Shelter: All-Class Survival

Chapter 161: All the best, the road to wealth!”Shelter: Survive All Careers (!

Liu Ziping first explained his point of view, ”I think the community is the most suitable at this stage. First of all, the environment and production methods are similar. There is not much class gap between members. It also requires close cooperation... More importantly, because the structure of this system is relatively simple, it can be flexibly adjusted later, and the revolving door alliance is all possible.”

”The community system can give full play to our original advantages, with mutual cooperation as the main, supplemented by help, and everyone’s freedom is basically not restricted, but it can form a whole...”

After Liu Ziping finished speaking, Wen Baifei said immediately, ”The system advocated by Liu Ziping does not have many shortcomings, but it is too conservative. This system is almost the same as our current mode of conduct, but it is free and harmonious, but the forces are not integrated, so what? Can you compete in other areas? The transformation is simple, can you change it after you get used to it? It’s better to choose a suitable one.”

”I think the sect system is the most suitable. The management system is clear and the goals are clear. Take the talisman as an example. After the sect adjustment, some people can make paper, some filter blood, and the other part draw talismans. Some departments are responsible for Research and development, and some management... Division of labor and cooperation is the best choice.”

”And the flexibility of the sect system is also very large, from feudal society to modern society. It can definitely make up for the lack of details when integrating some systems of modern companies...”

After Wen Baifei finished speaking, Chen Chen finally got up and integrated the points that Zhang Juncai had sorted out for himself with his own judgment, and elaborated:

”The views raised by the two have their own strengths, but I would like to ask a question, how did the two consider the personnel arrangement?”

”The first is the community, because its organization is relatively loose, its power cannot be concentrated, and the personnel relationship is not clear enough, so there will be many problems in implementation. For example, the responsibilities are not clear, and the management is more similar to public service.

From the village committee to the community committee, everyone must have seen the insufficiency of its management. Besides, we are not only involved in life, but also in development and competition for survival. It is difficult to believe that such a simple organization can manage all aspects of thousands of people. ”

”The second is the sect. Our production method has basically returned to manual work. After the sect is integrated into the small workshop model, it seems to be good, and it may be able to develop steadily after it takes shape.

But don’t forget that it pays attention to the seniority and inferiority of the elders, and it is the responsibility of the teacher. Everyone is about the same young people, who can be willing to surrender to others? Who among you can allocate a large amount of time to take disciples? Corruption is easy to breed among the various departments of the sect, right?

If nothing else, the master has a very high power over his disciples, not to mention what happened a long time ago. Before we crossed over, there was oppression between masters and apprentices, mentors and graduate students. Is it necessary to transfer some manpower? to oversee this relationship? Not to mention that we are all born in the wild, can we really teach it well? This has to be a big question mark, right?

Compared with the alliance, the advantage of the sect is that it is more united, but this is also its disadvantage. The sect is too closed. If there are powerful experts to join us, will the previous department plan be changed again? For example, a person with stronger animal taming ability came, Chen Feng, would you hand over the seat of the hall master to him, or would you give him the apprenticeship?

Before this person came, you must have brought all the players with the strongest talent for fighting beasts. Hall master, elder, elder foreign minister? These jobs are not good to fit in, right?

Even if you come in, it will still affect the stability of the sect. Can you establish a sense of belonging? ”

Chen Chen looked around at everyone, ”I think it is better to give orders than to guide. We can directly discard the troublesome parts of the sect and only take the essence. The alliance can include the advantages of absorbing various systems.”

”First of all, for the integration of sects, we have to enlarge the points system and remove the sect level and the relationship between master and apprentice.

There is no level of status in the alliance, only the level of points.

We release tasks that meet the development needs of the alliance, and let everyone freely access them, so that not only there is no management cost, but also the best products can be obtained. Everything is voluntary, the good will eliminate the bad. ”

”This absorbs the advantages of the sect and solves the problem of grades. Next, we will solve the problem of absorbing new people and inheriting masters and apprentices.”

Speaking of which, Chen Chen took out the distorted flesh fruit directly, broke apart the dried meat, and traded it to everyone.

