I am God LSLCCF

Chapter 187: God, What Are You Waiting For?

The hot air balloon drifting under the starry sea suddenly changed direction, flying towards the God-Given Land.

It flew lower and lower, skimming over the sea of flowers of the Sun’s Cup, its shadow cast upon the steps below the pyramid.

Finally, it came to rest in front of the divine temple.

Yin Shen stood by a pillar before the temple, the sound of the Mother Conch of All Things still echoing in his ears.

Like the Crown of Wisdom, this divine artifact would respond when the life power underwent transformation.

Shelly, frustrated, stomped her feet on the hot air balloon. Her enjoyable high-altitude flight had come to an abrupt halt.

She pattered over to Yin Shen on her little legs.

With her hands stretched behind her back and her upper body leaning forward, she pouted at Yin Shen and made a sound.

“Gurgle.”

It was unclear whether she was upset or just being coy.
Yin Shen patted her head, then took down the Mother Conch of All Things.

He looked at it briefly and understood what had happened.

Yin Shen held Shelly’s hand as they entered the divine temple, sitting down on a chair.

A full-length mirror with ornate floral patterns and copper edges to the front side of the chair reflected scenes from the mortal world, showing images of Lester and the witch doctor.

The scene shifted, revealing the little person trapped in a bottle on the Sacred Mountain.

The little person was pressed against the glass wall, his eyes peering through gaps in the ash covering, looking out at the sky, his mouth open as if shouting something inaudible.

Lastly, the mirror displayed the life power wielder who had emerged from Lester’s shell after devouring countless Trilobite Man remains.

Yin Shen leaned back in his intricately carved chair, his gaze fixed on the power wielder who had transformed into a sea of blood.

He felt somewhat surprised.

Yin Shen had only thought that life power and wisdom power would conflict, that the two could never merge.

But he hadn’t anticipated that the ghost transformation would strip away all the power bloodlines from the wise beings, leaving behind a shell that would become the key to the life power’s transformation.

“After searching everywhere, it still comes back to the Trilobite Men.”

“The missing part of the second-level power turns out to be the shell left behind when a wise being becomes a ghost.”

“Does this mean…”

“Life power wielders can only possess wisdom and a future by parasitizing the shells of Trilobite Men?”

Yin Shen pondered for a moment, then carefully examined the scenes in the mirror again.

He felt his statement wasn’t quite accurate.

“No, that’s not right!”

“The shells left behind by monsters, the shells left behind by the People of the Abyss.”

“Those should work too.”

Yin Shen’s eyes narrowed slightly before opening again: “It’s not the shells of Trilobite Men, but the shells of wise beings.”

But thinking about it, life and wisdom seemed to be two inseparable things.

Wisdom originates from life; without life, wisdom has no source.

But if life were to be separated from wisdom, wouldn’t life lose its most radiant brilliance? How would it be any different from other things, from rocks?

The first-level power of life ability allows one to fuse and devour organs of any life form, then transform and evolve into the powerful life form one desires.

At the second level, life power develops a unique force.

Blood energy.

Life power wielders can convert vast amounts of life force into blood energy, storing it in their mythical blood. This allows them to instantly shrink from a huge form of several or dozens of meters tall to the size of a mouse.

They can also instantly transform from a mouse-sized being into a enormous entity.

The upper limit of their size depends on the amount of mythical blood they possess.

If you have mythical blood like the Ruhe beast, you could transform into a form hundreds of meters tall.

Even if you’re only a first-level power wielder, you could easily destroy cities and crush everything.

The power’s strength depends not only on quality but also on quantity.

The lower limit of size depends on how precisely you can control your mythical blood. If you’re skilled enough, it’s possible to transform into an insect so small it’s barely visible to the naked eye.

The existence of blood energy gives life power wielders an almost immortal form and power.

You cannot kill them before their blood energy is depleted.

This is also a terrifying aspect, as they have almost no weaknesses.

The spirit, after guiding all the departed’s life dreams into the dreamy star sea, returned from the gate of God’s realm.

She stood inside the divine temple, looking at the dreamy star sea through the window.

The dense stars she once found beautiful now gave her an eerie feeling, as if they were a vast graveyard.

