Chapter 506: Two Idiots and a Demoness

Bastet’s tail swayed in smooth, delighted arcs behind her as she followed, ears perked, steps light.

And Aria... her hips moved with such exaggerated sway that if she had a tail, it would’ve been spinning like a propeller with how happy she looked.

Both women practically skipped after the warriors, giddy with the restored confidence Calypso planted in them.

But the other three remained behind.

Nyx let out a soft giggle, observing the red-skinned woman’s features. ”You’re good with words, you know that?”

Calypso smiled and shrugged, utterly smug. ”What can I say? I’m an amazing woman.”

Luna snorted at that with a grin tugging at her lips. ”I like the confidence. But tell me, do you actually believe what you said?”

Calypso nodded once. ”I think so.”

Nyx’s smirk curled sharper. ”But you don’t believe Alice is someone we can as easily outshine as you made it sound... do you?”

Calypso’s expression shifted immediately into a dry, resigned grimace.

”Hell no.”

Both Luna and Nyx perked up.

Calypso lifted both hands helplessly.

”That girl is going to become a menace. She’s already stupidly strong, stronger than any of us. And if her combination with Kaiden is going to help her grow stronger, she might become the strongest woman in the entire group. And I mean, forever. We won’t be able to outshine her.”

Luna groaned dramatically. ”Wonderful. She’s going to be annoying like that stupid pussy champion. Yuumi. I hate that cat.”

Nyx blinked.

Calypso blinked.

Two blank stares.

Luna stared back. ”You two are uncultured.”

Calypso pointed at her two horns.

”Um, hello? I arrived in this world like... what? A few days ago? How am I supposed to get your references?”

Luna opened her mouth to argue, but found the demoness’ defense case rather solid. Then, the Storm Valkyrie turned her attention to Nyx, wondering what her explanation would be.

Nyx calmly slid her hands beneath her huge boobs and lifted them up, presenting them like a grand prize.

Luna paused, brows scrunching. ”... What the hell are you doing? I’m still not into fat. Stop grinning and showing them off.”

Nyx said nothing; she just held the pose patiently.

Luna squinted.

Nyx smirked.

And suddenly...

”Oh.”

Luna’s face twisted as realization hit.

”You’re saying you’re a hottie with big tits, so you don’t waste time gaming because that’s for nerdy girls?”

Nyx flipped her hair proudly and winked, full of theatrics.

”Bingo~”

Luna let out a dark scoff. ”Put those udders away, you damned pink cow. Your farmer isn’t here to drain you. And you’re dumb, by the way. Imagine if you had some intelligence and became a streamer with your giant fat reserves put on display, badly hidden by some sorry excuse of a bra, to abide by the guidelines. You could’ve just sat behind a screen and played games; you wouldn’t even have to be good. In fact, you sucking would’ve made it even better, letting the drooling losers backseat you in the comments. But no, you’re a ’trendy girl’ so you instead did something a dumb bimbo like you would when pressed for money, which is signing up for a porno shoot.”

Nyx’s mouth fell wide open, stunned into a state of utter disbelief.

”Wha! I- You-”

The pink beauty actually stuttered, hands flapping uselessly for a moment as she tried to piece together a comeback.

Nothing came.

Absolutely nothing.

Her brain simply bluescreened.

Calypso slowly raised a finger.

”Hold on.”

Luna turned to her. ”What is it? You still don’t know what the word porn means?”

”No, I got that already. But... speaking of porn, didn’t all three of you meet Kaiden in one of those shoots? I heard from a certain kitty with a big mouth that he gallantly strode in, impressed the boss lady, and took all your first times one after the other, on tape.”

Nyx’s jaw snapped shut.

Luna froze mid–smirk.

Silence.

Then Luna cleared her throat loudly.

”Unlike the bimbo, I tried to become a streamer, okay?! I actually had dreams! Goals!”

Nyx raised a slow brow.

Calypso tilted her head, entertained.

Luna slapped a hand to her chest.

”It’s a struggling industry! Not like before! After the mana apocalypse, everyone and their grandma started watching the awakened losers instead of us; we became obsolete! Only shameless sluts with giant tits had a chance at standing out! I often streamed even without a camera to let me concentrate on winning my games!”

Her excuse came out so fast and panicked that she sounded like she was trying to outrun her own shame.

Calypso burst into loud, boisterous cackling.

”Sure, sure~” she teased while wiping a tear from her eye. ”You’re a very smart and industrious girl, Luna, as you ’only’ signed up for a porno shoot after failing at... whatever the hell this profession you’re talking about is.”

Luna’s eyes narrowed into razor slits at the demoness. Calypso, not one to back down from a challenge, returned the glare, more than happy to wrestle the storm gremlin into submission if she lunged.

Yes, the demoness’ wild instincts hadn’t left her body after being subjugated, turned into a lovestruck demonic girl. It was just that when Kaiden was present, she often softened, turning bubbly. With him out of the picture... Only the Infernal Matriarch remained.

Nyx, still wounded from earlier, slowly squinted her eyes at Luna in perfect synchronization.

And just like this...

Three women.

Three squints.

The air between them crackled with shared judgment, shared hypocrisy, and shared embarrassment.

Calypso, finally realizing no wrestling was going to happen, wheezed.

”You two idiots-”

Luna stomped once. ”Shut.”

Nyx stomped right after. ”Up.”

Calypso only cackled harder at being shut down so quickly.

And that ridiculous, petty tension clung to them as they marched forward.

As Kaiden’s disaster trio continued bickering with one another, the man and his sister trained.

And just like this, days passed.

Now, the gang felt ready to undertake their next challenge, leaving behind this dungeon that was best suited to train rookies.

It was time to finally level up and surpass the second bottleneck!
