Lord of the Truth

Chapter 2154 The Marshalʼs Adventures!

Mid Sector 98-

Rumble

Rumble

The cannons of dozens of Note of supremacy-4 vessels began to shine like stars on the verge of explosion, their muzzles releasing multicolored lightning that shook the surrounding space. Every asteroid and small celestial body within hundreds of miles was destroyed by the vibrations alone, shattered into dust before the true attack had even begun.

Then a voice echoed inside every ship, so powerful it shook them to their core, a command that allowed no hesitation:

Kır

The terrifying lights within the muzzles pulled inward slightly, as if they were about to collapse and destroy the vessels themselves, gathering power in a way that made even seasoned operators hold their breath, and then-

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM

Devastating beams burst forth from all the vessels at once.

One shot looked like hellish magma, thick and consuming, another like lightning that split the sky itself, blinding and absolute, another like a frozen cloud carrying the stillness of death, and many more followed in a terrifying harmony...

Every five shots targeted a single planet.

More precisely... a specific point on that planetʼs surface.

In sequence, the flame shot descended first, erasing all signs of life within a region spanning hundreds of miles, flattening the land and turning it into glass. Forests, oceans, cities, and entire civilizations vanished in an instant as if they had never existed.

Then a freezing shot struck the intensely heated area, causing a massive explosion, one that shattered a portion of the planet and knocked it off its trajectory, destabilizing its orbit and tearing apart its internal balance.

Next, a concentrated lightning strike hit the same point, piercing thousands of miles downward like a bottomless abyss, ripping through layers of crust and mantle without resistance, followed by a dense laser beam that expanded and deepened that abyss... deepening it relentlessly until it reached the planetʼs core.

Then came the final shot, descending like a purple cloud, calm and almost gentle in appearance, moving freely within the abyss until it reached the heart of the planet, where it fulfilled its purpose... the Law of Corrosion took effect, spreading silently and irreversibly.

At this point, the planet had already been sentenced to death.

A planet within a mid sector, a massive world filled with life and resources... a planet located in the outer ring of a galaxy, once considered stable and untouchable.

It crumbled.

It shattered.

From within one of the command platforms aboard a Note of supremacy-4 vessel, Marshal Aro watched as ten planets collapsed, turning into dust and fragments pulled into the void after once being complete worlds, each one carrying countless stories that would now never be told.

He saw tens of billions of intelligent beings and trillions of creatures drawing their final breaths, their lives extinguished in a fraction of a moment, their existence reduced to nothingness.

His heart tightened, his mood darkened, and it felt as though the world itself dimmed before him... the weight pressing down on him was not physical, yet it was overwhelming. The amount of negative karma he had just accumulated had surpassed even the threshold of horror, something that would crush ordinary beings instantly.

But this was nothing unfamiliar to him.

Nothing that would prevent him from issuing the correct order, at least not this time.

Aro filled his lungs with air and shouted once more, forcing his voice to remain steady despite everything:

Immediately, all the vessels moved. Each one turned sharply and took a different trajectory, their movements precise and pre-planned. Their engines ignited fiercely, burning with terrifying intensity as they prepared to launch using multiple arrays designed to distort space itself, making it nearly impossible to intercept them once they accelerated.

But at that moment-

BAAAAM ”You wonʼt escape this time, Arooooo!!!” A figure emerged violently from a tear in space, his presence distorting everything around him, and immediately attacked the nearest Note of supremacy-4 vessel, destroying it from the middle with overwhelming force.

Upon seeing the destruction around him, he attacked again with bloodshot eyes, his voice filled with rage, ”Aaaaaah you shameless bastard!!”

BOOOOOOOM

Another figure appeared beside the farthest vessel and struck it as well, tearing through its defenses as if they were nothing.

Then the third, the fourth, the fifth.

The area became filled with Law Dominators and royal soul masters of seven stars and above, their auras colliding and distorting the battlefield, turning the surrounding space into a chaotic storm of power.

But this... was not something that had gone unaccounted for.

Whoooosh

Whoosh Whoosh Whoosh

The engines roared to life at full capacity, tearing at the fabric of space as the vessels surged forward.

One ship exploded under the force of an attack, then another, their destruction lighting up the void like brief flashes of dying stars. Inside them, thousands of elite operators perished instantly, individuals trained for decades, each one irreplaceable in their own right.

