Lewd System: Every Scream and Moan is EXP

Chapter 217: Chapter 217: Poor Lysandra

Lysandra was rubbing her temples with visible exhaustion written across her features.

And this motherfucker was targeting her for some teasing.

Jax approached with his signature smile plastered across his face.

”Headmistress, that was quite a speech. And I am really honored to be praised by the academy’s strongest.”

She looked into his eyes for a long moment. ”Professor Jax, this ain’t funny.”

Jax made a baffled expression. ”Funny? What do you mean?”

She sighed heavily. ”What do you want?”

Jax smiled wider. ”Nothing. Just congratulating you on how perfectly you handled the absurd situation that arose here tonight.”

He paused, feigning sadness. ”However, I do regret that I wasn’t able to solve the first part of the problem.”

Internally, Jax was giggling. ’What absolute cinema would that have been.’

His mind drifted to those spicy conversations during his activities with the elven queens. The moaning. The screaming. The twisted mother-daughter roleplay.

That roleplay had been the cherry on top. Not only had it saved him from any name revelations, but it had created the best possible scenario. No one could identify the participants based on those absurd family dynamics.

’Pure genius. Accidental genius, but genius nonetheless.’

Jax added while hiding his smile, ”It must be hard for you to—”

Lysandra finally broke.

Her form began leaking mana. Raw energy crackled around her like an invisible storm. Her face displayed every ounce of anger she had been barely holding back until now.

”Do you have any idea what you have done?”

Jax maintained his innocent expression. Though internally, he was genuinely baffled by her sudden shift.

”Me? I am just a humble professor. What could I have possibly done?”

”Don’t.” Her voice turned to ice.

”Don’t you dare play innocent with me.”

She looked around the corridor quickly. Scanning for any unwanted witnesses. Only her assistant stood nearby, and she didn’t care about her presence anymore.

Lysandra grabbed his collar and yanked him close. Their faces were inches apart.

”I know it was you.”

Jax’s confusion deepened. ”Know what?”

”The degenerate act you pulled before.”

Her grip tightened.

”The sounds. The moans. The disgusting performance of yours. Every single thing.”

Jax’s mind began to panic.

Processing. Calculating. Connecting dots he desperately wished would stay separate.

She continued without mercy.

”I don’t know how a guy like you managed to pull those royalties into your schemes. And I don’t know what you gained from tarnishing the reputation of this academy.”

She paused.

A grin spread across her face. Wicked. Knowing.

”Or was it revenge you were plotting against me? Did you stoop so low for that?”

Her eyes bore into his. ”You think you’re untouchable? You think your little games have no repercussions?”

She stepped closer. ”You know I could have exposed you. I should have dragged you onto that stage and announced exactly what you did to every noble in attendance.”

Her grip on his collar tightened further.

”But I didn’t. Because unlike you, I care about this academy. About its students. About everything we’ve built here.”

Her voice carried pain beneath the anger.

”This academy would be a plaything for you. But for me? It’s the duty I was left to fulfill by someone. It’s my temple. My home. My everything.”

Jax looked directly into her eyes. ”Are you done?”

”Done?” She scoffed loudly.

”I haven’t even started. Do you know how many problems you’ve caused since you arrived? The complaints? The incidents? The—”

”I said.” Jax’s voice dropped to something cold. Something dangerous.

”Are you done?”

Lysandra paused.

Something in his tone made her hesitate. Made her instincts scream warnings she couldn’t ignore.

Jax slapped her hands away, breaking free from her grip.

”Let me make something clear, Headmistress.”

His eyes turned sharp. ”First of all, don’t you dare think so highly of yourself. Don’t make me believe you saved me out of pity or because of your precious academy.”

He stepped toward her now. She unconsciously stepped back.

”You just saved yourself. Just like you always do.” His voice remained steady. Controlled.

”I agree I don’t take the academy rules seriously. I agree that I can’t be considered the best professor by your standards.”

He held up a finger.

”But whenever there was a need for me, I stood by my students. I can go to any limits for the ones who respect me. For the ones I see as my students.”

He tilted his head. ”And you? Look through your heart and tell me honestly. Can you do the same?”

Silence.

”As I said before, you have always been saving yourself.”

His voice grew harder.

”First, you put the lives of Adelina and the others in danger during the invasion. No, let me correct that.”

He stepped closer.

