The system takes me to fly

Chapter 109 First contact with Zhou Zhixi

After Xu Yi woke up, he originally planned to cure the ”fine sand” of the early to mid-term transformation for the Chinese medicine team. When he was making preliminary preparations, the person in charge of the medical team came here.

”Doctor Xu, Master wants to see you.”

The person in charge’s expression became much more enthusiastic than before, but whether he is enthusiastic or not doesn’t make any difference to Xu Yi.
”Let him wait.” Xu Yi returned without raising his head.

He was writing the experimental results in a new notebook, crossing out the vitality value scanned by the system, and changing it to other words to describe the symptoms at that time. After writing, you can make many copies, so that the old men can have one copy for review.

Hearing this, the person in charge of the medical team twisted his face: ”Doctor Xu, don’t embarrass me, just follow me quickly.”

As a low-ranking subordinate, how dare the person in charge make the third elder with the highest authority in the Zhou residence wait, even if he begged Xu Yi to follow him to see the master.

Xu Yi still had more than a dozen pieces of data to finish writing, which made the person in charge annoyed. He said in a bad tone: ”What are you arguing about? I’m sorting out the experimental data, waiting!”

　”This……”

Xu Yi’s impatient expression frightened him. Mr. Yan, who was preparing the medicine at the side, glanced at it with a smile, then turned back to compare the weight of the medicine with other members of the Chinese medicine team.

Waiting for a while will not kill people. Even if the ”fine sand” reaches the late stage symptoms, all the skin on the body will be sanded without a good skin, and it will not kill people. After all, it’s not the group of western medicine who did the killing. They mixed a variety of native viruses with the extract, and the resulting mixed virus was ”enjoyed” by themselves, and they deserved it!
While the person in charge of the medical team waited anxiously, Xu Yi wrote all the experimental data, and threw it to the staff in the ward to make multiple copies for distribution.

　”Teacher, I’ll go first.”

”For treatment, should I wait for my return or do the old men do it themselves?”

Thinking about the initial patient, it should be in the late stage now, and the treatment will probably be very troublesome.

Xu Yi was worried that if he had been away for too long, it would be difficult if the cracks on the members of the traditional Chinese medicine team spread from the upper body to the whole body. Not only would the medicine be insufficient, but the old men would also suffer in vain.

”Don’t worry, when we treat ourselves, we will increase or decrease the dosage of the medicine according to the situation.”

All those present were old doctors, and they were quite accurate in taking the medicines. Old Yan let Xu Yi relax and concentrate on treating the first patient infected with ”fine sand”.

　”Ah.”

Xu Yi felt relieved for the time being and left here following the footsteps of the person in charge of the medical team.

　……

The location where the third elder’s youngest son is currently located is a specially set up ward. The person in charge led the way, and when he got to a place, he didn’t dare to go in again, and only said that Xu Yi could reach the ward over there by walking straight ahead.

Xu Yi was holding the Nine-thread Golden Grass in his hand. Because all the roots and part of the stems and leaves were separated, the golden grass with only a few leaves and a few stems left was sealed in a closed bag.

As a result, when the third elder saw the familiar ”wreckage” of the golden silk grass in Xu Yi’s hand, he couldn’t help but cast a cold gaze.

”Young man, there is only a little herbal medicine left, how can I cure my son?”

The third elder asked aloud. His youngest son has no lines except his face, and the other places have spread. The few leaves in the sealed bag are obviously not enough to treat the whole body.

　”You say it’s not enough?”

Lazily throwing the bag on the table, Xu Yi didn’t care if anyone asked him to sit down, so he just sat in the chair, leaned back and crossed his legs.

”Old people, people should read more books when they get old.”

”Stop talking about things you don’t understand, so as not to be ashamed at this age.”

With a cool tone, the choking third elder clenched the leading crutch in his hand.

”Young man, I hope what you say is true, or—”

The words were threatening. After all, the Chinese medicine team was still in Zhou’s mansion. If Xu Yi’s words were false, the third elder would not mind taking his master for surgery.

”Okay, okay, stop talking nonsense, do you want to treat your son?”

Squinting with unchanged expression, Xu Yi was annoyed to death by this old man who loves to pretend.

A walking stick of precious wood with a dragon head, an ancient costume with complicated patterns, and one hundred and eight top-quality beads on the wrist.Xu Yi glanced at him twice, and almost couldn’t help but roll his eyes. His son is so sick, and he still has the heart to dress up, ha ha!
　”Take him in!”

The crutch in his hand was so violently pierced into the bluestone slab, the third elder was irritated by Xu Yi’s rude attitude, and couldn’t help breaking his years of cultivation.

Seeing the blown-through floor, Xu Yi couldn’t help but shrink his pupils, and then calmed down his expression.Xu Yi glanced at him and acted as if he hadn’t seen it. He raised his chin and arrogantly motioned to the butler to lead the way.

”What are you looking at, let’s go.”

　”Mr. Xu, please!”

The butler clenched his fists, barely suppressing the churning anger, and led the way with heavy steps ahead.

　”Ha ha.”

Xu Yi seemed to be walking slowly, but actually walked away at a moderate speed, and didn’t bother to look at the third elder’s dark face.