Shelly circled around the chair where Yin Shen sat, her arms stretched out diagonally at her sides, hopping and making “woo woo” sounds with her mouth.

Imitating the sound of her blowing the Mother Conch of All Things.

But the sound she made resembled more of an airplane than a conch.

Yin Shen grabbed her in one swift motion, then placed the Mother Conch of All Things in her hands, returning it to her.

She then put the Mother Conch of All Things to her mouth and blew it right in front of Yin Shen, creating a racket inside the divine temple.

“Woo woo!”

This “woo woo” was quite different from the one made with her mouth.

It echoed throughout the entire dream realm, nearly blowing the roof off the temple.

Yin Shen tied the Mother Conch of All Things back to her waist, and she finally quieted down.

The spirit watched the interaction between Yin Shen and Shelly, finding it somewhat amusing.

She stepped forward and noticed the scenes projected in the mirror.

She then inquired of God.

“God,” she asked, “what are you watching now?”

The spirit then learned that the recent sounding of the Mother Conch of All Things was because the other part of the life power had been found.

“The missing part of the life power has been found? Does this mean Shelly will soon have wisdom?”

The spirit was also somewhat happy, pleased for the wisdom Shelly would soon possess.

Yin Shen shook his head: “Not now.”

The spirit was puzzled: “Why not?”

She followed God’s gaze to the scenes in the mirror, where the life power wielder seemed not quite normal.

Although he seemed to have his own will and could even speak, his will was very chaotic.

This might be related to the reason for his birth, but it could also be due to other issues.

“Let’s wait a bit longer!”

“Wait until true, perfected wisdom is born, wait until life power reaches the fourth level.”

If nothing else, Lester’s cautionary tale was right before their eyes.

Using something unverified directly certainly carries risks, no matter how confident you are.

Yin Shen didn’t want to repeat his failure with Shelly.

“Moreover…”

Yin Shen began, then suddenly stopped.

The spirit looked at God and asked, “Moreover what?”

Yin Shen then continued: “It’s quite alright for her to have no consciousness now. This desolate world is still too ancient and distant for life, and it’s really too monotonous.”

“I want to take her with me into the next era just like this.”

“When that era comes, we’ll let her awaken to wisdom then!”

Yin Shen stroked her head. She still looked oblivious, not understanding anything of what God and the spirit were discussing.

“This way,” Yin Shen mused, “we can also avoid the long passage of time and years.”

The spirit knew that God had completely let go, that He had made the decision to leave. Previously, God would occasionally interfere and intervene in the mortal world, but recently, aside from taking a look, He had done nothing.

Although the spirit was concerned about the fate and future of the Trilobite Men, she herself was also prepared to follow Yin Shen to the next era.

She couldn’t watch over the future of the Trilobite Men forever either.

The thought of following a deity across the river of time spanning millions of years, heading to the next era, made her whole body tremble.

Not just from excitement, but also from a sense of awe at the grandeur of the divine.

Time, such a terrifying thing, its fear-inducing power seemed incredibly fragile and illusory to the gods.

At the same time, the spirit felt a hint of bewilderment.

She thought of the civilization of the Trilobite Men, the realm of the People of the Abyss, the monsters in the wilderness.

“In the next era, what will remain of all that exists now?”

Although God had made His decision, He said some preparations were still needed.

Only the spirit didn’t understand what preparations Yin Shen was referring to.

The spirit thought of this now and immediately asked.

“God,” she inquired, “what are you waiting for?”

God, seated in the high-backed chair, said to the spirit standing beside him.

“Waiting for the return of Shelly’s wisdom prototype, the life artifact God-Created Man, in its perfect form.”

“And your immortality.”

Upon hearing this, the spirit felt somewhat embarrassed, as she still hadn’t fully found the immortal power of spirits.

The incomplete immortality of wisdom power, the deformed immortality of life power.

So what would the immortality of dream power be like?

Although she had received God’s promise and was given the Divine Cup, God’s promise and her complete possession of the Divine Cup were two different things.

Unlike the King of Wisdom Redlichia and the Mother of Life Shelly, she wasn’t the primordial ancestor of the bloodline, a born king of power.

She was the first second-level spirit to be born, but she was still just an ordinary spirit.

It wasn’t so simple for a mortal to wield a divine artifact.