”You killed many people due to your incompetence. And you know that too. You could have acted earlier. Protected the soldiers. Protected the citizens who died meaninglessly.”

His words struck like hammers.

”And guess what? This useless professor still stood there. Not only stood against the champions, but against his own kind. His own academy turned against him.”

Lysandra’s jaw tightened.

”Leave that incident aside. Tell me, how do you feel about when you threw the students into the demon’s den?”

His eyes never left hers.

”You know right? Your dumb decision would have killed those so-called students of yours that you claim to care so much about.”

He shook his head slowly.

”You weren’t there, headmistress. Otherwise, you could have seen their faces. Everyone was hanging onto death by a thread. Everyone was terrified.”

He paused for effect.

”One of my students. Or rather, your student. Astrid.”

His voice softened slightly.

”She was scared too. But you know what she said despite that fear?”

He tilted his head, recalling.

”My memory would be sluggish, but if I’m not wrong, she said: ’Our professor will find us. Rescue us. And beat the hell out of you.’”

A bitter smile crossed his face.

”That professor she believed in. The one they all placed their hope in.”

He let the words hang. ”Unfortunately, that wasn’t you.”

Lysandra flinched.

”I stood there for them. Not only there. Not only in the demon realm. But today, here, as well.”

His voice carried weight.

”When you were enjoying the view from your comfortable position, I was standing once again for my student.”

He waved dismissively.

”But forget all that. Let’s come to the main point.”

His eyes locked onto hers.

”You said I lured the elf queens. You said I did all that to have some petty revenge on you?”

He laughed coldly.

”Let me be straight with you. I don’t give a fuck about you or your academy. Tarnishing the reputation? What possible gain would I get from that?”

He crossed his arms.

”As for the elven nobles, the situation is twisted, I admit. But I was the one who was forced into it.”

He raised a hand before she could interrupt.

”I know it would be hard to explain. The relationship is quite complicated. But I swear on everything, I was lured by Ilythra. Not the other way around.”

He pointed toward the ballroom.

”Also, that stone which was mysteriously placed in that room? I swear I didn’t even know its purpose. I had no idea how it activated.”

His smile turned sharp.

”So that was also your incompetence. Failing to monitor such an important magical artifact.”

He stepped back.

”So in the end, you saved your own ass. Remember that.”

He turned away from her.

”Now. If you’ll excuse me, I have better things to do than listen to a hypocrite lecture me about morality.”

Jax walked away without looking back.

He expected retaliation. An attack. Some spell launched at his retreating form.

But neither came.

Only silence followed his footsteps.

On his way back to the main hall, Jax spotted a familiar figure.

Elira.

The vampire girl from his tournament team.

She was standing in a corner with someone. A man Jax recognized instantly.

A senior student. The one Roxana had mentioned. The ace of Zharina’s team.

Jax’s curiosity peaked.

He positioned himself nearby, hidden from their view, and listened to their conversation.

The more he heard, the more things became clearer.

Pieces of a puzzle he hadn’t even known existed began falling into place.

’Interesting.’

He filed the information away for later use.

After processing everything he had witnessed, Jax found himself resting in the grand hall.

The space had transformed.

Whatever broken romance remained among the guests had surfaced as soft music filled the air. Couples moved across the dance floor in elegant patterns.

The dance had officially begun.

”Why not participate?” Sylvie’s voice came from beside him.

Jax turned to find her standing there with an amused expression.

He smiled and shook his head. ”My hands are bound due to politics.”

Sylvie’s brow furrowed in confusion. ”What?”

”It would be difficult for you to handle the aftermath when we dance together.”

His smile turned teasing. ”The rumors alone would cause an international incident.”

Sylvie rolled her eyes. ”I wasn’t suggesting myself as your partner.”

Before Jax could respond with another witty remark, a new presence appeared.

Elira stepped forward.

A smile graced her features. But Jax could see it instantly.

That smile was a mask.

”Would you honor me with a dance?” Her voice was pleasant. Proper. Everything a princess should sound like.

Sylvie’s eyes widened with shock.

Another girl. Another princess. Seemingly falling for this man’s inexplicable charm.

But Jax knew better.

He knew what she wasn’t.

This wasn’t attraction. This wasn’t romantic interest. Something else entirely lay beneath that carefully crafted smile.

And Jax wanted to find out exactly what.

He stood up immediately, offering his hand with a charming bow.

”It would be my absolute pleasure.”
