The Age of Giant Ships and Cannons

Chapter 105： Surprised by the Tarth Marauder Civilization
Chapter 105 Surprised by the Tarth Marauder Civilization

A dauntless flagship with a huge size, a slightly bloated flagship-class aircraft carrier that is even bigger than the dreadnought flagship, more than 2,000 battleships, and more than 50,000 large and small battleships.

The pitch-black hull, rough design style, and the LOGs of the fleet all prove that this huge fleet is not a wild monster or anomaly, but a wandering force in the wild.

The main reason why Li Qing was lying was that the mechanical ascension body didn’t know what method it used to get mixed into this fleet.

”Fucking!”

Rubbing his forehead, Li Qing felt a dull pain in his head.

This can’t be beaten.

Two flagships, how to fight this?

The key point is that this is not a wild monster but a wandering force in the wild. Although it is not clear which level the technology level is, but judging from the many wandering forces in the wild that humans have encountered in tens of thousands of years, the probability of level 5 is quite high.

Dare to wander in the dangerous starry sky, not strong enough.

The fleet did not dare to approach, but only dared to observe from a distance. He watched the fleet slowly slipping through the distant starry sky, but he did not make any movement.

Sitting quietly on the command chair and waiting for almost an hour, Li Qing suddenly sat up straight and ordered:

”Go back to the previous galaxy.”

Li Yuan didn’t ask why, and immediately ordered the unmanned reconnaissance aircraft that the fleet had withdrawn before to return and prepare to return.

As many unmanned reconnaissance planes withdrew, but several unmanned reconnaissance planes in one direction did not respond, and the contact was cut off. After waiting for a while, Li Qing was about to ignore it and return as planned, but one of them had already lost contact. The unmanned reconnaissance drone returned suddenly, and then a strange communication came.

Li Qing was stunned for a moment, carefully inspected the unmanned reconnaissance drone with a little vigilance, and made sure that there was no tampering inside. He was silent for almost a minute before deciding to connect to the communication. A strange figure appeared in front of him.

The alien species is extremely tall, about four meters in length, with a humanoid body, but instead of human legs underneath, it stands on all fours. Its whole body is covered with a thick layer of black **** layer, and there are many incomprehensible lines on the surface. There are two pairs of arms, one pair is as soft as octopus tentacles, the other pair is thick and powerful, with barbs around the back of the head, and a hideous and weird head in the middle of the body.

The head resembles a dragon’s head covered in cuticles, but without horns, and without hair on the head, only a layer of spikes.

A pair of vertical pupils stared at Li Qing closely, and the unmanned reconnaissance plane turned over the translated language:

”I’m very glad to see the human pioneers here. I am the commander of the Fifth Vanguard Fleet of the Tas civilization. I was ordered by the supreme King of Tas to go to the southern star area of the Zutar star field for reconnaissance.”

”King of Tarth???”

Li Qing’s mind immediately recalled a famous wandering and plundering civilization that the teacher in the noble class taught before. It was called the Tarth Wanderer, also known as the Tarth Raiding Civilization. Neutral wandering faction south of the spiral arm.

It was a powerful alien civilization whose main body was named Tas. I heard that the home planet of this civilization was plundered and destroyed by other civilizations when this civilization just walked out of its own galaxy, and the remaining Tas people became wandering civilizations.

They formed a wandering fleet, continued to plunder and grow stronger while wandering, and constantly absorbed other alien life forms. Up to now, they have become a powerful wandering civilization that is not inferior to the Star Sea Lord.

This civilization has no fixed borders, and wanders back and forth in the Perseus spiral arm. It maintains neutrality or friendship with powerful civilizations such as the United Empire of Mankind or the Bruwan United, but it specifically plunders and plunders some weak civilizations, or accepts certain civilizations. Or the employment of forces is well-known in human civilization.

The main body of this civilization is Tasman, but it does not exclude the addition of any alien species, and there are even many human wanderers joining it.

The fleet with two flagships and a total size of up to 50,000 is just a vanguard reconnaissance fleet of Tas Wanderers. There are dozens of such fleets in the Tas Civilization.

When you see the reconnaissance fleet of the Tas Wanderers, it means that its main fleet is not too far away from here.

Li Qing was alert immediately, but on the surface he still politely saluted, and said in a deep voice:

”It’s a great honor to meet the glorious Tas. As you said, I am a pioneer, appointed by the United Human Empire Expeditionary Force to perform reconnaissance missions on this star field.”

”Expedition?”

