The Age of Giant Ships and Cannons

Chapter 63： Li Qing’s crazy idea
Chapter 63 Li Qing’s crazy idea

She has already set a set of standard configurations before, with a total value of about 26 billion, including the battleship, a total of 36 billion stars.

Because Li Qing is the first main battleship in his life, he not only refitted but also redesigned and configured a better one. The total price is 58.94 billion star dollars. After deducting what Yu Yuefei has already paid, he now only needs to pay an additional 22.94 billion star dollars .

It is worth mentioning that the configuration of another battleship that has just started to be built is the same, and it can save tens of billions of stars after refitting and reconfiguring.

After confirmation, the shipyard is ready to start construction, because all kinds of weapon accessories are ready-made and do not need to be remanufactured. Now we just install these weapon accessories directly, so we can get the ship in about half a month.

It has been more than two years since the pioneering, and Li Qing finally wants to get his first battleship. Li Qing is both emotional and delighted.

Battleships equipped with Servants of Light’s talent and skill bonuses will be ridiculously strong. One-vs-three will be no problem. If the Shata tribe unites those with only three-level technology configurations, they will be confident in one-vs-five.

To this day, his current strength has finally reached a new level, entering the upper ranks of the same generation of pioneers.

One has two, the first battleship is in hand, is the new battleship far away?

Dealing with the matter of the battleship, Li Qing was not idle next. Taking advantage of half a month of free time, he first used Yu Yuefei’s relationship to visit a very famous robotics expert at the outpost, and spent the one million yuan he had dug the grave before. Two of each type of robot were selected, and the robot expert was entrusted to recompile several sets of underlying core codes of robots suitable for different situations according to the technological level of these robots.

This thing does not belong to human civilization, and it cannot be used without rewriting the core underlying code.

Fortunately, the level of science and technology of human beings is much higher than that of the unknown alien race, so the difficulty of compiling and interpreting is not high.

Next, he spent some more money to upgrade the thirty industrial production lines, and then threw them directly into the eighth floor industrial area of the warehouse area of the Gaowei Fortress.

Then some harvests were also sold by the way, 26 blueprints of weapons and accessories, some can be used 5 times, some can be used 50 times, a total of 65 million were sold.

A third-generation large-scale steel armor that can be used 30 times, the unit price is 1.2 million once, a total of 36 million.

A blueprint for a third-generation large-scale laser cannon that can be used 50 times, the unit price is 1.3 million once, a total of 65 million.

A particle light spear blueprint, worth 200 million.

Three small residential stations were disposed of to the outpost. Because they needed to be fully remodeled after they were bought, the price was not very high. A single one was 1.8 billion, and the three totaled 5.4 billion stars.

Together, the total income is 5.766 billion stars, and the current assets are 53.5 billion stars.

The money seems to be quite a lot, but the operation Li Qing plans to do next will cost a lot of money.

He had a bold idea on the battlefield where he attacked the No. 6 residence station in the southern province of the United Civilization of the Shata Tribe.

This idea was derived from the aircraft carrier cruiser. At that time, when he observed that the two aircraft carrier cruisers Li Lie and Li Qina opened their hangars, and more than 2,000 space fighters formed a huge formation to besiege the enemy battleship, he was born at that time. crazy idea.

The operational concept of an aircraft carrier is to use a huge combat platform to carry fighter jets to fight.

The platform itself has no combat power, the main combat power lies in intercepting space fighters.

The bigger the platform, the more space fighters it carries, and the stronger the combat effectiveness.

This is one of the main reasons why an interstellar mothership that can accommodate hundreds of thousands of space fighters is called a flagship. Think about how terrifying it is when the ship carries 300,000 to 400,000 space fighter secrets.

In fact, an aircraft carrier formation with a starship mothership will generally have a large number of small aircraft carriers transformed from cruisers and battleships, so as to maximize the combat effectiveness of the mothership.

So generally an aircraft carrier formation with an interstellar mothership can actually dispatch far more than 400,000 to 500,000 space fighter fleets, usually in the millions.

The main division-level fleets under the command of the major army masters can dispatch up to several million space fighters at a time, or even tens of millions of sorties, which is outrageous.

Then here comes the problem. A standard model of the Consul-class starship is eleven kilometers long and can accommodate up to 360,000 space fighters to take off for combat.

