The Age of Giant Ships and Cannons

Chapter 111： Outpost Status
Chapter 111 Outpost Status

After leaving for half a year and returning to the outpost, contact Ding Youran as soon as possible.

For the first half of the year, Wang Yanqing was stationed at the outpost base to do missions, and for the second half of the year, Ding Youran was stationed here. I don’t know where Yu Yuefei is now. Hearing from Li Lie, she seems to have gone to dig a grave.

Before when the Legion fleet cleared the galaxy near the headquarters, an epic-level signal coordinate chip exploded when cleaning up an anomaly. She went to dig a grave some time ago when she had nothing to do, and she doesn’t know how the digging is going now.

I haven’t seen you for half a year, I miss you very much.

In the legion’s office in the outpost base Star City, Li Qing met Ding Youran, who was even more handsome than before.

Haven’t seen her for half a year, and he wasn’t unfamiliar at all. He opened his hands to signal, and the beauty stepped forward and threw herself into his arms with shy eyebrows.

Feeling the exquisite figure and soft body of the beautiful woman in his arms, and the faint fragrance of her hair coming from his nose, he caressed her black and smooth black hair, neither of them spoke.

. . . . . . . . . .

An hour later, Li Qing let out a long breath and leaned back, his mind was clear. At this moment, he felt that his consciousness was sublimated instantly, and his spiritual energy became calm.

After a while, he opened his hands and hugged the washed beauty into his arms, kissed her face lightly, and said:

”When we find a suitable time, how about we go to Jinmen and meet your parents?”

Ding Youran curled up in his arms and nodded:

”Wait for half a year, when the time comes, the outpost base will open up the channel with the transit base, and then we will go back.”

”Can.”

Caressing her hair, Li Qing nodded subconsciously.

But after a few seconds, he reacted and said strangely:

”What did you just say? The outpost is going to open up a channel with the transit base?”

”yes.”

”When did this happen?”

”The Expeditionary Force sent a notice to us and the major teams a month ago.”

Li Qing was quite surprised and asked:

”Is it a notice, not a regional announcement? Have you included the content?”

”Yes, I will pass it on to you.”

”Okay, by the way, tell me about the major events that happened at the outpost in the past six months.”

The communication rings, the finger touches lightly, the light curtain pops open, and a message from Ding Youran reads:

”Backed by the technological support of Nantian Ye, the supporter of the Halo Legion, after discussion at the tail end of the expeditionary force, it was decided to open up a safe passage between the outpost base and the transit base, and establish a military outpost every other standard transition distance between the passages. To support the safety of the jump enhancement device.”

”It is planned to start the preparatory work in the fifth month of the third year of the Expeditionary Force, and it will be officially announced two months later. It was originally planned to clean up the fleet and outposts of the Lester Pirate Group in the range of galaxies, but the specific content will be announced two months later. The official announcement shall prevail.”

After reading the information, Li Qing pinched the center of his eyebrows, thinking about how this passage would affect the outpost and the Jialan Army if it was opened.

First of all, this is definitely a good thing for the expeditionary force, but it is not a good thing for the merchant.

According to the announcement, if this road is really opened up, it will only take two or three days to get to the outpost from Jinmen in the future.

Jinmen goes to the transit base through the star gate, and then jumps directly to the outposts on the road. A dozen consecutive jumps can directly reach the outposts. In the middle, such as personal battleships, it only takes at least two days. The team is about a week away.

In this way, even if it is half a month slower, you can walk back and forth, and it only takes four or five days if you are fast, and the speed is I don’t know how many times faster than before.

In this way, the prices on the outpost base will be roughly the same as those on the Jinmen side, and running a business will not make money.

But this is not a bad thing, it will only lose the interests of a small number of merchants, which is a good thing compared to the entire outpost.

Efficiency is improved, and it will be very convenient to return to Jinmen in the future. It is a good thing for the major teams and pioneers with family support. This means that family support can arrive quickly, and you can go back as soon as you want. You don’t have to wait for a year like before. Dare to go back.

