Global Wasteland: I Unboxed Top Vaults (The World Is A Wasteland: I Obtained A Top Tier Shelter)

Chapter 87： Preliminary exploration of the ruins, get unexpected joy!
In the silent basement, Lin Yue opened his eyes and took a deep breath.

In front of the door frame wrapped in yellow and green tiles, the stone door with twisted lines and weird colored circles seems to have a deadly magic.

Underground Ruins... What’s in there?

Monsters, resources, or even gold and silver treasures?

He couldn’t help but gently touch his palms, the cold touch made his heart jump quickly.

Lin Yue withdrew his hand and carefully checked the equipment on his body.

He wears a sturdy and solid iron helmet on his head, draped in sturdy and fine wood armor, his left arm is equipped with a sturdy and fine wood shield with spikes, and his right hand holds the most familiar weapon of excellent quality. The spear, on the back, has been modified so that it can fire more than one shot per second, a steel repeating crossbow with a scope.

He also had a fine dagger pinned to his waist, and at the same time put two fine machetes into the storage space for emergencies in case of special circumstances.

The flashlight is strapped to the right arm, and the compass is naturally equipped.

At the same time, Lin Yue also prepared a lot of tools, including shovels, hoes, iron picks, sickles, iron saws, and the backpack-style demolition suits brought back from the secret realm, none of which fell.

The place to go is called a ”ruin”, and it might be used at some point.

In the storage space, Lin Yue also prepared a lot of water and food. Of course, he also put the disaster-resistant tent in it. This is so that he can have a good rest if there is a situation where he has to spend the night in it. .

Of course, he didn’t forget to bring the ball of wool used to mark the path he walked.

”Xiao Bai, are you ready? We are going to enter a dangerous and mysterious world next.”

”Pfft!” Xiaobai nodded as if he understood.

Lin Yue touched its little head.

Entering this unknown world, the search for enemies must rely on Xiaobai’s performance.

At this gate, Xiaobai did not appear to be extremely frightened and abnormal like the one at the ancient gate of the secret realm. To a certain extent, this also meant that at least the gate should be safe enough.

Lin Yue’s hand, this time, touched the handle of the stone door and exerted light force.

creak...

A burst of smoke and dust drilled out of the stone gate along the gap. Lin Yue opened the way with an iron spear and walked into it with Xiao Bai.

Shimen rubbed the door frame, and was gently closed by Lin Yue.

At the same time, a damp and decadent breath penetrated into his nostrils.

Lin Yue looked around and found that he was in a huge underground space, and where he was, happened to be a higher platform.

This space is almost the size of a basketball court, surrounded by walls, and there is a violently burning torch at intervals on the wall.

However, the brightness of the entire space is still too low, and the torches can only illuminate the part of the wall.

On the wall, intricate and strange lines and circles are carved, just like the gate.

In front of the platform he was on was an extremely long step, and the steps went directly to the deep darkness in the middle of the space.

Looking back, the entrance happens to be inlaid on the wall.

Seems like it can only go down?

”Is this the underground ruins?”

”Pfft?”

One by one fell into contemplation.

It is said that it is an underground relic, but it is actually more like some kind of strange artificial cave.

However, since you are here, you cannot go back empty-handed.

Lin Yue took out a ball of wool and tied it to a stone pillar beside the stone gate. With Xiaobai, he slowly stepped on the broken old stone bricks under his feet and went down.

Of course, the fire on the wall did not forget to take a few of them.

Tie the flashlight around his waist, and with the shaking light, he and Xiaobai quickly entered the dark cave.

The continuous downward steps are like leading to the depths of hell, and there is no end.

Until Lin Yue felt tired of walking, the steps in front of him were just cut off, and he found himself in an extremely long passage.

This passage is nearly five or six meters wide, and the height is not much different. There are not too many torches on both sides, and the light is a little dim.

Moreover, Lin Yue heard some noisy and tiny voices coming from the front of the darkness.

”Xiao Bai, be alert!”

”Pfft!”

Lin Yue tied the flashlight to his right arm, raised the steel crossbow at the same time, leaned his body against the wall, and slowly moved forward.

This can also make him less attacked by one side of the enemy, and with a solid wall for support, he can also lift the steel crossbow more smoothly.

As he continued to move forward, the sound from the front gradually became louder, and Lin Yue even heard a murmur like a dream!

His scalp was numb, and he didn’t know what was coming from it.

Humanity? Do humans talk to themselves in this ruins and say that it doesn’t sound like a human being?

Lin Yue was puzzled, he looked at Xiaobai and found that Xiaobai was also looking at him.

”Xiao Bai, not an enemy?”

”Pfft?” Xiaobai didn’t seem to understand. Looking at Lin Yue, he seemed to wonder why he asked that.

Lin Yue didn’t put down his weapon, it’s definitely not all right in front of him.

After walking nearly a hundred steps forward, Lin Yue suddenly saw that a dark shadow suddenly flashed past the end of the light.

At the same time, a strange sound of ”da da da da” came from there!

The back of his head felt numb for a while, and Lin Yue stopped. The light of the flashlight swept the top and bottom, but found nothing.

Weird, what is it?

da da da da...

The strange sound continued.

Lin Yue felt strange and looked at Xiao Bai.

”Pfft?” Xiaobai was still the same as before as if he didn’t feel the sound at all.

”Xiao Bai, are you stupid eating green onion pancakes and sausages?” Lin Yue was sure that he heard it right, but Xiao Bai seemed to have heard nothing.

Just when Lin Yue felt that he had to take the little guy back to see if it was really bad, Xiao Bai suddenly rushed out like a white light!

Then, the little guy ran back quickly with something in his mouth.

”Spider?” Lin Yue raised his eyebrows when he saw Xiao Bai’s frozen mouth, like a palm-sized golden spider.

At the same time, the da da da da sound just disappeared.

No wonder, Xiaobai has never issued an alarm, it turns out that his opponent is a scumbag.

However, this spider looks really strange, the whole is golden yellow, and each leg has sharp spikes like sharp blades.

But in general, the threat of this thing to him is not as good as the tabby shadow deer outside, not even the mutant sheep.

Xiaobai threw the frozen spider to the ground, and those big eyes looked at Lin Yue, meaning to let him kill this little thing.

”Xiao Bai, this is not outside, the treasure chest will be exploded only when the outside is killed.” Lin Yuezheng said, and found that the spider’s legs actually started to move.

He lifted the iron spear and gave this thing a chill!