Natas was slightly puzzled and asked:

”The United Empire of Mankind is already preparing to develop the Zutar star field?”

”Yes.”

The other side was silent for a while, and said:

”The great King of Tarth has been hired by a civilization in a nearby star field to deal with an invader.”

Li Qing was surprised, and a bad idea appeared in his mind:

”Dear Tas, I don’t know which civilization it is, who is the so-called invader?”

”Sorry, we cannot reveal the customer’s name.”

The Natas were silent for a while, and added:

”But judging from the customer’s introduction to the intruder, it shouldn’t be you who are being dealt with.”

not us?

Li Qing’s mind turned quickly. Apart from the Human Expeditionary Force, there are only three alien civilizations nearby, namely the Shata Tribal Union, the Shar Civilization, and a civilization called the Xivis Council.

Now it has been confirmed that it is not aimed at human beings, and the Shar civilization is unlikely. The species evolved from this plant advocates peace, and its strength is at the bottom of the three major civilizations. Both the Shata Tribal Union and the Xivis Council are stronger than Shar The civilization is stronger, and it is impossible to hire looters in an unnecessary way.

Then only two civilizations, the Sivis Council and the Shata Tribe, can do this.

Analyzing one by one, among the three major civilizations, the Shata tribe is the most powerful. At this stage, they are not only at war with human civilization, but also with the Shar civilization and the Xivis Council, and Li Qing obtained information from the expeditionary force. Look, in their three-sided battle, there are still two that have the upper hand.

Excluding the Shar civilization, the only possible employer with a high probability is the Sivis Council.

Of course, this is his most likely guess, and he is not sure yet, but it is indeed the most likely.

if so.

Li Qing pinched the center of his brows, feeling a little headache.

The strength of the Tas Marauder civilization is simply not something that this third-level civilization can compete with. Their participation in the war can immediately break the regional balance, and it is not known whether it will affect the strategic plan of the expeditionary force.

”I don’t know when the respected Tas Wanderers will launch an attack on the invaders? I don’t know how big the hire is?”

The Tasman on the opposite side pondered for a moment, then raised his head and said:

”According to the regulations, I cannot reveal the secrets of customers, unless you can pay me 10 million cubic minerals.”

Li Qing nodded immediately:

”I can pay.”

A transport fleet sailed to the huge fleet in the distance. After a while, the Starman in the communication said briskly:

”Very good, the ore you provided is very pure, I like it very much.”

”We are going to the destination according to the coordinates provided by the employer. According to the coordinate distance and our speed, we will arrive at the predetermined location within two to three years, and the five vanguard fleets will jointly attack the target.”

”Two to three years!”

Li Qing breathed a sigh of relief. In the current two to three years, the expeditionary force had already launched a full-scale attack on the southern provinces of the Shata civilization. If they acted quickly, they could take down the hidden reef lair before the raiding fleet arrived.

And at that time, the Tath raiding fleet just arrived, which just happened to increase the pressure on the Shata tribal alliance, making them more scruples, and thus giving the Galan Army more time and preparations.

Chatted with the leader of the Tass plundering vanguard fleet for a while. Before leaving, he left a communication method for Li Qing, and opened the reputation of Tass plunderers, initially neutral.

With this communication, he can use the high-purity metal just now to find this Tasman named Tars Anel to improve his reputation, buy information, or hire them directly.

However, at this stage of neutral reputation, you can only hire a small fleet. If you want to hire the current large fleet with two flagships, you must at least be revered.

There are only three ways to earn reputation, one is to help them in some aspects, the other is to receive some tasks issued by them, and the third is to send money and resources, directly hard krypton.

There are many uncertainties in the way to obtain the reputation of the Tas raiding fleet. It is not reliable to simply earn reputation, and they are wandering around, and it is not convenient to earn reputation, so most of the way to improve reputation is Krypton.

The faction reputation increase not only increases the upper limit of the hired fleet, but also ensures that it will not be plundered by the Tass. Generally, the Tass wandering fleet will not accept the plundering missions for high-prestige customers.

Li Qing considered that the Tas fleet would join the battlefield three years later, so as to avoid accidents, he decided to make a wave first.

In the name of the Jialan Legion, he sent a whole 100 million cubic meters of refined metal, worth 39 billion stars. This is what he had accumulated before, and his reputation changed from neutral to friendly. After that, everyone in the Jialan Army saw the Tas Wanderer Both are starting friendly reputation.

This is just the beginning. There are not many metals in the mine now, and there will be another wave in two or three years. At least they have to be respected to ensure that they will not be hired by other teams to attack.

