The richest man starts with black technology

Chapter 405
Zhou Xiao knows what the director wants to express.

As the capital of Xia state, if the air is like this every winter and the number of lung cancer patients is gradually increasing every year, there will be problems.

Zhou Xiao said humbly, ”just as the director of the company said just now, the polluted air will not float in because you are Yanjing. The air quality in the north is poor. As long as there is a cold air, the air quality in the South will also become very poor. In this era, who is short of food and who is short of clothing? What the people most desire is good ecology and good environment.

The air environment to be treated must not only start from a certain city, but should be considered all over the country, not only considering automobile exhaust pollution, but also considering energy pollution. I am very happy to discuss this issue with experts and scholars in Yanjing. ”

With Zhou Xiao’s words, the director of the Department was relieved.

He is Zhou Xiao, who said: ”Mr. Zhou, you go back to the hotel to have a rest today. Every afternoon, president Xu of northern energy group visits the door. I have arranged a symposium for you. The day after tomorrow, you will attend the award ceremony of the highest science and technology award of Xia state. If you have any suggestions or opinions on this arrangement, you can put forward them to me. ”

Zhou Xiao said with a smile, ”guests are welcome. This time we come to Yanjing, but there is no plan. I have a small request after listening to the director’s arrangement.”

Zhou Xiao looked at Mo Li and Wang Yulan. ”Yanjing is a famous historical and cultural city and the ancient capital of the Five Dynasties. We also hope to see the style of the famous cultural city this time. I hope the director of the Department can arrange it for us.”

Zhou Xiao’s arrangement has just been added temporarily. Although the origin group is developing very well now, whether it’s Wang Yulan or Mo Li, it doesn’t need the money for tourism.

There is money, but there is no time.

Moreover, when I travel and go out with my colleagues in the company, the experience is completely different.

Sure enough, when Zhou Xiao said this arrangement, Wang Yulan and Mo Li were very happy.

For the two of them, going out to travel is one thing, and going out to travel with Zhou Xiao can blackmail Zhou Xiao well, which is another thing.

Of course, the latter can make people happier.

The organizing committee was very considerate. The accommodation arranged for Zhou Xiao and his party was the State Guesthouse.

The geographical location here is very superior. You can enjoy the historic sites and valuable cultural relics hundreds of years ago in the State Guesthouse.

Zhou Xiao even joked with Wang Yulan and others: ”the place where we slept at night was also slept by Emperor Qianlong hundreds of years ago.”

Wang Yulan doesn’t think the last one is a joke: ”come on, don’t scare me!”

Zhou Xiao laughed, turned to the director and said, ”director, change your place tomorrow.”

The director of the Department hurriedly said, ”the hotel to be arranged tomorrow is Shangri La Hotel.”

The next morning, in the conference room of the State Guesthouse, the staff of northern energy group had made preparations for the meeting.

At six o’clock in the morning, Mr. Xu of northern energy group and his party arrived at the hotel.

They sat in the conference room early and made final preparations for the upcoming talks with Zhou Xiao.

For this meeting, northern energy group has fully prepared for half a month and brought a lot of technical materials.

These data include the energy consumption and the ratio of energy consumption to environment in Xia country in recent five years.

And the amount of oil and gas imported from overseas in Xia country over the years.

Energy issues are not only related to the environment, but also to national security.

If the technology of origin group can completely solve the energy problem of Xia country, the development of Xia country will be another scene.

At 8 a.m., after having breakfast on the first floor of the hotel, Zhou Xiao and others came to the conference hall under the guidance of the staff.

President Xu waited for Zhou Xiao early at the door. When he saw Zhou Xiao, he hurried to meet him.

”Hello, Mr. Zhou!” President Xu’s smile piled on his face.

”Hello, Mr. Xu. I’ve heard a lot about Daming. I’ve heard a lot about Daming!”

In fact, Zhou Xiao only learned yesterday that the boss of northern energy group is Xu Dongyang, let alone heard about it for a long time.

But between people, true and false, false and true, it’s not playing with technology.

Xu Dongyang is very formal today, wearing a straight suit and shining leather shoes.

And Zhou Xiao?

Zhou Xiao seldom wears formal clothes, but wears a mountaineering suit and sports shoes.

It’s not Zhou Xiao’s disrespect for Xu Dongyang, but Zhou Xiao believes that many things can’t be talked about at the conference table.

Zhou Xiao’s dress did not disgust Xu Dongyang, but made him feel particularly kind.

After all, formal clothes can make people feel a sense of distance.

Xu Dongyang hurriedly said, ”President Zhou, please come in, please come in!”

Zhou Xiao looked at the conference room. ”Let’s not sit and talk today. I think the weather outside is good. If you don’t mind, let’s climb the Great Wall.”

Zhou Xiao’s words surprised Xu Dongyang.

But today’s meeting was originally dominated by Zhou Xiao. Xu Dongyang immediately changed his plan. He smiled and said, ”I usually have a hobby of climbing mountains. When the weather is good on weekends, I will go out to climb mountains with my friends. Since Mr. Zhou also has such a hobby, I will accompany Mr. Zhou to the Great Wall today.”

Xu Dongyang said so, and immediately arranged his assistant to report the information and go out with him.

Xu Dongyang actually thinks this is a good opportunity. In informal occasions, the distance between people will be closer.

In a meeting room, two strangers can never be friends, but in a place of entertainment, at the dinner table, it is possible.

This is a rare warm sunny day in winter, and the scenery of the Great Wall is particularly magnificent.

They climbed high and looked into the distance to see the winter scenery of Yanjing.

Inside and outside the Great Wall, it is deserted.

Along the way, Xu Dongyang introduced to Zhou Xiao the operation of northern energy group in recent years and some of his own views.

Xu Dongyang said: ”Xia has taken the lead in the application and technology of electric energy in the world. We have formulated the standards for the use of some UHV power equipment in European and American countries.”

”But now the most troublesome thing is that environmental protection and energy use are two paradoxes, especially in the field of electricity. So far, more than 70% of Xia’s electric energy comes from thermal power and 24% from hydropower. Hydropower is mainly distributed in the western and central regions of Xia. Nuclear power is only 2.4 percent, and the new energy wind energy and photovoltaic industries are less than 1 percent. ”

Xu Xiangdong said with a wry smile, ”what is thermal power? Our thermal power is to use coal to generate electricity! In this winter, people ask for better air quality and no haze. At the same time, they also ask us to keep up with our heating. We can’t stop supply or raise prices. It’s difficult to balance the two! ”

Xu Xiangdong couldn’t help comparing Yanjing with Jiangcheng. ”Jiangcheng is now developing new bioenergy represented by ionizing bacteria, which is actually worth our reference!”