However, in Li Qing’s palm universe, the warehouse area of the high-dimensional fortress has a random floor with a length of 1,000 kilometers, a width of 1,000 kilometers, and a height of 100 kilometers. Such a large warehouse area can be randomly divided into a layer and transformed into an aircraft carrier combat platform, which can be easily divided by a height of 100 kilometers. How many space fighters can be accommodated on a 1000-meter-high platform with 100 floors?

”A supercarrier in a super?”

Li Qing squeezed his chin to think about this crazy idea, and his smile became abnormal unconsciously.

This idea is very operable, or completely feasible, and now it only needs funds for transformation.

First of all, to fully transform an area of 1,000 kilometers in length, 1,000 kilometers in width, and 100 kilometers in height into an aircraft carrier combat platform requires a lot of manpower, material and financial resources. The consumption and cost of this thing can be much higher than building a flagship aircraft carrier.

Although there is no need to build the blueprint of the flagship, nor the need to build the shell of the mothership, only the warehouse on that floor is divided into a thousand floors.

Yes, it is a thousand layers.

The height of one hundred kilometers is 100,000 meters. It is divided into one hundred large layers, and each large layer is divided into ten small layers. There are a total of one thousand layers and each layer is 100 meters.

General space fighters are not very big, even heavy bombers will not exceed 30 meters in height, and a height of 100 meters is enough for three planes to be stacked side by side, without hindering their maneuvering at all.

In fact, the height between each floor of the real flagship aircraft carrier is not so high, and the height of a space fighter is only about five or six meters.

so.

With such a huge project volume, the materials to be consumed will be ridiculously large.

Maybe he can use the super substance conversion furnace in the newly unlocked Light Foundry Furnace to convert various resources into the high-strength steel he needs, and then smelt it into alloys with other elements, which can save a lot of expenses, but no matter what Province, the basic expenses will definitely not be less.

It is estimated that it is impossible to get all of them without tens of trillions.

However, he can make a layer first!

The portable combat platform does not require a hull, armor and energy shields for defense, nor propellers, jump engines, and other accessories. It is just a fixed platform. First, build a large layer and use it together. .

The various modules and accessories required by the aircraft carrier platform are not a big problem. This is not a rare thing. After all, even a destroyer can transform the hangar module into a miniature aircraft carrier, which is mainly the cost of purchasing carrier-based fighters.

A fifth-generation deep space ghost fighter is worth 5 million stars, 10,000 is 50 billion stars, 100,000 is 500 billion stars, and one million is 5,000 billion stars.

Imagine that an elite Eternal-class interstellar mothership can accommodate more than one million space fighters, and the fighters alone require an investment of more than five trillion stars.

With such a large platform, one large layer is equivalent to a hundred flagship aircraft carriers, isn’t it too much?

The modification of the platform does not require a shipbuilding engineer, only a professional construction team is required, and then it can be constructed according to the internal structure and standards of the fixed space station base. Strictly speaking, this thing is indeed a super air force base.

As for the professional construction team, this does not need to be recruited, just change all the one million robots that were going to be recompiled into construction workers, modify the underlying core code, and then load all the brain-inserting skills into construction worker-related skills , is a qualified worker.

One million construction workers should be enough, just recruit some more senior engineers.

So, the next most important task for him is to make money, earn hundreds of billions or trillions, get hundreds of thousands or even more space fighters, and open the universe channel in the palm whenever there is a battle.

A channel with a diameter of 30 kilometers opened, which was larger than a flagship mothership, and tens of thousands of space fleets were released in one breath to cover the sky and the sun. The scene was exciting to think about.

After finishing all this, there is nothing to do later, Li Qing simply returned to the universe in his palm and continued to build the ship.

Just before the battlefield, the loss was huge. A total of 14 destroyers, 72 frigates, 600+ space fighters were damaged, and a cruiser, 5 destroyers and 18 frigates were severely damaged.

Although this loss was shared by Li Lie, Li Qi and others, the overall loss is still huge. You must know that Li Lie’s team has a total of 15 destroyers.

The damaged battleship Li Lie and Li Qi have been pulled back to the outpost for repairs. At this time, Li Qing is configuring weapons and other accessories for the batch of 72 frigates and 20 destroyers that have been built in the dock.

Originally, there was not enough time to build a destroyer, but when he awakened the Son of the Star and chose the option of rule, its powerful BUFF bonus was applied to the universe in the palm of his hand, which greatly increased the production efficiency of the dock. By the way, the arsenal also built the required accessories, and is currently in the process of final assembly and debugging.