Even if it develops in the future and supplies are sufficient, it can continue to krypton.

Anyway, for a powerful force comparable to the Star Sea Lord, its reputation still has the value of krypton. If it can reach the highest reputation, it can directly hire a super fleet comparable to the Star Sea Lord to serve you.

Although the employment conditions and demand will definitely be ridiculously high, but at that time, no matter how outrageous the demand is, it will not be a problem.

Li Qing didn’t even ask about the mechanical ascension body, he left this galaxy and stopped in the next galaxy.

No matter how the mechanical ascension body mixed in, he couldn’t directly find the important people of Tars Anel. The Tath people themselves welcome any wandering civilized race to join, even the mechanical ascensionists don’t reject it.

Frontal impact is even more impossible, unbeatable.

Then you can only use other methods, that is. Wait!

Unless the mechanical ascension body stays in the Tas Wandering Fleet all the time, there will always be time to leave. Anyway, there are tokens that can keep track of his movements at any time, so he is not afraid of sudden escape.

The fleet came to the outer circle of the galaxy, where there was an asteroid belt. Taking advantage of nothing else, he opened the universe in his palm, collected meteorites from the asteroid belt into the universe in his palm, and put them directly into the casting furnace of light for refining.

Most meteorites have minerals, but the problem is that there are too many ores and few ores, the problem of the purity, and the value of the ore contained in it. The value of the ore in many meteorites is too low, and no one likes to dig.

For Li Qing, there is no such thing as value or content. Anyway, there is no problem of refining cost in the Casting Furnace of Light. When you see meteorites, you will stuff them into lava, extract valuable ones, and directly smelt and convert worthless ones into material conversion. Exchange raw materials to transform some high-value minerals.

As the fleet slipped through the asteroid meteorite belt, there was a huge hollow passage behind, and all meteorites, large and small, were taken away and refined.

It’s that direct, it’s that rough.

Refining and converting nearly 13 million cubic meters of high-purity refined iron and steel in one day. Sometimes with good luck, nearby meteorites have high ore content, and more than 20 million cubic meters can be converted in one day, and the most high-purity steel of 54 million cubic meters was converted at one time.

The price of steel is 390 star yuan per side. Taking the average daily output of 18 million square meters, the income is 7 billion+ yuan a day, 30 days a month, and the combined income can be as high as 210 billion star yuan.

12 months a year, that is 2.5 trillion revenue.

”It’s really profitable!”

But in fact, the income should be far more than this. If he really wants to make money from this, he can go to some meteorite belts with higher mineral content to collect, and it should not be a problem to increase his income by 50%.

”Can.”

Anyway, it’s okay, Li Qing squats in the asteroid belt every day, constantly opening the door of the black hole in the palm of his hand to collect meteorites.

Since the last time Palm Universe has been repaired, the gate of the black hole has its own gravitational force, and it is impossible to forcefully capture the ship, but the unconscious meteorite can still be easily captured, and there is no need to send a large number of industrial ships to take the meteorite in with the tractor beam as before.

Time passed unknowingly, and soon a month passed.

During this period, he spent most of his time outside, checking the tokens while mining.

That guy has not moved, has been moving with the Tas Wandering Fleet cruise, and has no intention of going out at all, which makes him a little suspicious of whether this guy wants to make a home in this plundering fleet.

He continued to wait patiently. Anyway, there is nothing serious at this stage. There is still a year and a half before the military operation of the expeditionary force. The army headquarters has Yu Yuefei and the others to deal with it. Take a look at the shipbuilding experience and communicate with many scientists.

Unknowingly, half a month has passed, and Li Qing, who was mining as usual that day, suddenly received a message from Chu Hanqiu, the chief engineer in the palm universe——

”Fortunately, the mother chip of the frigate has been successfully redesigned.”

Li Qing was stunned for a moment, and was overjoyed immediately. He immediately put down his work, dived into the universe in his palm, and appeared directly in the engineering area of the scientific research layer.

Several servants of light had been waiting for a long time. Li Qing took the chip emitting a faint golden light, patted their shoulders vigorously and praised:

”Thank you for your hard work, you did a very good job.”

”Everyone can take a good rest for a month, and start the next design after one month.”

Many servants of light showed smiles on their faces, Chu Hanqiu said:

”It is our honor to share your worries!”

He nodded and didn’t say anything more. For the servant of light, the recognition of the child of the stars is the best reward, no other rewards are needed, and no other rewards are needed.
