Earth's Greatest Magus

Chapter 2621: The Bloom of Six Paths

A single teardrop slid down Klea’s cheek as the light faded from Tivali’s eyes. The majestic wind tiger, her bonded spirit beast, let out a final, weakened purr as its great form crumpled into stillness.

”I’m sorry...” she whispered, placing her hand gently over its fading aura.

To most watching, it looked like defeat—a girl mourning the last of her summoned beasts. But those with keener insight, the few magus who truly understood Klea’s, sensed something more. She hadn’t tried to heal Tivali. She could have. But she chose not to.

She still had something up her sleeve. She hadn’t given up.

With the flood of burning emotion radiating from her, those attuned to the flow of spirit energy realized the truth.

The duel was far from over.

And then, they saw it.

A soft glow emerged where the beast had once lain—emerald runes, the very same that had once amplified Tivali’s wind, began to unravel from its fur and drift like threads of starlight. They flowed into Klea’s body, spiraling down her legs, pooling at her feet. Her eyes lit up with wild, unwavering determination.

Across the arena, Heracles narrowed his eyes.

”I see,” he muttered, lifting his mace. ”You’re not done yet.”

With a roar, he charged, feet thundering across the arena floor.

But before he reached her, a cyclone burst outward.

A vortex of wind exploded from Klea, slamming into Heracles with surprising force. It wasn’t just wind—it was Tivali’s wind, now reborn in her. The gust launched her skyward as she flew toward the shattered remains of her defeated golems.

Klea began to chant—low, ancient words woven from elemental magic.

Beneath her, the rubble stirred. Two motes of light, one golden and one icy blue, lifted from the remnants: the glyphs of Earth and Ice. They swirled upward and embedded into her forearms like branded tattoos. Her body jolted. The arena trembled faintly as her aura surged anew, fierce and wild.

Power surged through her. A cold clarity in her veins. Strength in her bones.

Heracles arched a brow in amusement. ”What now?!”

Without waiting for an answer, he leapt into the air and brought his colossal mace crashing down upon her. The sheer weight of the blow would have flattened most magus into the dirt. But Klea didn’t move. She didn’t even raise a barrier.

She lifted both arms—glyphs etched along her skin burned with sudden brilliance just as the mace connected.

BAAAAAAM!

The impact exploded like a thunderclap. Dust erupted in a blinding wave. Cracks spiderwebbed across the marble floor.

And yet—when the air cleared—Klea was still standing.

Heracles was the one thrown back, skidding across the arena in a trail of broken stone. Gasps erupted from the crowd.

The two glyphs had absorbed the bulk of the force, but the backlash was brutal. Klea swayed, blood trickling from her lips, staining her chin crimson. Her breathing was labored—but her eyes never wavered. In fact, she smiled. ȑΆ𝐍о𝐛Еș

A glint of triumph crossed her face. She raised her hand, fingers forming a complex sigil.

”Activate!” she cried.

A crimson rune of flame blazed at her chest, flaring with heat and passion.A swirling blue seal of water formed at her solar plexus, calming yet vast. And across her back, a jagged glyph of purple lightning crackled to life, arcs of energy lashing into the air like the wrath of a storm god.

With a deep hum, all six glyphs across her body pulsed in unison—earth, ice, flame, water, lightning, and wind—each feeding into the glowing sigil now radiating from her forehead.

The air itself buckled.

A deep, resonant boom echoed as the formation completed. Energy surged outward in a great wave, shaking the coliseum to its foundations.

This was Klea’s newly mastered technique: the [Six-Path Lotus Formation]—a multi-layered body enhancement array refined to the pinnacle of magus potential. An advanced and dangerous fusion of six elemental forces, the formation didn’t just amplify her abilities—it elevated them into something transcendent.

To the average onlooker, the glowing runes might seem ornamental. But to those with arcane knowledge, what she had done bordered on the impossible. Most magus were limited to three-layer enhancements.

A rare few prodigies could sustain four. But six? It was beyond extraordinary.

And Klea had achieved it.

Floating above the shattered battlefield, she looked divine—an avatar of the six elements, cloaked in wind and flame, surrounded by glowing runes.

Heracles could not comprehend the depth of the formation. But he was a warrior, and a warrior needed no comprehension to fight. With a defiant roar, he charged once more, mace swinging with the weight of a collapsing mountain. The strike tore through the air like a cannon.

Boom!

But this time, Klea met him head-on.

She raised a single arm—just one—and blocked the blow cleanly. The shockwave rippled around them like a collapsing dome, yet her body remained unmoved.

Then, with her other hand, she countered.

A devastating punch wreathed in molten fire and jagged earth burst forth like a meteor. Heracles was blasted backward, tumbling across the arena, leaving a gouged trail of shattered stone in his wake.

The crowd gasped.

And then it got worse—for him.

With a deafening crackle, two wings of pure lightning unfurled from Klea’s back. Ethereal and jagged, they beat once—twice—and she vanished from view, reappearing mid-air above Heracles in a blur.

What followed was chaos.

Explosions of elemental magic lit the battlefield. Shockwaves rippled through the stands. Heracles fought with primal force, guided by his Law of Dominion Strength—each blow shaking the foundations of the arena. But Klea responded with masterful control, weaving her six elements in a deadly dance of technique and raw will.

From the VIP box, even the ancient beings stirred.

Grand Overseer Olberyn of the Nephilim leaned forward. ”To think that the Earth faction has such a talent... not just him. Remarkable.”

The titanic exchange lasted several breathless minutes—each one packed with breathtaking maneuvers and near-lethal blows. Heracles, sustained by his monstrous stamina and sheer willpower, refused to fall. Klea, on the other hand, was burning through dozens of crystalline energy cores hidden, each one shattering to maintain her spirit pool and fuel the Six-Path Lotus.

She had come fully prepared for this.

Her plan had always been clear—to defeat two Kronos fighters, no matter the cost. As long as they didn’t send any of the Grand Magus Realm, she believed victory was possible

Heracles’ stamina was inhuman. He rose again and again, driven by sheer will and divine strength. But Klea never let up. Her strikes were precision-guided, layered with elemental energy, each exchange pushing him closer to collapse.

Finally, his legs buckled.

Heracles dropped to one knee, his mace buried in the cracked arena floor. Breathing heavily, he stared up at her, sweat and blood dripping from his brow.

He said nothing.

He didn’t have to.

Everyone watching understood—he had lost.

The arena exploded in cheers.

Klea hovered in silence for a moment, the last of her spirit crystals flickering around her. Then she slowly descended, her feet touching the ground as the glowing runes faded one by one.

She raised her hand in quiet victory—graceful, exhausted, proud.

Then collapsed into the waiting arms of her comrades.

Victory was hers.