”This is what I got by accident today. It is a plant that can devour and consume flesh. After testing, I found that this tree can actually transform deformed flesh, and the fruit produced contains extremely high energy.” Chen Chen paused, ”And after my verification, the pulp has no distortion at all!”

”What! Clear the distorted radiation!” Ke Yexue looked at Chen Chen in surprise

Wen Baifei looked at the jerky in his hand carefully, and murmured, ”Is this...really?”

Chen Feng was even more direct. He waved a dog and fed the jerky to it. Then he stroked the dog’s head. After sensing it, he looked shocked and said to the others, ”This is true! Eating this can completely bring us back to normal diet. !”

…

Seeing everyone’s reaction, Chen Chen’s mouth was slightly raised. After a while, he continued, ”The breeding conditions and growth environment of this plant are not harsh, and it can be promoted among players.”

”Well, I believe everyone should have a certain judgment when they see this. Now whoever has doubts, ask them and I will answer them.”

Wen Baifei said: ”With this, it is not a problem to attract new people, but how to work closely with everyone? After removing the basic organization of the sect, how to ensure that the recruits are not people who have no sense of belonging and only take advantage? And how to realize the function of cultivating new people in the sect ?”

Chen Chen smiled and said: ”It’s very simple, just set the threshold for joining and exiting.”

”Don’t forget, we have forums and transaction records. As long as we analyze these things, we can filter out people with similar values to us, and then recruit only these people. I believe that such people have no sense of belonging. Difficult to cultivate.”

”After joining, we will directly send him a ”Five Elements Chaotian Law”, and he can get other rewards after his points level is improved, but if he wants to quit the alliance, he needs to pay back ten times the things he once gave.

In this way, this kind of thing can be largely prevented from happening. When his level increases, will he really be willing to leave? ”

Among them, the cost of silence is the effort players make in the alliance, and the cost of quitting is the existing various treatments and fines. There are no mandatory constraints, but it is difficult for those who join for a long time to quit.

”As for cultivating new players, it is easier to directly absorb the university lecture mode, but we charge a fee. If you are short of points, you can hold a video conference to teach other players, and set a price for alliance members to buy.

If the things explained are useful, people will naturally listen to them, and both parties will benefit. If they are useless, the market will eliminate them. There is interaction between players, and the status is equal. ”

After the explanation, Chen Chen looked at Wen Baifei, ”This way, the problem of the sect will be solved.”

Wen Baifei nodded and said with a smile, ”Okay, you convinced me. In fact, there is still a shadow of the sect, but the name is not important. The alliance does respect players more.”

Afterwards, Gao Ren asked, ”Equality is there, but will it be less attractive to masters?”

Chen Chen asked directly, ”Modern society is much more equal than before, but has the speed of wealth accumulation slowed by the rich?”

Xu An also asked, ”How to help the weak members?”

”The price is clearly marked, and the points are directly used to purchase the service. If there are no points, different arrears are set for different levels, and the public funds of the alliance are used to make up first, and then let them pay it back slowly.”

Having said that, most people have already recognized it, and then he answered some detailed questions.

The final vote was unanimous!

Xu An was also very satisfied with this, and finally concluded: ”Okay, since that’s the case, then tomorrow we will let the respective delegations discuss the details of the alliance’s system, and strive to settle it as soon as possible!”

Chen Chen also smiled and said: ”Don’t worry everyone, I will give everyone a plantable flesh fruit almost tomorrow!”

The crowd cheered, clinking glasses directly with the jerky, and ended the meeting.

After closing the video, Chen Chen picked up the round boy beside his feet, rubbed his hair, and the corners of his mouth couldn’t help but grow wider.

At present, it seems that the biggest beneficiary of UU reading www.uukanshu.com is still him.

Points are equivalent to credit currency, after which his wealth will grow rapidly.

What counts as a few pieces of fruit to give out tonight?

He also has equipment forging, training lectures, flesh fruit trees... all kinds of ways to earn points, and everyone in the entire alliance will have to pay him points.

As long as the price he offers is high enough, all kinds of attribute beads, heaven and earth treasures can be bought.

And the people who sell it will be very happy.