After Li Qing plans to complete the project, he will sell it to Li Lie and Li Qi at the market price in Jinmen, which is regarded as the welfare of his own people.

He doesn’t need to add battleships himself, he just needs one battleship.

When going into battle, use battleships as the main force core, with Li Lie and Li Qi as escorts.

”Yes, that’s it.”

Coming out of the palm universe, he contacted Li Lie:

”I have 20 destroyers and 72 frigates here. The finished products are of high quality. I plan to sell them to you and Li Qi at the market price in Jinmen. Do you want them?”

Liqi responded immediately:

”The market price in Jinmen? So good?”

”Benefits for you.”

”Then give me half.”

”OK, come to Star City by yourself, you know the location.”

”wait for me.”

After a while, Li Qing was puzzled to find that Li Lie hadn’t responded. He sent another message, but there was still no response.

He scratched his head, and sent a message to Li Heng who was with him:

”Do you know where Li Lie is? Why didn’t you reply to the message?”

The opposite quickly replied:

”The captain went to gamble on the box.”

Li Qingqi said:

”There is also a gambling box here? Where is it?”

”Of course there is, but it’s not in the outpost. In a certain galaxy between the outpost and the Lester Pirate Group, it seems that several large gaming companies and giant trading companies have cooperated with pirates to establish a base.”

”There is such a place!”

Li Qing asked curiously:

”Is there anything interesting in there?”

Li Heng replied immediately:

”This place has only been established for less than two years. The base is a neutral zone. Both the imperial camp and the pirate camp can go there, but large fleets are not allowed to go there, only small frigates can go there. There are many black or gray things inside, although It’s not as colorful as Jinmen and the hinterland of the empire, but there are some popular things, are you interested in going to play?”

”Oh, by the way, the black market happens to hold an annual large-scale auction these two days, you can still catch up if you go now.”

”No auction.”

Li Qing was quite curious and said to him:

”Send me the coordinates, I’ll take a look when I have time.”

Half a day later, a frigate appeared in a certain galaxy.

As soon as he entered the galaxy, he received an unknown message. When he opened it, a beautiful woman in cool clothes projected a hot dance in front of him. At the same time, there were various billboards projected behind her. After the dance, the beautiful woman gave him a Blowing a kiss, inviting him to play in Tiangong with a seductive tone of Yujie, with a coordinate before disappearing.

”This advertisement is average.”

After seeing the pure natural beauties of the two sisters of the Yu family, he was no longer interested in seeing this kind of artificial beauties who had obviously been adjusted by genetic technology.

No matter in appearance or temperament, they are far inferior to them, even Ding Youran is worse.

Compare the coordinates left at the end, which are exactly the same as those sent by Li Heng, set the end coordinates of the frigate, and directly enter the sub-light speed state.

Half an hour later, the frigate broke away from the sub-light speed state and appeared in a strange starry sky. The spacecraft alarm was loud, because it detected a strong interference force field and interception force field nearby.

After turning off the alarm, Li Qing stepped down from the command chair, the glass of the bridge in front projected the starry sky ahead, and above the orbit of a huge gaseous giant planet, there was a residence station consisting of a medium-sized habitation module and six small-sized habitation modules, moored around. There are many civilian spaceships with billboards, and aircrafts are seen coming in and out from time to time.

Not far from the residence station, there is a large fleet headed by more than a dozen battleships moored. Compared with the logo on the battleship, it is a member of the Lester Pirate Group, but it is not clear which clan it belongs to.

When the frigate entered the edge of the intercepting force field, the dispatcher of the space station sent a communication. In addition to instructing him to park somewhere in the orbit of the gas giant planet, he also introduced the basic situation here.

After the frigate was parked, a small aircraft flew out of the frigate and plunged into the residence station.

This is a super entertainment city that integrates black and gray industries. You can find mainstream entertainment items here, including things like the black market.

Li Qing came here specifically not for the lower body, nor did he come here to gamble on the box like Li Lie, but for the black market.

Well, to be precise, I’m just curious. I’ve heard of names in this industry before, but I’ve never been here. I’ve heard that this kind of place has everything, including some contraband that can’t be bought in the regular market.

For example, some low-priced commodities that are not visible, purple epic-level skill chips, or signal chips of the same level, or even extremely rare relics, or alien slaves, or professionals and scientists above the purple name, etc., can’t be found. , only unexpected.
