Technological Empire Starts From Shanzhai System

Chapter 360: cobalt element
Chapter 360 Cobalt element

Hearing this, the old representative of the Lockheed Corporation smiled and slowly turned his head to look at the new Intel president Pat Singer and said with a smile:

”I wonder if there is any good news from Intel?”

”Our Intel’s second-generation Core processor has been developed and will be released soon!”

Intel’s new president, Pat Singer, said something that made Lin Xuan’s secretary, Chen He, tremble.

First, high-end mobile phones were impacted by Pingguo’s powerful iPhone.e mobile phone, and then Motorola will also release their new mobile phone chip platform using 14nm process technology.

Now even in the computer market, Intel is going to release their second-generation Core processors!

Hantang Technology is in danger!

A full-scale competition from mobile phones to computers is about to begin!

And this competition is between Hantang Technology and the entire mobile phone industry and computer industry in Meidi Country!

Once Hantang Technology competes against these two major companies, Hantang Technology will lose 90% of its cash source.

At that time, Hantang Technology may not collapse immediately due to its huge size, but it will also collapse!

So Hantang Technology is in danger!

At this time, Pat Singer didn’t stop his words, he smiled and said:

”Gentlemen, Hantang Technology is a powerful enemy, and it is also a disaster for our Meidiguo technology companies.

I don’t think normal business competition alone is enough to cause Hantang Technology to collapse. Among them, Hantang Technology has a weakness that I discovered.

I think that once an attack on this weakness is launched, Hanergy Technology will face a huge bankruptcy crisis even if it will not be wiped out! ”

”Oh?!”

Hearing the words of Intel’s new president Pat Singer, people at the scene cast their curious eyes on him.

The curious people naturally include Jobs, the president of Pingguo Company, and Jasangie, the new president of Motorola.

Regarding this, Pat Singer, the new president of Intel Corporation, raised his mouth slightly, and then slowly spoke a noun that made people slightly stunned.

”Cobalt metal.”

”Cobalt metal?”

People at the scene showed curious expressions, but at this time the major technology companies related to chips showed expressions of sudden realization.

Because Pat Singer mentioned cobalt metal, they discovered that cobalt metal is indeed the weakness of Hantang Technology!

Because Hantang Technology’s 45nm chips use cobalt interconnection technology!

And cobalt has been used in the manufacture of various special alloys before Hantang Technology launched the cobalt interconnection technology.

Among them, because those alloys are only doped, and the amount of doping is not much, the price of cobalt, a rare metal, is not expensive.

However, the price and mining volume of this rare element have changed a lot recently, because Hantang Technology’s chips use a large amount of cobalt, a rare element metal.

So the mining volume of cobalt metal has increased greatly, and with the increase in mining volume, the price of cobalt, a rare metal, is also rising.

So far, the price of cobalt, a rare metal, has increased by a full 30% compared to before!

At this time, Pat Singer, the new president of Intel, mentioned the rare metal cobalt, and then thought of Hantang Technology’s CPU using cobalt interconnection technology.

At this time, people’s eyes are naturally brightened. They found that as long as the price of cobalt is changed, Hantang Technology can’t make a single chip!

”Mr. Pat Singer is really sharp-sighted, and caught their weaknesses at once, amazing!”

At this time, Motorola’s new president, Jasange, praised with a smile.

Regarding this, the old representative of Lockheed Company couldn’t help but praise:

”It’s true that you have a keen eye. Cobalt, a rare element, is scarce in the world. Just a little disturbance can cause the price of cobalt to skyrocket globally!

I have to say that Mr. Pat Singer is really powerful, and he immediately caught the Achilles heel of Hantang Technology.

Although this weakness will not cause Hantang Technology to collapse immediately, it is enough to prevent Hantang Technology from using cobalt interconnection technology to manufacture multi-core processors! ”

”That’s right, cobalt is scarce. As long as we all purchase a little cobalt for storage, the price of cobalt will soar hundreds of times!”

The company representatives at the scene all agreed with the words of the old man of Lockheed Company. Obviously, they agreed with this way of purchasing cobalt to suppress Hantang Technology.

After all, they only collectively purchase a little cobalt for storage, and there is no loss in this behavior.

After all, cobalt, a rare metal, is scarce all over the world, so if you purchase it, it will be less, and its natural value is there.

So to some extent, the reserve value of cobalt is not weaker than that of gold.

So as the representatives of the major companies spoke in agreement, the major companies jointly purchased cobalt for storage, so as to increase the price of this rare metal, and the resolution was reached!

The chips of Hantang Technology are in danger. The original 45nm process technology cannot beat other 14nm processors.

Before, the CPU processor of Hantang Technology could defeat the 14nm Core processor, and it was completely more cores that could defeat the Core processor.

But now that the price of cobalt is about to rise, cobalt interconnection technology has suffered a blow, which will undoubtedly deeply shake the computer CPU and mobile phone chips of Hantang Technology!

It can be said that with the meeting reaching a resolution to raise the price of cobalt, after the price of the metal cobalt rose sharply.

Hantang Technology may produce a chip in the future. The profit may not be as good as the price of cobalt metal!

But Lin Xuan at this time didn’t know this, and didn’t know that there was a meeting that was going against him here.

In this meeting, except that Pingguo, Motorola, and Intel released their products together, at the same time cracked down on Hantang Technology’s business, and decided to jointly purchase the metal cobalt, raising the price of cobalt.

The major companies have also reached a resolution not to cooperate with Hantang Technology!

In this resolution, they reached a resolution that they would never cooperate with Hantang Technology and not sell various high-tech equipment products and special materials to Hantang Technology.

After this meeting, the major companies in the entire Medi Country will not sell any high-tech materials or even metals and equipment to Hantang Technology.

After this resolution, Hantang Technology has become an isolated island in the global market, and all high-tech companies in the United States will refuse to cooperate with Hantang Technology!

Among them, photoresists, chemical materials for chip production, and other chip production materials will also be out of stock on the spot after this resolution!

So a more severe suppression than ever before is officially formed!

At this time, the suppression of Hantang Technology may be several times more cruel than the suppression of Guowei Technology Company in the previous world!

Although at this time foreign countries did not prohibit the products of Hantang Technology from entering their national market.

But after the meeting, major domestic companies in Medigo cannot cooperate with Hantang Technology, and cannot sell their products, equipment, materials, and technologies to Hantang Technology.

In this case, although Hantang Technology lives on the earth, it is actually isolated from the earth!

After all, no one dares to offend the giants of Mediguo Wall Street. Since Hantang Technology has become the target of Wall Street, who dares to cooperate with Hantang Technology at this time? !

So although the knife named ”Unable to cooperate” can’t kill Hantang Technology immediately, it can make Hantang Technology gradually weaken!

After all, a company cannot produce everything by itself. Although domestic companies can purchase corresponding parts and accessories, domestic products are usually at the third-rate level in the world.

In this case, it is naturally very difficult for Hantang Technology to develop. After all, Hantang Technology is just a technology company, and it is not a company that can solve everything by itself.

For example, Hantang mobile phones, high-end screens or certain material components of Hantang mobile phones, Hantang Technology does not actually produce 100% of its own.

In this case, they cannot purchase high-tech materials and accessories led by the US Empire, and can only use third- and fourth-rate domestic materials and accessories. This is naturally a serious blow to Hantang technology products.

So, Hantang Technology is in danger!

…

The next day, April 6, 2006.

Hantang Science and Technology Headquarters.

”Boss, it’s not good.”

Chen He knocked on the doors of the two rooms in a panic.
