Demonic Po*nstar System

Chapter 886: Retiring for the Night

Aria hadn’t released Kaiden’s arm since the dungeon gate, and her grip had been tightening across every biome they crossed on the long walk to the Abyssal Palace.

By the time the dark stone halls closed around them, cool and threaded with faint red veins, his girls trailed behind in various stages of exhaustion.

When they reached the main hall, Aria stopped pretending she was walking at a normal pace.

She turned, found Nyx and Calypso in the group, and the look on her face was pure, shameless need. ”Do me a solid and don’t let others disturb?”

Nyx took one look at the yandere’s expression, at the white-knuckled grip on Kaiden’s arm, and grinned. ”Leave some Kai for the rest of us.”

Calypso grinned, tail flicking. ”What she said~”

Aria was already pulling Kaiden toward the bath before they finished talking.

”Big brother will need a big meal after this...!” Alice declared to the hall at large, arms crossed, lower lip jutting forward with enough force to qualify as a weapon. ”The harpies will drain him dry when he’s already drained! Hmph!”

She turned on her heel, seized Alexandra by the hand, and began marching toward the kitchen. ”Come. We’re cooking.”

”W-we are?!” Alexandra had been hoping for a nap. ”Someone help...” She went anyway, because arguing with Alice about Kaiden-related cooking was an exercise in futility.

Luna collapsed against the nearest wall and slid down until her butt hit the floor. ”If Kai dicks me down right now, I will literally die. Fucker has been rough with me lately...”

Before any girl could comment how she seemed to have the time of her life while getting ravaged, Luna quickly decreed, ”I’m staying so far from that bath! Let Aria take the first few rounds...”

Bastet looked down at her from full height, tail swaying. ”Play, then?”

Luna’s eyes flashed. ”I knew you were a bottom, Choco Kitty, but to enjoy getting spanked this bad?”

Bastet’s smile arrived cold and precise. ”The only thing getting spanked tonight is your petite little butt. Prepare for humiliation and tomato red cheeks, gremlin.”

Luna’s grin split wide. ”You’re on, bitch.”

They were gone before the echo faded.

Nyx watched the last of them scatter and exhaled, pulling her hair free from its tie. ”Guess it’s time for a jar of nutella. Aria won’t be disturbed if they’re occupied, we’re free to do as we please.”

But then, just as she said those words, a red hand settled on her belly before she took a single step.

Nyx blinked.

She looked down at Calypso’s fingers pressing against her stomach, then back up at the demoness, faint color rising in her cheeks. ”...What are you doing?”

”Measuring.”

”...What?”

”Your belly fat.”

”I meant why!”

”Because I’m a kind friend who cares for the health of others. Come,” Calypso’s tone left no room. ”We’re training.”

”W-what?! Train?! Now?!” Nyx’s voice climbed before she caught it. ”I’m not fat!”

Calypso tilted her head. ”Not fat. Yet.” Her hand slid from Nyx’s belly to her hip, red fingers curling around the soft curve and settling there.

”I might not run around and lift weights using my muscles, but my spatial powers drain me constantly,” Nyx said, arms crossing beneath her chest. ”I eat a lot and I still don’t feel full. That’s how it works.”

”That’s how it used to work.” Calypso’s other hand found the opposite hip, both thumbs pressing into the warm skin above Nyx’s waistline. ”You used to struggle lifting chopsticks with those powers of yours. Today you hauled multi-ton girders for a full shift without bleeding from a single orifice. You’re growing incredibly fast. Stronger, more efficient, burning less for more.”

One hand slid up Nyx’s side, tracing the full curve from hip to ribs, and pinched the soft skin at her waist. ”Which means all that nutella has to go somewhere.”

Nyx smirked. ”You’re enjoying this way too much.”

”Start preventative training now,” Calypso said, ignoring the Space Valkyrie’s amused words, fingers settling on her belly, ”or you really will be a fat cow. And not the cute kind.”

”Hey... Are you trying to make me cry...?” Nyx giggled.

”Make you cry? No, why would I?” Calypso purred, then followed that up by leaning in close, lips brushing the shell of Nyx’s ear as she whispered in a low, sultry tone, ”But if you do become a cute pink cow, this ravenous demoness might just have to eat you up~”

Nyx’s smirk wavered.

She pressed both hands on the demoness’s and released a short exhale through her nose. ”Let’s get started then, you bully. I’m no cow anyone’s eating, much less you.”

