Global Gods: Start with a lottery system

Chapter 207 Shadow Beast's First BattleAfter thinking about the general direction of development, Xu Yi began to look at the small lake in the valley. There was always some movement in the small lake, but the wild beasts in it seemed to have been hesitant and did not move.

Let’s take this opportunity to test the actual combat ability of the shadow beast.

The bone armor covering the mouth was extremely rough, just like the jawbone helmet of a barbarian.

At this time, the upper and lower pieces of bone armor of more than a dozen shadow beasts opened slightly, and a black energy condensed between the bone jaws, and the shadow exhaled.

More than a dozen shadow energies hit a black shadow in the lake, and the crimson color spread in the splashing water, and a crocodile corpse slowly floated up.

Several black shadows under the water finally began to move, quickly approaching the floating crocodile corpse, splashing a few water splashes, and the crocodile corpse was dragged to the bottom of the lake by something, and blood and gas drifted out. The amount of blood and gas made Xu Yi even more unable to let go of this place.

The creatures at the bottom of the lake obviously did not intend to stay dormant any longer. Not long after the crocodile corpse disappeared, bubbles of various sizes appeared on the surface of the lake, and alligators crawled out one after another.

The alligators have a particularly strong short-range explosive power. The two shadow beasts closest to the lake shore were bitten by the crocodile’s mouth and dragged into the water, while the rest quickly retreated at Xu Yi’s signal. With the bonus of [Leaked Nuclear Fission Reactor], the shadow beasts with an attribute of 2.1 will definitely not be inferior to the alligators that are not known for their speed in terms of speed.

Even so, judging from the two blood lines on their black bodies, they have reached the level of two lines.

As the shadow beasts retreated, pure black shadow energy shot out of their mouths towards the alligators, and two pieces of black mist spread out. This was the revenge dark erosion that erupted from the death of the two shadow beasts that were dragged into the water. However, this specialty still requires a large number of shadow beasts to die before the effect is obvious. One or two will only reduce the dark resistance by one or two points.

Nearly ten alligators were shot through and killed in one wave.

The shadow beast team quickly retreated to the valley entrance. Seeing that they could not catch up, the alligators slowly retreated. Just as they retreated to the lake, Xu Yi returned with the shadow beasts and breathed out shadows again.

After a few rounds of tug-of-war with the kite tactics, the shadow beasts shot and killed all the alligators. Xu Yi’s second-line level increased by nearly 200 blood energy. The blood energy provided by this group of alligators far exceeded that of ordinary beasts.

After losing two shadow beasts, Xu Yi naturally would not waste these alligator corpses. They were thrown into the fortune pool one by one under the transportation of the shadow beasts.

Then he poured the secret seal in the first-level blood pattern, but this time there was no movement.

At this time, he suddenly realized that this group of alligators were not natural beasts, but a group of war beasts!

The only subtle difference between the two is that natural wild beasts provide less blood and energy, while killing war beasts can get more blood and energy, and wild beasts can be put into the fortune pool to make war beasts, while the corpses of war beasts cannot be reused by the fortune pool. The flesh and blood that have been used by the fortune pool cannot be used a second time.

In fact, in the wild, when encountering other chiefs’ war beast storage points, most people will choose to take action, after all, it is a large amount of blood and energy. After many chiefs deposited their war beasts in one place or some chiefs died of old age, their war beasts were released into the forest and became free war beasts. In the wild, war beasts and wild beasts can no longer be distinguished.

This is a very rare way to distinguish between war beasts and natural wild beasts.

Thinking of this, Xu Yi’s expression changed. It was not that he was angry that he had inexplicably offended a chief with a level of more than two lines, who could be initially judged to be a native, but that this war beast hiding point indicated that there must be a barbarian stronghold nearby, and it is more likely to be a barbarian city.

Because most barbarian tribes have specific places to store war beasts, and the Barbarian City does not allow wandering chieftains to bring war beasts into it, except for some unspoken rules.

After figuring this out, as long as the correct direction is determined, the speculated Barbarian City will be found with a high probability, and Xu Yi can also completely determine his position in the Savage World.

After walking in a direction with the remaining 61 shadow beasts for two days, Xu Yi still did not see the edge of the grassland. He killed a lot of barbarian beast corpses and piled them on the flatbed truck as resources for trading after arriving in the Barbarian City.

The 61 shadow beasts scattered and explored, but the surrounding area within five kilometers was still a vast sea of grass.

Recalling the map of the Savage World, he was now facing a grassland landscape, and there were less than ten grasslands in the Savage World that could be traveled for more than two days without seeing the end.

Most of these grasslands are long and narrow. Xu Yi made a comprehensive judgment on the conditions of these grasslands and chose a common direction that could be walked along the short side and out. This direction was almost 90 degrees away from his original direction.

After changing the direction, he walked for another two days and finally saw the border of this grassland, which proved that his decision to change direction was correct. Originally, he was almost parallel to the border of the grassland.

After walking a short distance, he saw a regular road section with deep and shallow ruts, and he finally felt relieved. This was the right way.

…

Just two days after Xu Yi left the valley, a barbarian with several lines of oil paint on his face and a somewhat thin body came to the valley.

Looking at the piled crocodile corpses in the Fortune Pool, he was a little angry. These two-striped short-snouted crocodiles were the group with the most blood and energy accumulation among his elite war beasts, and the training sequence was also ranked first in his war beast group.

This time when he entered the city, most of the one-line alligators were abandoned by him, leaving only the two-line alligators that had advanced after several battles. He also hid these elites in different places, and the best quality ones were naturally hidden in the most remote places. Unexpectedly, there was a problem with this most remote place.

There is no reason. Could it be that the other party has a secret seal spell to locate the Fortune Pool and came here through positioning?

In addition to being annoyed, he must find this place back. The blood and energy absorbed by the other party were all accumulated by him in battle after battle!

Looking at the crocodile crawling footprints back and forth, forward and backward, he speculated that the actual strength of this chief was not strong, and his war beasts were mostly fast and long-range, so that he could kite his elite alligator group to death.

However, looking at his direction of travel, he did not return directly to the main road, but moved forward along the direction of the main road. Could it be that he was a high-line veteran who was recovering his strength?

The native chief was a little doubtful. He did not dare to move directly towards the depths of the grassland. Judging from the direction of the other party, the destination should be Tianfang City.

A secret seal condensed in his hand. This was the bloody secret technique from the Blood Mad Tribe where he came from. It could sense the existence of the killers here.

Tianfang City, he would not be willing to go and take a look. There were several treasures and ruins discovered there recently. With the type of war beasts of the other party, he could still teach the other party a lesson by finding a narrow environment!

The alligator that can only be controlled without a chief is not at the same level of war beasts as the one with a commander!