The spirit standing beside the deity lowered her head and said in her heart.

“I must find a way immediately, I can’t hold back God.”

“I must find a way to refine the Dream of Law.”

The spirit had gradually found a method, which was to first merge with the Dream of Law carried by the Divine Cup.

The source of all divine techniques, the so-called Power of Law.

For the spirit to become the master of the Divine Cup, she first needed to refine the Dream of Law carried within it.

After merging with all the Dreams of Law, she would be able to merge with all the Light of Wishes in the Divine Cup, ignoring limits and backlash.

In one leap, she would become a mythical being—

Sacred Mountain.

A pristine lake, white clouds, and abandoned villages lined the lakeshore.

Cities, colossi, and temples built along the mountain should have been full of the air of civilization, bustling with the lights of ten thousand homes.

But now it was silent, without a sound.

Streaks of blood light wandered in from the distance, even the moon in the sky turning slightly red.

The blood energy converged, transforming into a silhouette standing on the earth.

He stared blankly at the God-Servant City and the countless wandering ghosts within it.

This scene was so similar to Cross City.

But in his eyes, he no longer saw a city.

He saw another purgatory.

Blood flowed like a dancing cloak behind him, spreading beneath his feet.

Terrifying faces struggled to emerge from the blood, surrounding him with roars of anger.

“Knowledge… God~”

“Demon.”

“He is a demon.”

Some faces screamed desperately at the life power wielder.

“Kill him!”

“Kill him!”

“Only by killing him can we end all this, can we finish everything!”

The life power wielder let out a roar like a giant monster, his voice shaking the heavens.

Then he transformed into a river of blood, rushing towards the auxiliary city at the foot of the mountain.

The blood flow coursed through the streets, spreading over building after building, finally converging at the steps at the mountain’s base.

It began to creep up towards the mountaintop.

Within the river of blood, thousands upon thousands of the deceased struggled, each reaching out their hands towards the peak, roaring in fury.

This scene disturbed the being at the mountain’s summit.

Dim rays of light shot down from the mountaintop, turning the once bright and clear night sky utterly dark.

A terrifying shadow appeared behind the mountain, like a giant outside a bottle looking at the model within.

It noticed the surging river of blood coming up, and saw the countless deceased within the river, led by Lester’s shadow.

“Lester?” the shadow’s voice held not only surprise but also joy. “How did you become such a monster?”

“Interesting!” it exclaimed. “How interesting!”

The light from the little person in the bottle clashed with the river of blood, instantly causing the blood river to evaporate continuously.

The blood river retreated, transforming back into a figure resembling Lester.

The shadow behind the Sacred Mountain reached out its hand, pressing down towards the life power wielder.

Though it didn’t physically touch him, an invisible giant force crushed him to pieces.

But the moment the force dissipated, the life power wielder’s body immediately reassembled itself.

“Boom!”

The life power wielder was smashed down from above, crashing directly at the foot of the mountain.

But an invisible barrier at the mountain’s base blocked his escape route, bouncing him back.

The entire Sacred Mountain seemed to be enclosed in a massive transparent bottle.

It was easy for him to enter the Sacred Mountain, but leaving wouldn’t be so simple.

The battle continued, with the life power wielder repeatedly charging at the terrifying demonic shadow.

But the life power wielder was no match for the little person in the bottle. The little person killed him time and time again, yet he instantly revived each time.

That terrifying life force had reached an unimaginable level.

The horrifying figure behind the Sacred Mountain found this increasingly interesting. He watched the life power wielder rage and charge up the mountain again and again, repeatedly challenging him.

It amused him.

The boring, monotonous days finally seemed to have a ripple of excitement.

“Come on!” the mythical being on the mountain laughed loudly. “Take your revenge, you undying monster!”

He mocked, as if laughing at an insect trying to stop a chariot, or a fisherman holding down a snapping crab.

“Let me show you what it means to be a god, you monster.”

The mythical being slapped the life power wielder into a pulp, watching him transform into a vast river of blood, then cupped his hands to enclose him.

The terrifying figure let out a wild laugh, his voice full of mockery and the excitement of a game about to end.

“I’ve got you now,” he sneered.

At this moment, a huge bone demon, tens of meters tall, suddenly appeared at the foot of the mountain.

