate the focus on quality control and employee welfare.”

Michael nodded appreciatively. ”Thank you, Mr. Tan. We believe that by investing in these key areas, we can not only restore Cherry Mobile’s reputation but also set new standards in the industry. Our goal is to create a sustainable future for the company and its employees.”

Another board member chimed in. ”The integration of Reyes Corporation’s technology is impressive. It addresses the innovation gap we’ve been struggling with. How soon can we expect to see these changes implemented?”

Juliet responded confidently, ”We plan to start immediately after the acquisition is finalized. Our teams are ready to work with Cherry Mobile’s existing staff to ensure a seamless integration and rapid improvement in our product offerings.”

Maynard, having reviewed the terms thoroughly, looked up and addressed the room. ”It appears that all our major concerns have been addressed comprehensively. I believe this partnership with Reyes Corporation offers us a unique opportunity to revitalize Cherry Mobile and reclaim our position in the market.”

The board members nodded in agreement, and Maynard turned to Michael. ”Mr. Reyes, we are ready to proceed with the signing of the agreement.”

”Okay, let’s sign the agreement,” Michael said, a confident smile spreading across his face.

Maynard nodded and motioned for Anna to bring over the necessary documents.

Michael, Bridget, Juliet, and Antoinette each took a pen, ready to sign their respective parts.

Maynard started first, his pen gliding smoothly across the paper as he signed his name. Michael followed, then Bridget, Juliet, and finally Antoinette. With each signature, the deal became more real, solidifying the future of Cherry Mobile.

Once the signing was complete, Michael stood up and extended his hand to Maynard.

”Congratulations, Mr. Ngu. We’re officially partners now.”

Maynard shook his hand firmly. ”Thank you, Mr. Reyes. I look forward to working together and making Cherry Mobile a success story once again.”
