Shelter: All-Class Survival

Chapter 166: Alliance structure”Shelter: Survive All Careers (!

The time soon came to ten o’clock in the evening, and Chen Chen entered the meeting on time.

Unexpectedly, everyone had already arrived. After connecting to the video, their eyes wandered on Chen Chen.

”Huh? What’s wrong? Am I wearing something wrong?” As he said, he looked down at his clothes and found that nothing was wrong.

Ke Yexue laughed and said, ”No change, my sister just wants you to dress less.”

”Cough cough!” Wen Baifei glanced at Ke Yexue, and then said nonchalantly, ”Brother Chen, I think you have a ruddy complexion. You should have been eating well for the past two days, right?”

”It’s alright, it’s not...” Chen Chen reacted when he said that, he said before that he would give them the seeds of the flesh fruit tree, but he was busy practicing and forgot when he came back.

A smile appeared on his face, ”Don’t worry everyone, things will be delivered right away.”

”Xiao Luo asked the robot to pick some fruit.”

”Hahaha,” Chen Feng said with a haha, then politely said, ”Don’t worry, don’t worry...”

”Shut up!” Ke Yexue rolled her eyes and said to Chen Chen, ”If he’s not in a hurry, don’t give it to him. I don’t want to lose the fruit.”

Based on her previous trading experience, she really felt that Chen Chen would climb up the pole and say that only four or five fruits would bear fruit.

Chen Feng’s flattering smile instantly solidified on his face, then he closed his mouth and looked at Chen Chen.

”Fuck!”

Chen Feng’s expression made Chen Chen extremely disgusting. Resisting the urge to kick the other person’s face, he smiled and said to everyone, ”Don’t worry, there are enough fruits, everyone has one.”

Soon the robot 001 took the eight fruits, and he traded them to several other people one by one.

Of course, this kind of transaction has harsh conditions, and it can only be used by themselves, and cannot be given to others in any way.

During the transaction, everyone chatted for a while, and then Xu An announced the start of the meeting.

Xu An’s voice was full of anger, but he was very kind. He started with the oath.

”After several hours of discussions with the think tanks you recommended, a set of strict five-level trading constraints has finally been formulated.”

”These five-level transaction constraints are from high to low, which can meet everyone’s different needs for transactions.”

”The first layer is designed for the most basic and normal transactions, including the equivalent exchange and lease of various common items. According to the value of the transaction items, the two players can freely set the punishment intensity, and the punishment time after breaking the contract is as soon as Seven days.”

...

”The fourth-tier requirements are very strict, and it is recommended to use it when trading strategic items, because once the violation player’s trading system will be permanently closed, they can no longer trade with others.”

”If you want to reopen, you can only forgive and restore from the other party. However, this possibility is very low. If you can choose this rule, it means that the item must not be damaged or traded twice. At this time, I think For the other party to forgive, the price to pay is unimaginable.”

”Finally, there are the fifth-level trading rules. On the basis of the fourth-level, this rule not only adds a new regulation to permanently close the forum’s private messages, but also stipulates that it is permanently irreversible. Once the default is breached, the defaulter will be directly separated from the entire player. system, and spend the rest of your life alone!”

Xu An said seriously: ”I really don’t recommend you to use this. If you have to use it, you may be more cautious, otherwise you will basically have to wait for death if you breach the contract.”

”Okay, the trading rules are so five-level. After the meeting, we will issue them in the name of the Elder Council. Players can choose freely when trading, and just apply them directly.”

Then he looked at everyone, ”Do you have any objections to this?”

Liu Ziping said: ”I think it’s perfect, at least I can’t find any loopholes myself.”

”No problem, it’s over! It’s not mandatory anyway, it involves their own interests, players will choose by themselves.” Chen Feng said indifferently.

”I have no opinion either.”

”Okay!” Xu An nodded, ”This item is approved, and we will publish it after the meeting.”

Then he sat up straight and said, ”Now let’s move on to the second issue, which is also the most important one. The establishment of the alliance system!”

”I have sent you the basic system of the alliance before, so I won’t repeat it here. After discussions with your recommended representatives, we have initially decided to set up three departments within the alliance.”

”One is the Council of Elders, which is similar to our current system. In the initial stage, there are still only nine of us. We decide the major issues of the alliance through the meeting.”

”The second is the points team. After we finalize and refine the various system rules, the point management part will be handed over to the points group. The points are the standard of distorted iron, and one hundred grams of distorted iron is one point.”

”Members of the points team only have the right to record and report abnormalities, but cannot change any points. After discovering the abnormality, they will report the abnormality to our Presbyterian Council, and the three members of the Presbyterian Council can discuss the processing of the abnormal data.”