But compared to the mythical shadow behind the Sacred Mountain, it seemed insignificant.

“Hmm!”

The mythical being about to capture the life power wielder suddenly stopped, looking towards the giant bone demon at the mountain’s base.

The moment the bone demon appeared, it began its move.

It reached out its strange left hand towards the Sacred Mountain.

As it extended, the left hand kept growing larger to an unbelievable degree.

Like a divine hand falling from the sky, it seemed about to tear apart the entire Sacred Mountain.

In one unexpected strike, it shattered the barrier and screen set up by the little person in the bottle, reaching into the Sacred Mountain.

The little person in the bottle let out a shrill roar of anger. “Damn it, what is this thing?”

The little person quickly repaired his barrier while attacking the bone demon.

Beams of the Light of Original Sin rained down, instantly piercing a huge hole in the arm that resembled a divine hand.

But that arm simultaneously scooped up the life power wielder, then retreated just as the domain was being repaired.

It all happened in the blink of an eye.

By the time the little person in the bottle wanted to detain the bone demon and the life power wielder, the bone demon’s shadow had already disappeared at the foot of the mountain.

The witch doctor named Left Hand ultimately didn’t dare to entangle too long with the little person in the bottle. Although he was a fourth-level power wielder and possessed part of the God-Created Man,

He was no match for the little person in the bottle here, and had only caught him off guard just now.

Dark clouds flowed in the sky, the Light of Original Sin swirling at the mountaintop.

Fully displaying the little person in the bottle’s mood and anger.

“Witch doctors!” he roared. “You lot who escaped from the divine realm, not hiding in dark corners but daring to meddle in my affairs. Next time I’ll catch you all in one net.”

In the memories the little person in the bottle inherited from Anhofus, he always believed that the witch doctors were beings who had escaped from God’s realm.

They had stolen something from the Mother of Life, pilfering the power of immortality.

So they hid in the wilderness, far from the world of mortals.

In the moonlit wilderness.

A figure crashed to the ground, kicking up dust and forming a large crater.

The Sacred Lake was no longer visible from here.

The witch doctor wearing a robe with mysterious patterns stood in the wilderness, while on the ground was a writhing liquid mass.

The life power wielder had become a blurry blood shadow, looking less like a person and more like a flowing, blood-colored ointment.

Occasionally, a figure and face would appear in the ointment, but it could never coalesce into a form.

It seemed he had been severely injured by the little person in the bottle, and probably couldn’t recover his form for quite some time.

The witch doctor spoke: “Follow me!”

“We will give you the power to defeat the mythical being. You are not yet a match for the existence on that Sacred Mountain.”

The face that emerged from the ointment didn’t speak, but it didn’t show a clear attitude of refusal either.

For the witch doctor, this was enough.

So the witch doctor took him towards the direction of the House of the Witch Doctors.

On this day, the people of the House of the Witch Doctors were particularly complete.

Usually, two or three of the witch doctors were always absent, but today all six had gathered together.

The witch doctor Left Hand, who had just returned, stood at the far left of the six witch doctors. The six witch doctors looked at each other and simultaneously smiled, saying:

“After so many years, we’ve finally found it.”

The witch doctor “Left Hand” nodded: “He is the embodiment of blood, created from Lester’s shell and his universal elixir. He possesses nascent wisdom.”

“Indeed,” another witch doctor chimed in. “For a life power wielder, possessing wisdom is an incredible feat, even if it’s just nascent.”

The witch doctor “Right Leg” standing on the far right said: “But this is just the beginning, our mission is not yet complete.”

The other witch doctors asked: “What should we do next?”

The witch doctor “Head” was clearly the leader of the six witch doctors, and most of the time the other witch doctors followed his orders: “Although the missing part of life has appeared, he is the first life power wielder with wisdom we’ve discovered, but he’s not perfect enough.”

The witch doctor “Head” made a decision: “Then let’s give him the vessel, and see how far he can evolve life.”

The vessel he referred to was the life artifact God-Created Man, the existence with sequence number 1.

When the witch doctor “Head” said this, none of the other witch doctors voiced any opposition, but unanimously agreed.

In the witch doctors’ will, discovering the mysteries of life was their lifelong mission, and they sought nothing else.

As long as they could perfect the life power, as long as they could discover the mysteries of life.