”By the way, the head of the legion told me that Nantian Ye’s technical support is also conditional. They will also support a batch of fleets and a large amount of supplies. In exchange, they will send a representative to take part in the expeditionary army tail meeting. One seat.”

”Well, Ye Xiao’s idea?”

Li Qing immediately thought of the halo idea.

It is estimated that the revenge of the Yu family in Jinmen made them overwhelmed, which made them start planning ahead of time.

If the decision-makers of the expeditionary force were not dominated by the Yu family, it would be very difficult for the two teams, Crimson and the Horn of Liberty, to be directly blocked from the legions of the last time.

If there are people from other forces in the decision-making layer of the expeditionary army, next time this kind of thing happens, at most they will be forced to make great compensations instead of directly getting stuck in the army quota. This is the difference.

But this kind of thing cannot be avoided. After all, the expeditionary force belongs to the United Empire of Mankind in name. The Jinmen Yu clan just took advantage of the geographical advantage and got the upper hand. It is impossible to let their family dominate all the time. There must be necessary checks and balances ,Just a matter of time.

This can’t help but make Li Qing a little worried, whether there will be any wrongdoing in his actions in a year and a half.

But this kind of thing is unavoidable. It can only be said to make yourself as strong as possible, so strong that they can’t destroy it even if they want to.

In the past few years, the Jinmen Yu clan has the upper hand on the expeditionary force. As long as they are strong enough, no one can destroy their plan.

Overall, this is good news.

Hugging the beauty vigorously, he continued to ask:

”Is there any important news recently?”

Ding Youran curled up in the man’s arms and said softly:

”Three months ago, the halo came out alone and carried out a big operation. It once again successfully attacked the No. 6 base in the southern province of the Shata civilization. It not only plundered more than 300 million Shata population, but also successfully robbed No. The super foundry in the base galaxy.”

Li Qing paused in his hands, and said solemnly:

”Do they have this strength?”

”After being promoted to the Legion, Halo is stronger than us in terms of strength and self-destructive background. It has a high reputation among players, and its strength has expanded rapidly. At that time, it already had more than two hundred battleships and tens of thousands of large and small warships. The operation was successful. Later, it attracted many players and small and medium-sized teams to join, and now there are nearly 300 battleships.”

After a little silence, Li Qing asked:

”What about us, how many people have we accepted during this time?”

”The first half of the year was mainly hosted by Wang Yanqing, the deputy head of the army. Because of the previous changes, we have relatively higher requirements for new recruits, and we will investigate the past. As a result, many powerful players cannot join the army. Until now, we have recruited one after another. There are more than 2,000 players, but most of them are mining and industrial stream players, and there are only more than 200 combat stream players.”

”Are there any masters?”

”There are more than a dozen with certain strength, the strongest three, one solo player, and two small teams. They are currently in the investigation period. By the way, there was a large team with good strength who contacted us before and wanted to join the legion. , but they wanted a place of deputy army chief and a total of 5% of the original shares, which was rejected by the army chief.”

”Oh, what is the specific strength?”

”There are fifteen battleships, and more than nine hundred other large and small battleships. There are more than one hundred people in total.”

”The strength is good, by the way, is there no bargaining? If there is no problem with the identity and character, it is not impossible to lower the requirements. The original share is reduced to 2%. First, give it to a core member. The identity of the deputy army commander cannot be given temporarily. Let’s investigate first. After a period of time, if we can keep up in strength in the future, and make contributions to the team, it is not impossible to be promoted to deputy army commander.”

Ding Youran shook his head and said:

”Their identity and character are not a big problem, but they don’t want to lower their requirements.”

”Well, that can’t be helped.”

”By the way, where are those elites?”

”They’re all on the outpost, do you want to see them?”

Li Qing nodded:

”Let’s take a look and contact them.”

”Row.”

Ding Youran tapped the light curtain in front of her eyes to send a message. After a while, she raised her head and said:

”They are all nearby, return to the outpost in about two hours.”

Looking at the charming face close at hand, he couldn’t help but bow his head and kiss her.

”Are there any other major events? Let’s talk about them together.”

