Demonic Po*nstar System

Chapter 3: Working Out

Damn it!” Aria cursed under her breath and went back to doing her squats, which only further showcased how awesome of a butt she was the proud owner of. ʼWhat magnificent mounds...ʼ Kaiden exclaimed in sheer awe.

”Young man, letʼs start, shall we?” Liam interrupted his rude staring while glancing at the clock on the wall. Kaidenʼs expensive time had officially begun.

”Tell me what your expectations are.”

”I want to be a stud in bed who is great to look at on camera.”

”Hoho. Do you want to post selfies to the ʼgram?”

Kaiden shook his head, ”No, I wanna be a pornstar.”

Liam choked on his saliva and began coughing. After gathering his bearings, he continued with a wry smile, ”Well, thatʼs a first. Youʼre a bold one. Whatʼs your name?”

”Kaiden.”

”Kaiden, you know that you need more than a six-pack to succeed in that field of work, right? Muscles are important, yes, but theyʼre only secondary.”

”I have a big dong, and I already have a training method in mind for the techniques and longevity departments.”

Liamʼs eyes widened once again at his shamelessness. ”Ehem. Well, alright then. I assume you want a leaner build than mine, correct? Iʼm not big on videos since I have a lovely lady waiting for me at home, but I havenʼt seen one where the man has a bodybuilder-like physique. I assume it has to do with stamina.”

”Indeed. Lean and muscular is the ideal physique that I want to achieve. People with your size arenʼt great at cardio, which is more important for this line of work than explosive strength.” The young man informed.

”Makes sense. Letʼs take your measurements. Donʼt worry; I wonʼt count this as your paid time. We have 70 minutes until my next trainee arrives, Iʼm yours until then.”

As Liam began, Kaiden couldnʼt help but ask, ”Whatʼs up with the trainer named Aria? She seemed kind of desperate for me to select her.”

”Oh, Iʼm not one to ask personal questions from coworkers, but I suppose she needs the money. Our contracts are set up in a way that makes it so we donʼt make any money if we have no clients.”

”How can she not have clients? If I wasnʼt on my lifeʼs most important mission, I wouldʼve chosen her in a heartbeat. No offense.”

Liam chuckled amusedly at his choice of words before responding, ”Hahaha! None taken. She is in a weird spot, to be honest. She is too good-looking, so her male clients keep getting erections at best and try to inappropriately touch her at worst, so she usually has to ask management to kick them out in the middle of her first session. As for female clients, most prefer good-looking male trainers like yours truly, and even those that donʼt would rather settle for a more average-looking, older woman since Aria makes them feel bad about themselves.”

Liam then glanced around to check if anyone was listening in before continuing with muted whispers, ”I shouldnʼt say this as a dedicated trainer, but even if their hard work in the gym pays off, they will never look as good as Aria does, since itʼs 80% genetics and only 20% conscious effort at her level of attractiveness.”

”Oh. That makes sense.” Kaiden nodded sagely, absorbing the information.

Liam has finished his measurements, and this is how they turned out to be. Kaiden was a lanky man who had a lot to work on.

Height: 6ʼ2½” (189 cm)

Weight: 155 lbs (70 kg)

Chest circumference: 37 inches (94 cm)

Waist circumference: 31.5 inches (80 cm)

Body fat percentage: 14%

Shoulder circumference: 43 inches (109 cm)

Arm circumference (relaxed): 12.5 inches (32 cm)

”Great. I can do wonders with a build like yours. With your height, you could add up to 50 pounds of pure muscle and still be considered in your desired shape, that is, not be closer to a bodybuilder than a fit, healthy athlete. We will also try to get your body fat percentage down to the 10% mark and see where we go from there. How often can you come to visit?”

”I will need to find a well-paying part-time job, but I plan to go all-in in the next thirty days, so I want to visit you at least twice a week and the gym itself every day.”

”Oh? Then you are serious. Good to see, just make sure you donʼt get burned out. Once todayʼs training is done, I will suggest a strict ʼgetting rippedʼ regimen for you. It will detail numerous exercises, meals, and even ideal sleep schedules. Letʼs aim to add four pounds of pure muscle to your frame as well as lose some body fat within your first month.”

This was exactly what Kaiden wanted. A to-the-point trainer with great tips and knowledge. However, now that Liam mentioned food, he realized that he would also need to buy more expensive groceries since, in the world of cuisine, ʼhealthyʼ was often synonymous with ʼexpensive.ʼ

...

ʼFuck. Iʼm dying.ʼ Kaiden thought inwardly while wheezing like a seventy-year-old chain smoker who had been basking in the company of nicotine since he was a budding teenager.

He was pretty good at basketball while growing up, but he stopped once he reached 16 years of age and had been an avid gamer and anime/NovelFire/porn enthusiast since then, which meant that he wasnʼt in the best of shapes physically. There was a lot of work to be done.

Liam put him through lots of full-body movements, making him feel sore all over.

Kaiden was now fully aware of how amazing of a decision he had made by choosing Liam. If he tried this alone, he wouldʼve given up after the warm-up exercises, and if he had chosen Aria, well, chances are he wouldnʼt have put all his effort into doing what she was instructing, and her instructions mightʼve been less effective, to begin with.

”Haha! Young man, it seems you truly are determined to excel in your desired career path. Although itʼs not for me, I wish you luck. If you keep training this diligently, you will not have trouble landing a role soon. Well, as far as musculature goes. You have a handsome face, so now all you need is... ehem... the other stuff.”