Entering the inner courtyard, the young master who Xu Yi guessed should be bedridden was wearing casual clothes and sitting under the big tree in the courtyard.Such a scene reminded Xu Yi of his residence in City G, and he often lay leisurely under the tree like this.

”Young master, this is Dr. Xu who treated you.”

The big housekeeper reported Xu Yi’s identity in a gentle voice.

The young master grew up under the eyes of the big steward, and unconsciously he has a little more love for the young master. When the other party is sick, besides the third elder, it is the big steward who is most worried about him illness.

”Thank you Uncle Yi.” On the pale and handsome face of the young master Zhou Zhixi, there was a peaceful smile.

”Doctor Xu, thank you for coming to treat me.”

As the saying goes, don’t hit someone with a smiling face. The other party was so polite, and Xu Yi wasn’t looking for trouble, but just gave the young master a rather unexpected look.

　”polite.”

Xu Yi, who didn’t want to waste time exchanging pleasantries, went straight to the point and grabbed Zhou Zhixi’s wrist to feel his pulse.

”You, you...” Seeing Xu Yi’s unexpected direct action, the chief housekeeper was about to speak up, but the young master held his arm and stopped his words.

　”what?”

Xu Yi found it very strange to twitch his brows to sense the pulse, which was chaotic and intermittent.

Originally, according to his estimation, even if the patient is in the late stage of symptoms, the pulse condition should be a weak continuous pulse, not the same pulse condition as those of the terminally ill western medical team like now.

”Doctor Xu, what’s wrong?” Zhou Zhixi asked in a weak voice.

Let go of the two fingers that were used to feel the pulse, Xu Yi chuckled.

　”There’s a big problem.”

”If I come a few days later, I’m afraid I will only see your corpse.”

He said it bluntly, but the meaning behind Xu Yi’s words was quite surprising.

　”what do you mean?!”

The big housekeeper couldn’t help but question him, saying that he would curse the young master to death, which made him feel very angry and his eyes were bloodshot.

Although the young master Zhou Zhixi was a little surprised, he said calmly, ”Uncle Yi, don’t worry, let’s listen to Dr. Xu’s explanation first.”

　”Tsk.”

Xu thought that the other party’s temperament was not bad, and he couldn’t help but think of the saying that bad bamboos produce good bamboo shoots. It’s really strange that people like the third elder can raise such a pure and kind son.

Thoughts of irrelevant things in his mind did not affect Xu Yi’s next words.

”What else could it be, your young master has been recruited.”

Xu Yi had a good impression of Zhou Zhixi, so he kindly reminded him, ”You’ve got a mixed virus.”

　”Mixed virus?”

Zhou Zhixi didn’t know the situation of the medical team, so he could only look at Xu Yi suspiciously.

”This is a mixed virus produced by the Western Medicine Group. It is made of countless original viruses mixed with ’fine sand’ extracts.”

”Your disease is called ’fine sand’. When it reaches its final stage, the lines all over your body will spread from your neck to your face.”

When Zhou Zhixi heard this, he subconsciously pressed the lines on his neck.

Ever since he contracted this disease, besides reading a book, he would sit under a tree and meditate quietly by himself every day. With a desperate gesture, the skin spread all over the body.

”As for me, I only care about curing diseases. As for who did it, you can find out by yourself.”

After explaining the specific situation, Xu Yi, who originally planned to treat him slowly, saw that the other party had only a few days to live, and immediately the unceremonious butler Lothric rushed to fetch the medicinal materials he wanted. He also specifically pointed out that other servants are not allowed to go there, and the big housekeeper must pick up the medicine, otherwise, he will not treat Zhou Zhixi.

The head housekeeper held back his anger and went to fetch the medicine himself, and Xu Yi drove away all the other servants in the yard.

”Doctor Xu, do you have anything to ask me?”

Xu Yi didn’t act like he wanted to clear the venue, Zhou Zhixi was just curious, what did Xu Yi want to say to him when they met for the first time?
”Well, I have a question for you, and I hope you can answer it truthfully.”

With a solemn expression, Xu Yi’s serious look is very bluffing.

　”Okay, you can ask.”

Zhou Zhixi thought Xu Yi was talking about a very serious topic, but in the end...

　”you you……”

Zhou Zhixi, who was only 20 years old and was about to turn 21 in a few days, looked at Xu Yi dumbfounded.

”Look at what I’m doing, tell the truth, otherwise if you miss it, what’s the use of treating other places?”

Frowning, Xu Yi asked the other party to speak out quickly: ”What are you afraid of, I am a doctor, you can just treat it as seeing an andrologist.”

　”This, this... some...”

Answer in a very low voice.

Zhou Zhixi had lived for 20 years, and felt embarrassment for the first time. His face, which was originally pale due to illness, was as red as the reddest maple leaf.

”Hmm, that’s fine, when the treatment is over, you can do it yourself.”

Dissatisfied with the other party’s hesitation, Xu Yi snorted and formulated a treatment plan.

　”Okay, okay...”

　OMG!

Zhou Zhixi couldn’t help covering his face with his hands, he was so ashamed by such a topic that even his ears turned red.