”There is one more big thing, but it’s not sure yet.”

”Tell me.”

”The Bloody Moon team and the other two top teams did a great thing. During the military operation half a year ago, they did not know how to infiltrate the western province inside the United Civilization of the Shata tribe. I don’t know what happened. , They actually persuaded one of the eight Shata tribes to become independent and decided to submit to the United Empire of Mankind.”

”???”

Li Qing had a question mark on his face with a hint of disbelief.

Ding Youran also had a strange expression:

”This is just a rumor, but there must be a reason for it, and in the military operation half a year ago, they were the most powerful teams in the outpost at that time. They didn’t participate, which is very abnormal.”

Li Qing lightly tapped the armrest with his fingers as if thinking, nodded a little and said:

”It is unlikely to be a rumor, but it may be true.”

It can only be said that the pioneers who can become top figures are not fuel-efficient lamps. He did have a strange feeling half a year ago. At that time, there were only a few teams competing for the top ten teams in the outpost, and there was no news about the other top teams. It was not normal.

It’s just that they didn’t have time to do other things at the time, and they didn’t pay attention. Now it seems that they must be doing other things, and it must be a very critical operation, and the rewards must be very high, otherwise it is impossible to give up military operations.

If this news is confirmed and they can succeed, one or two new legions will be born in the outpost immediately.

Of course, the premise is that the United Empire of Mankind is willing to accept this vassal civilization. If it is unwilling to accept it, then the credit will be greatly reduced.

”By the way, who is that independent Shata eight tribe?”

”It’s not clear, but there are only two main tribes in the western province of Shata. One is a species that evolved from shrimp, and the other is a species that evolved from mammals similar to voles.”

”Well”

”I hope it’s the latter.”

If it is the former, according to the general xenophobic trend of thought of the United Human Empire, it is unlikely to accept this shrimp alien species.

Normal people’s first reaction when seeing shrimp is to eat it. How is the meat quality of such a big shrimp? How many meals can one eat?

But if it evolved from rats, then it’s not sure.

After all, there are quite a few types of pet mice, such as hamsters, chinchillas, guinea pigs, and guinea pigs. There is still a market for pet mice. If you use genetic technology to adjust their appearance, there are still many people willing to use such a large and beautiful pet mouse. farming.

Maybe they are not necessarily willing to be pets, but in the universe, being weak is the original sin.

When your civilization is targeted by a more powerful civilization, if the strength is not enough, the ending will be miserable.

Unless a civilization with extreme pro-foreign thoughts is willing to make a weak civilization a vassal, other thoughts will basically end badly.

Good-looking ones have the opportunity to become pets or slaves. If they don’t meet the aesthetics of a powerful civilization, then I’m sorry, and their destination is to become extinct or become specimens.

The universe has never been warm, civilization and civilization are cruel, the weak never have the right to choose.

Just like the United Human Empire has a territory directly bordering the Bruwan United Civilization, which is not inferior to human beings, in the north, and there is the Kelzaka Star Sea Empire in the south, which seems to be stronger. Although it is still in a state of peace, any civilization is always Think about how to beat your opponent.

Once defeated, they will not hesitate to wipe out the trillions of people of their opponents, leaving at most a small number in museums to commemorate and display the great achievements of their own civilization.

Li Qing didn’t think too much about it. Whether the news is true or not, it has nothing to do with them. The news has already been spread by gossip. They got it first, and they won’t be able to drink the soup any more. Latino.

Tribal independence is a direct betrayal, and it will directly weaken the strength of the Shata civilization. Other tribes will definitely not allow it. It is estimated that there will be a lot of pressure there. Whoever dares to go there now will definitely be dragged into the war and cannot escape.

Turning the topic around again, Ding Youran told him about the situation at the outpost.

There is no such explosive news as just now, most of which teams have done something, and which teams have become stronger again.

Like the Crimson team and the Horn of Liberty, although these two teams failed to be promoted to the Legion, they relied on the merits and gains gained in military operations to strengthen themselves, and now the team is much stronger.
