The richest man starts with black technology

Chapter 155
Xu Yang had planned to take out the plastic bag when analyzing and sampling the next day, but he found nothing in the glassware.

The digestive colony was light green when it was just cultured. With the passage of time, the amount of decomposed organic matter increased and became dark yellow green.

Because he couldn’t see what was inside, and the volume of the glass container was not large, Xu Yang found a stainless steel leaky ladle in the kitchen and salvaged it in the container.

Xu Yang dare not use his hands. The components of the skin are also protein and fat, which will be broken down by bacteria.

After fishing for a long time, there was nothing except the bone residue that had not been decomposed by the colony.

Xu Yang thought he was mistaken. In the study of digestive colonies, digestive colonies can indeed decompose organic matter, but plastic bags are high molecular polymers that will not be degraded in nature for hundreds of years. This is the night when digestive colonies decompose?

”Xu Yang, what are you doing! I was stunned by the water tank. Did the data come out? The boss will look at the data later. ” Mo Li came over with a pile of data and said.

Water tank is the interesting name of the culture container in the laboratory.

Xu Yang grabbed his hair and said, ”right away.”

The recent experimental data were collected in Zhou Xiao’s hands, and Zhou Xiao organized a meeting.

The environment of the science and technology new area is beautiful, and the lakeside scenery where the laboratory is located is more beautiful.

In early winter, due to its proximity to the mountain (Lingwu mountain), the temperature in the science and technology new area was already several degrees lower than that outside. In recent days, it can be seen that the mountains in the distance have been covered with a layer of snow, and the hay beside the lake also has frost in the morning.

But such a beautiful scenery, Zhou Xiaohe and the experimenters didn’t have time to see it, and even the door of the laboratory didn’t go out.

As the laboratory is strictly confidential, outsiders are not allowed to enter. Therefore, every day, the staff sent fresh vegetables, fruits and meat. The cooking, washing dishes and cleaning were completed by the researchers in groups.

Everyone has been in the laboratory for more than a month without going out. It seems that new year’s Day is coming, followed by the Spring Festival.

Zhou Xiao, life science and medical research center (Laboratory), held a meeting.

After reading the data, Zhou Xiao said, ”we should emancipate our minds. We should not think about whether our experiments are useful. We should think about how to cultivate digestive bacteria in the most efficient way.”

Zhou Xiao said, ”if everyone is wondering whether it is useful for us to study this thing, our experiment will not continue.”

”At present, the difficulty of the experiment is the reproduction of colonies. At present, the colonies in our colony culture vessels will die after the end of the life cycle and cannot reproduce independently in the culture vessels, which is very troublesome. The data I showed you that day has pointed out the direction for our experiment. You can emancipate your mind and try more...”

Zhou Xiao said, ”if you have to talk about the application of our research object, I’ll just say a few words. When the temperature is 36.5 to 37 degrees, if digestive bacteria can survive in a certain way without eroding our body, can it help us digest food? I just divergent thinking, existence is reasonable. ”

Zhou Xiao is throwing a brick to attract jade, but he really shocked the people in the laboratory.

Previous experiments have proved that the products of organic decomposition by digestive bacteria can be absorbed by the human body, which is of great research significance in clinic.

Mo Li whispered to Zhang Sheng: ”I used to stay in the Department of Gastroenterology during my internship. Although many patients with advanced gastrointestinal cancer have been controlled, their intestines, stomach and other digestive organs are all ulcerated and can no longer work. At this time, even if patients rely on nutrient solution infusion to hang their lives, although they will not die for the time being, life is also extremely inconvenient, and they are basically waiting to die in bed. ”

”If a new digestive system can be established in the body, it is definitely a breakthrough in the medical community!”

Zhang Sheng also said, ”do symbiotic proteins produce a little glucose?”

”Go!” Mo Li said, ”I’m doing a pure medical discussion with you.”

Zhang Sheng gave Zhou Xiao a thumbs up. The boss is the boss. He really considered a lot more comprehensive than everyone else.

But how digestive bacteria can survive in the body without eroding the body is a difficult problem.

In fact, Zhou Xiao is not very worried about the independent reproduction of digestive bacteria. With the outline of science and technology and the technology accumulated for such a long time, it is only a matter of time to complete the reproduction experiment of digestive bacteria.

While Zhou Xiao was speaking, Xu Yang was a little distracted. He had been thinking where the plastic bag had gone?

This plastic bag is a vegetable delivery bag outside. It is made of high-density polyethylene, which is very difficult to degrade.

In the treatment process, it is generally recycled and reprocessed, and the recovery rate is about 25%.

That is, only 25% of the used plastic bags are recycled, and the rest are turned into ethane, water, hydrogen and so on.

If you want to use the report to write the equation and reaction principle of recovery reaction, I’m afraid there are not 3000 or 5000 words.

This shows that HDPE plastic bags are very difficult to degrade.

In addition, the most used places of plastic bags in Xia are third and fourth tier cities or towns, and the recovery rate is even worse.

Most high-density polyethylene plastic bags will be landfilled and incinerated after waste recycling.

Xu Yang can’t figure it out!

After Zhou Xiao assigned the task, everyone took their places and continued to tackle key technical problems.

Xu Yang is responsible for washing dishes again tonight. All the leftovers are put in the bag.

If it is a routine operation, Xu Yang will pack the garbage bag in the kitchen and give it to the aunt who delivers the food tomorrow.

This time, Xu Yang was lazy and wanted to confirm his thoughts. He came to the constant temperature laboratory again.

Xu Yang began to prepare.

He put a camera in the right place and started time-delay photography (the laboratory is absolutely confidential, and no one can bring a mobile phone or other communication tools).

Then, Xu Yang put all the food residues into the container, then tied one end of the garbage bag with a rope and hung it in the air, half submerged in the colony solution and half exposed outside.

After verifying a data in the constant temperature laboratory, Zhang Sheng said, ”brother Yang, it’s eleven o’clock. Don’t you go back? Let’s go back and play a game. We haven’t played for two days. Our hands itch. ”

On boring experimental days, playing chess, playing cards and watching TV are few ways for everyone to relax.

”No, I have another experimental project in the evening. I won’t go back to my room tonight.” Xu Yang is going to spend one night in the glass room of the constant temperature laboratory (with air conditioning, and the temperature and constant temperature laboratory are isolated). He will record the experimental data for the first time to confirm his idea.
