Chapter 74 Textbook Level Interviews

Chapter 74 Textbook Level Interviews
There is a row of five seats outside the door, with four people sitting there.

The expressions of the four are different.

The first two middle-aged people looked gloomy, a little frustrated, and a little frustrated, regretting something that happened just now.

Maybe it’s because I feel that my self-introduction is not outstanding enough, or that the interviewer didn’t ask any of the questions I prepared, and what’s more, they didn’t answer any of the interviewer’s sharp questions.

The interview used a secret scoring system, and their respective scores were unknown, but according to their own guesses, they were definitely not much higher.

Completely different from the two of them was a fresh boy with short hair, college student Lin Hao, who closed his eyes and meditated, adopted a posture almost cross-legged, and propped himself up on the seat.

His mouth opened and closed, as if he was muttering something, but there was no sound.

He Luochai is probably the Great Compassion Mantra, the Diamond Sutra, or the Great Compassion Dharani and the Great Compassion Mantra.

In short, there is one characteristic that no one here can understand.

He Luo supported his head with his hands, and stared boredly at the snow-white wall opposite him. He was not justified in this kind of interview.

But the reactions of the first few people were really weird. When they came out, they were still muttering words like ”how could this happen, why is it so difficult”, they were so neurotic, which made He Luo feel a little uneasy.

”click”

There was the sound of the doorknob being turned. Except for Lin Hao who was meditating, everyone turned their eyes to the door.

A bald middle-aged man walked out slowly inside the door. He was neatly combed in a suit and leather shoes, but his eyes were red.

This, this is, crying? ? ?
At that moment, He Luo felt that his world view was about to collapse.

The old fritters who fought wits and courage with me in the waiting room back then, and came and tested, are now all downcast, and it’s fine if they can’t lift their spirits, but now there are still crying?
He Luo couldn’t bear it anymore and asked, ”Uncle, why are you crying?”

The bald middle-aged man took a deep look at He Luo and didn’t say anything, but He Luo read something from that meaningful look.

Damn, you go in and you cry too.

That’s probably what the bald man meant.

”Next, candidate Lin Hao.”

Hearing the interviewer’s greeting, Lin Hao stopped reading the scriptures in his mouth. When he opened his eyes again, a divine light shone out of his eyes, and he looked full of energy and radiant.

He greeted He Luo with a smile, and then entered the interview room impartially, paying no attention to the three failed middle-aged people from the beginning to the end, and carried out ”Nothing” to the end.

After closing the door, Lin Hao looked at the five interviewers behind a long table in front of him. Among them, the four next to him were all in suits and ties, and black-rimmed glasses, sitting upright.

Only the person in the middle was wearing a light green sweater and a light yellow peaked cap, but it wasn’t enough, so he also put on a sweater hat.

The whole face was hidden behind a black mask, which seemed out of place with the serious and solemn surroundings.

But unfortunately, this person sat in the middle, that is, the position of the main interviewer.

This also means that this interview is actually dominated by this person, and the final decision-making power also lies with this weirdly dressed person.

But even so, it only caused a little disturbance in Lin Hao’s eyes. In the next moment, he returned to his original state and greeted everyone with a smile.

”Hello interviewer! My name is Lin Hao, and I come from the Law School of Luzhou University of Political Science and Law. It has always been my dream to be engaged in card drawing related work. For this reason, I prepared for the requirements of the profession very early in the undergraduate stage, including various Familiarity with the drafting agent agreement, familiarity with the highest effectiveness of card drawing, etc. During the three years, I also focused on research related to card drawing. I hope to be able to pass the professional qualification examination for card drawing and engage in work related to card drawing ,Thanks!”

This self-introduction came out of his mouth, with a natural and comfortable expression, free speech and deeds, confident but not arrogant.

Although the length is not as good as those of the previous ones, the content is more concise and refined, and it is not an exaggeration to say that it is a template for self-introduction.

The rest of the interviewers showed admiration on their faces. Some raised their hands to look at the young man carefully, while others started to read his resume.

After all, there are absolutely not many people who come to take part in the professional qualification exam while they are still in school.

When they saw the practice style: Wuwang, they were both a little relieved and a little bit more surprised.

Relief can be explained by Lin Hao’s leisurely performance.

The surprise is that a contemporary college student can actually walk into the genre of Wuwang, which has no desires, no desires, and a pure heart.

Among the young people nowadays, which one is not chasing fame and profit, only seeking profit?

Trendy and incomparable are the current mainstream genres that are sought after.

And those who have been able to enter Wuwang are all those who see through the mortal world when they are old. It is rare for young people in this sect, and it is not just by talking.

The female interviewer sitting on the far left spoke first: ”Candidate Lin Hao, I read in your profile that you were born in 98. You are so young, but you can make it all the way to the final interview stage. You must have done the same. It’s a lot of hard work, but what I mean is, do you think a young person like you can do a job that requires experience and qualifications well?”

The interviewer’s questions were sharp, and he used Lin Hao’s unchangeable age as a question when he came up.

In some respects, the profession of pumping agent is somewhat similar to professions such as Yisheng and lawyers, and they all rely on the word ”seniority”.

Just having academic qualifications and knowledge will not help you much.

On the contrary, a representative who has profound qualifications, has handled a considerable number of commissions, enjoys a high reputation in the industry, and has a good reputation among customers is the preferred choice of the masses.

Faced with the inevitable question of age, Lin Hao just smiled and replied calmly: ”You can’t freeze three feet in a day. I understand that in our industry, young newcomers are often criticized, but I think The point expressed is that being young is not necessarily a disadvantage.

As a student, my core skill is to quickly learn new knowledge and put it into practice. I served as the organization minister for one year, the vice chairman of the student union for one year, and the chairman of the student union for one year. My communication skills, coordination skills, and interpersonal relationship handling skills are all excellent Yes, although I am still a newcomer in the industry, I believe that these comprehensive abilities of mine are what the industry needs.I can learn from my seniors and make steady progress,

Ouyang Xiu, a writer in the Northern Song Dynasty, once said that there is no priority in learning, and the master is the teacher. Over the past few years, although I have not been fortunate enough to officially obtain the qualification of a disciple, I have chosen a suitable school to practice. Based on this alone, it is no longer enough. Total ignorance.Over time, we will continue to make progress in formal work, strictly implement our goals and plans, shine in our posts, and win glory for Kangcheng and Luzhou. ”

For some reason, unlike the previous three middle-aged people, when Lin Hao said this, he would not give people a false feeling.

Maybe it has something to do with his positive and sunny image, maybe it’s because of his school of practice.

Anyway, after he told all the interviewers here, he always felt that he really thought so, and that he would really do this.

Then the other interviewers sitting next to each other asked a few more questions.

For example, routine questions such as ”what is your career plan”, ”can you bear the pressure of job selection”, ”why did you choose this career” and so on.

Lin Hao was calm, with a smile on his face, like an old monk preaching scriptures, and he chatted with the interviewers fluently, and won unanimous praise from everyone.

Textbook-level interviews.

This is the only thought in the minds of the four interviewers after listening to several rounds of question and answer.

Except for the interviewer sitting in the middle.

The man never raised his head from beginning to end and looked at Lin Hao squarely.

He just silently pressed the brim of his peaked cap, his eyes fixed on the resume on the table.

Finally, until the end, the man slowly opened his mouth

”Have you ever failed an exam? Why?”

The third and fourth chapters have undergone major changes. Some redundant descriptions about the setting have been deleted, and supplements about the character of Uncle Xun have been added. If you are interested, you may wish to go back and read it.