Yet the remaining vessels pushed forward without hesitation, slipping through the tightening net of enemies with calculated precision, their escape not a matter of chance but of design.

And at the center of it all... Aroʼs vessel moved unseen, hidden within the shifting patterns of the fleet, neither leading nor trailing, but existing where no one thought to look.

Whoosh

Whoosh whoosh whoosh

The engines of the vessels surged forward with immense force, roaring like beasts finally unleashed, their flames stretching into the void as space itself warped around their acceleration.

Three of them were destroyed, torn apart in violent explosions, and inside them thousands of expert soldiers were killed, individuals carefully selected and trained to operate the elemental cannons... good people, disciplined and loyal, each with families waiting for them, unaware that their loved ones had just vanished in an instant.

As for the remaining vessels, they managed to evade the incoming powerful attacks and escape, slipping through the storm of destruction with calculated precision, especially Marshal Aroʼs ship, whose position had been completely unnoticeable. He had not placed it at the front of the fleet, nor at the rear, nor even at a fixed point within formation.

Instead, it had moved like a shadow among shadows, blending into the shifting structure of the fleet in a way that made tracking it nearly impossible. He simply activated external soul amplifiers once his shipʼs engines ignited, his voice echoing across the battlefield with mocking clarity: ”AROOOOOOO000000000!!!”

Whooooooooooooooooooosh

The smile on Aroʼs face vanished the moment the vessel entered a temporal tunnel and distanced itself from the battlefield. The chaotic sounds of war were cut off instantly, replaced by an eerie silence as the ship tore through distorted layers of time.

Immediately, his expression darkened further, as if he had dropped a mask he had been forcing himself to wear. The confidence, the madness, the mockery... all of it disappeared in an instant.

Then-

Thud

He collapsed to the ground in pain. ”Aaah... aaah!!” he writhed violently, his body twisting uncontrollably as if a thousand bones had shattered at once, as if something inside him was being torn apart piece by piece. ”The array, quickly!!” Several people in the command cabin rushed toward Aro without hesitation, their faces filled with urgency. They lifted him carefully, yet quickly, and ran with him toward a specific chamber within the vessel... a chamber he had come to rely on far too often in recent times.

A chamber containing an extremely powerful purification array, one that perhaps did not even exist in the possession of the Purity Behemoth Kaylis.

Shhhhhk

Aro was placed at the center of the pristine white chamber, its surface smooth and flawless, almost unreal in its purity. The doors sealed shut behind him, isolating him completely from the outside world.

Then glowing particles began to approach him gently, floating in the air like grains of light. They moved with an almost soothing rhythm, entering his body without resistance, their radiance pure and mesmerizing...

But when they emerged from the other side, they were no longer the same.

They came out stained, darkened, as if they had been soaked in thick black tar, carrying with them something heavy, something unseen... before breaking apart and dissolving into the floor of the array.

Again and again, the process repeated.

Light entered. Darkness left.

The chamber itself seemed to breathe with the rhythm of purification, as if it were struggling to cleanse something far beyond its limits.

Only after nearly an hour did Aroʼs pain begin to subside, his violent trembling slowing little by little, until his body finally gave in to exhaustion and he fell into a deep, heavy sleep.

Outside, the officer in charge of the chamber observed the situation through the monitoring interface, her expression growing darker with every passing moment. ”...The Marshal has been coming to me far too often,” she said quietly, her voice carrying a weight of concern that she could no longer hide. ”He spends more time inside the array than he does outside. I fear he wonʼt withstand two more visits like this.” ”You need to do something” One of the generals frowned deeply, his tone firm and impatient, ”We are in hostile territory and rely on the Marshal for everything to survive. He must continue leading, no matter what!” ”Strange...” another general muttered, confusion evident in his eyes, ”Why is this happening to him now? Not long ago, he could give orders to destroy several planets without any problem, without even showing the slightest reaction.” ”What do you think this array actually is?!” the officer in charge of the purification array raised her voice slightly, frustration finally surfacing as she pointed toward the sealed chamber where the Marshal lay. ”This is not a magic wand!”

Her gaze hardened as she continued, each word sharper than the last, ”Every one of those sessions brings him closer to his end.”

She paused briefly, then added in a lower voice, almost to herself, ”And the more he does what he just did... the faster that end will come.”