After the establishment of the points system, some people engage in financial speculation, so a regulatory agency must be established to maintain fairness.

If a player is caught by illegal operations, the alliance will give them warnings, penalties, serious warnings, and kicking out of the alliance.

Of course, players who are dissatisfied can also appeal. At that time, at least five members of the Presbyterian Council will review it for the second time. If the result is the same as before, the punishment of the player who appealed will be further aggravated.

This can not only reduce the probability of wrong punishment, but also free up the time of the Presbyterian members, so that they will not waste too many people’s time for this kind of disputes.

However, the existing circle is not very large, and one elder’s subordinates are more than 100 to 400 people, and they are basically familiar with it. I believe that if they really made a mistake, they would not complain maliciously and waste other people’s time.

This is the norm of the behavior of acquaintances outside the regulations. Although it is not clearly stated, its restraint is not weaker than the regulations in black and white.

Xu An continued to elaborate, ”The third department is the security team, which should be a permanent department. The members are composed of all players in the alliance who can provide standing remotely, such as Liu Ziping, who can draw living creatures. Chen Feng, who was transported by the biological box to tame the animal...”

The biological box is a special item produced by the abnormal world. After placing the live animal in it, it can be traded through the trading system. Chen Feng relies on this to help other players.

”They will provide different levels of assistance to players in danger, and players will pay them a certain amount of points as a reward.”

”In addition, as long as you help a player every week, he can get the basic points reward of the security team. In order to avoid empty pay, you can’t get basic points if you are named but don’t help the player.”

”Anyone here who has the ability to fight remotely can also register. However, please note that members of the security team must stay in touch to ensure that you can respond in time when you are needed.”

”In the future, when there is a need, the alliance will be established. The production and living, weapon manufacturing, food production, resource research and other departments will stay for a long time if necessary. If not, they will be dissolved after they are used up.”

”Okay, that’s all for the general content. Now let’s discuss various details.” Then Xu An looked at the light and shadow next to him, and said, ”Wen Baifei will preside over the discussion stage, and everyone will actively participate.”

Establishing an alliance system is very important for all players who want to join, so everyone is enthusiastic when discussing, referring to the information given to themselves by their representatives, and reviewing all the details.

After all the discussions were over, it was already half past eleven. At this time, Xu An took over the presidency.

Continued: ”Okay! Now we start the appointment of members of each department, and everyone will introduce the people recommended by their own areas at the meeting. The first is the points team.”

Hearing this, Chen Chen and the others sent a video call to the people who had agreed before, and brought them into the meeting together.

Wen Baifei coughed twice, then said, ”Let’s start with me first.”

He pointed to a boy wearing large-framed glasses in the light curtain beside him and said, ”His name is Ma Liang, his net name is Ma Fugui, he has metallic ability and can manufacture ordinary ultra-high-precision parts. Of course, this has nothing to do with you, Chen Chen. Fab’s, his metallic abilities can’t process distorted iron.”

”I also have the ability to control metal, and I can’t process distorted iron. If I can process it, that ability is against the sky.” Xu An interjected with a smile.

The boy in the picture showed a smile and introduced himself, ”Hello everyone, I am a member of the Buddha area, and I will be responsible for the review of the points later...”

”Hello everyone, my name is Chen Wei, the guardian nicknamed Xiao Muxi, belongs to the area of Boss Tang, has the ability of fire-type lava, which can quickly heat up the things it touches, basically there is no combat bonus...”

The third and fourth are beautiful women, one with slender shoulders and slender waist, and the other with curvy eyebrows and plump cheeks.

”My name is Cheng Qingqian, and my nickname is Qiantangqing. In Sister Chu Yu’s area, I have the ability to bind water...”

”My real name is Li Yan, and my nickname is Yan Habit. I belong to the Kejie area, and my wood-type ability can enhance the hardness and resistance of plants...”

”My name is Zhang Juncai. I’m looking for him in my screen name. I don’t have any special abilities yet. Thanks to Brother Chen, I want to join the group and hope you can give me more advice.”

...

Each elder can only designate one member to join the points team~www.wuxiaspot.com~ These nine people will be introduced soon.

After that, there are members of the security team. Except for the Presbyterian Church, there are not many new ordinary members, only three.

Tang Shan who can make talismans, Song Yufei from Gao Ren’s area, and Sun Hua from Xu’an area.

Among them, Song Yufei’s ability is relatively special. He can inject attribute energy into the feathers, and then can be used by any player. As long as they are thrown forward, the feathers can be turned into sharp arrows, killing ghosts or deformed beasts.

This is somewhat similar to Chen Chen’s Jin Rui Arrow, but its power is far less than that of Jin Rui Arrow.