Calypso’s laugh echoed down the corridor as the two of them headed for the training grounds, and the Abyssal Palace settled into its evening rhythm: Luna and Bastet’s trash talk bleeding through the walls, the clatter of pots from the kitchen where Alice had seized command, and the faint sound of water running deep in the bath wing where a yandere eyed her prize.

Vespera walked through the main entrance last, cloak settling behind her.

She stopped in the corridor where the laughter and bickering and clattering pots all reached her at once.

”...”

She stood there for a long time before moving on.

...

The bath chamber was carved directly into the obsidian bedrock beneath the Abyssal Palace, older than anything human hands had built.

Dark stone walls rose into vaulted arches where steam collected in slow, lazy clouds, lit from beneath by the faint red glow of lava channels that ran under the floor and heated the water without a pipe or faucet in sight.

The basin was wide enough for a dozen people, deep enough to sit chest-high, and the water that filled it was perfectly, impossibly warm.

Calypso’s old palace. Built for a demon queen’s comfort.

They’d already showered in the antechamber, a quick, functional scrub to get the day’s grime off. The bath was for something else entirely.

Kaiden sank in and groaned.

Every muscle in his body unclenched at once, the heat soaking through skin and into bone, pulling out the hours of manual labor that followed a desperate fight for survival in a wave of relief so thorough he nearly slid under the surface.

He caught himself on the stone edge, let his head fall back, and closed his eyes.

”Don’t fall asleep yet.”

He opened one eye.

Aria knelt at the edge of the basin behind him, silver hair unbound and spilling over her bare shoulders, catching the red-tinged light in threads of pale rose.

She’d stripped down to nothing, and the steam curling around her body did absolutely nothing to hide the fact that she was, by any standard that had ever existed, unfairly gorgeous.

She was presenting, for him, only for him, and the soft, open happiness on her face as she looked down at him made his chest tighten.

”Come in already,” he said. ”You deserve to relax too.”

”Shh.” She dipped a cloth into the water, wrung it out, and pressed it against the back of his neck. ”Let me.”

The cloth slid down his shoulders in slow, thorough strokes, her fingers working the soap into his skin with a pressure that was half massage, half devotion.

She ran the cloth over his upper back in slow circles, knuckles pressing into the knots the day had left.

Aria hummed behind him. He couldn’t see her face, but the sound was warm with satisfaction.

She leaned forward to reach his chest, and her perfect breasts pressed flush against his back, nipples hard from the contrast between cool air and his warm, wet skin.

She didn’t pull away and instead settled in, chin resting on his shoulder, arms wrapping around him from behind as her soapy hands slid down his chest, over his abs, fingers trailing through every ridge and valley of muscle with careful, loving attention.

”I missed this,” she murmured against his ear.

Her palms spread flat across his stomach, slippery with soap, fingertips tracing the line of his hips beneath the water. ”Having you just for me.”

”It’s been a while, huh...”

”Yes.” Zero hesitation.

But then she smiled, soft and full of adoration. ”But our last month has been extremely busy, so I’ll let you off the hook with a warning, mister...”

”Thank you very much, miss,” Kaiden said, chuckling.

”You’re welcome.” Her hands went lower. ”But if you value your life, you won’t become a repeat offender.”

One slid between his thighs to cup his family jewels beneath the water, warm and gentle and absolutely shameless, while the other wrapped around his cock with the confidence of someone who knew every inch of it and considered each one hers.

”Understood, Ma’am...” Kaiden exhaled.

”Good,” she smiled.

Aria then held without stroking, possessive, her thumb tracing a slow circle along the underside while her chest pressed harder against his back and her lips brushed the spot beneath his ear.

”Does it feel good?” she whispered.

”Yeah, but...” Kaiden’s head fell back against her shoulder. ”Aren’t you supposed to be washing me?”

”I am washing you.” Her grip tightened, just slightly. ”Thoroughly.”

She was. She washed every part of him with the same devoted attention, and none of it was clinical.

Her hands kept returning to his chest, his shoulders, the hollow of his throat, finding reasons to touch him that had nothing to do with soap.

She rinsed his hair by carding her fingers through it and tilting his head back into her lap, and the look on her face while she did it, silver eyes soft, lips parted, completely absorbed in the act of caring for him, was the kind of beauty that ached.

”You know,” she whispered softly, fingers still threading through his hair, water running in warm streams down his temples, ”I was the first one.”

Kaiden opened his eyes and looked up at her from her lap.

From this angle, her face framed by wet silver hair and steam, she looked like an angel that most certainly did not belong in a demon’s bath chamber.

”The first girl you ever met out of all of them.”
