Esper Harem in the Apocalypse

Chapter 220 Disastrous Morning

Rudy had an unforgettable night with Jane, but it didnʼt end there. He spent quality time with Angelica in a dream too. It was the best night of his life, and nothing could have gone wrong, or so Rudy thought until he woke up and saw Virgil and the maid standing in front of them.

Rudy thought of covering Jane, but it was too late. They had seen everything, including Janeʼs naked body and the bloodstains on the bedsheet— although most of the stains were from Rudyʼs blood.

”...!” Rudy choked on his breaths, and he didnʼt know what to say or do. It was truly a messed-up scenario, and never in his wildest dream had Rudy thought he would encounter such a disastrous situation.

Firstly, Jane was Virilʼs granddaughter, who was naked on the bed with Rudy. Even in a normal family, that could have caused huge trouble. Secondly, Jane was a princess, and Rudy was a nobody. Thirdly, Jane was a vampire, and Rudy was a human. Fourthly, Jane was Riasʼ sister and Rudyʼs sister-in-law; and that situation was the worst of all.

Even in the human world, that could cause a bloodbath between two parties. It was considered cheating and betrayal.

Sure, Rias wasnʼt awake yet, and she wasnʼt aware of all that, but Virgil now knew everything.

Even though Rudy was powerful and he had proved his strength in the battle last night in the arena, what he did with Jane was morally and legally unacceptable.

Rudy has always been sensitive whenever it comes to relationships, whether it be his relationship with others or othersʼ relationships with him. He admired every bond and respected it.

Last night, when Rudy broke all the boundaries of his relationship with Jane and deflowered her with his snake, he said that he wouldnʼt regret doing that. And he was still stubborn in his words.

However, how was he going to explain everything to Virgil? He could use his power to assert dominance over Virgil, but that wasnʼt a solution to the problem.

Rudy wanted Virgil to acknowledge his relationship with Jane as he did with his relationship with Rias. That was, of course, to make Jane happy.

After falling in love with a girl, the only thing that mattered to Rudy was her happiness. And if Rudy did something to Virgil, that would surely not make her happy.

Rudy was ready to fight anyone to prove his love for Jane, but everyone who had witnessed the demonstration of his power in the area already knew that he would win.

Rudy wanted to do many things, including getting off the bed at the very least. However, Jane was on top of him, and she was gripping him tightly.

”Uhh…”

”After the party ended, I came to check up on Jane since she never returned. I asked her personal maid, and she said Jane was sleeping, which was abnormal since Jane would never throw away her duty as a princess to be present at the party. So I decided to check up on her, but the maid stopped me. And then… I see this…” Virgil shook his head in disbelief.

There was disappointment in Virgilʼs voice, and he sounded sad.

”I…”

Rudy tried to say something, but Virgil turned to the maid and said, ”Bring him clothes to wear, and take care of Jane after he leaves.”

”Yes, my king!” The maid was shivering, and she was visibly shaken.

ʼShe was given one order by Jane, and she failed to fulfill it,ʼ Rudy uttered inwardly. ʼI donʼt know what would happen to her as a punishment, but she seems scared. And itʼs not her fault, to be honest.ʼ

Virgil glanced at Rudy from the corner of his eyes and said, ”I want to have a talk with you. Come meet me when you are ready.”

Rudy didnʼt say anything in response, but Virgil already knew the answer.

After glaring at Rudy, Virgil left the room without closing the door.

The maid glanced at Rudy and hurriedly left the room before closing the door.

”...” Rudy looked at Jane, who was still fast asleep in her arms, and muttered, ”I am not scared or anything, but I am worried about our future relationship.”

”Honestly speaking, I am in the wrong here, and what I did was absolutely wrong. There were many other ways to do it, but not much time. Maybe things could have turned out differently if I hadnʼt given in to temptation,” he sighed.

ʼMy libido had sated, and there was no need to fuck Jane. But I wanted to fuck her. Last night, the only thing in my mind was to fuck her and make her mine. And I donʼt regret what I did. But what about Jane? I basically seduced her and left her desperate in the end. Sure, I did get her permission, but that was all my doing.ʼ

”I wonder if she feels the same as me. Or would she ask me to forget what happened last night? Even if she asks me that, there is no way I can do that. At the very least, I will add her to my harem and convince her that I love her.”

Rudy recalled his thoughts from the dream.

ʼWhat if she thinks I used her body to satisfy my lust?ʼ

Rudy had decided to make things clear with Jane and confess his feelings as soon as she woke up. But he didnʼt have much time.

”I should wake her up.” Rudy gently stroked Janeʼs hair and whispered in her ears:

”Wake up, princess. We are in trouble.”

Janeʼs eyelids slightly moved, but she didnʼt wake up.

Rudy shook her hand and patted her back, to which Jane turned her face to the other side while muttering, ”Five more minutes, Niti…”

ʼI assume thatʼs her maidʼs name?ʼ

Rudy shook Jane again, but this time a little harder.

”Wake up, or I stuff my dick in your mouth.”

Janeʼs ears twitched, and she raised her head to look at Rudy. She stared at him with squinted eyes and blinked a couple of times as her vision got cleared.

”Good morning, princess,” Rudy greeted her with a smile on his face.

Janeʼs face slowly turned red to her ears as she yelled, ”W-Wa-What the hell is going on?!”