They had no reluctance or regret in giving up the body of the God-Created Man—

Deep underground in the House of the Witch Doctors.

The life power wielder was placed in the supernatural laboratory, which was the place underground where the witch doctors conducted supernatural experiments and created various terrifying and powerful supernatural life forms.

Several days passed, and the life power wielder was no longer a blood ointment-like substance.

Over these days, he had gradually regained his strength, slowly turning into a human form.

But this human form was entirely composed of a blood shadow, his whole body still boiling and rolling like magma, occasionally bubbling.

Power wielders are very peculiar beings. Their power can slowly recover without relying on any external force.

For example, the mental power of wisdom power will naturally recover slowly after being depleted.

The life power wielder was the same. His blood energy would naturally replenish slowly after being depleted. Not only was the mythical blood itself unable to be completely erased or destroyed, but even the power derived from it possessed this characteristic of not obeying the laws of reality.

It was as if it possessed a perpetual motion-like mechanism.

This doesn’t conform to the conservation of energy, but the power of God never adheres to this, nor does it obey the laws of this world and universe.

In fact, God Himself doesn’t exist within this universe.

He is an existence that transcends the universe.

A witch doctor opened the door and said to the life power wielder.

“Come!”

The life power wielder, like a slime monster, walked towards the door.

With each step, he left a pool of blood on the ground.

But as soon as he moved away, the blood from the marks immediately returned to his body.

In the largest laboratory, the life power wielder was moved by the witch doctors to the center of the ritual array.

With a cracking sound, he transformed into a surging river of blood.

But no matter how this river of blood flowed, it couldn’t break through the edges of the ritual array.

It was perfectly constrained within the ritual array by an invisible force.

Standing at the edge of the laboratory, the witch doctors lined up and spoke in unison.

“Let it commence.”

The witch doctors removed the parts of the life artifact they possessed.

One witch doctor removed his left hand, and the missing part of the bone immediately began to extend, growing to fill the gap.

Another witch doctor removed his head, but with a “poof,” another head immediately grew out, as if emerging from his chest cavity.

Yet another witch doctor removed his torso, leaving him looking like a floating skeleton without any support.

When the six artifacts were combined, they finally restored the complete form of this sequence number 1 artifact.

The God-Created Man came together, transforming into a glowing human body.

“Splash splash splash!”

The sound of flowing blood intensified, finally forming a vortex that rushed towards the sky, entwining around the glowing human body.

Endless blood flowed into the glowing body, as if infusing it with life.

The body, which had been like a corpse or an object, began to come alive bit by bit.

Even the witch doctors, who were usually calm and seemingly without emotion, became tense at this moment.

“It’s happening,” one whispered.

“What will be the outcome?” another wondered.

“Will we succeed?” a third questioned.

“We’re witnessing the mystery of life itself!” exclaimed the fourth.

Everyone stared at the face of the God-Created Man, an ancient-looking visage with a slightly pale complexion.

He had black hair but possessed a pair of eyes with a hint of dark green.

The God-Created Man’s face began to move, his brows and eyes twitching slightly.

Then, he slowly opened his eyes.

For the first time since God last descended to the mortal realm and created this sequence number 1 artifact, it had awakened.

At the same time, the information about this life artifact also changed.

The inscription on the Divine Cup began to alter accordingly.

【Life Artifact: God-Created Man Stuen】

【Sequence Number 1】

【Ability 1 Deformed Immortality: You possess an unimaginable lifespan, but every so often your body and bloodline will die and be reborn in a cycle, with a new consciousness emerging; unlike other powers, life power inherits the longevity and immortal characteristics of the Mother of Life and King of Monsters Shelly, giving you the power other life forms crave from birth, but also making it extremely difficult for you to develop wisdom.】

【Ability 2 Blood Energy Conversion: You can plunder the blood energy of other life forms, turning it into your own blood energy, instantly reviving yourself from severe injuries or near-death; you can also bestow your blood energy upon others, reviving them from near-death or restoring their youth.】

【Ability 3 Blood Plague: Your blood is highly toxic to ordinary life forms and has infectious properties. Those infected will turn into blood disciples, gradually losing their sanity and becoming your puppets.】

【Ability 4 Life Template: You can plunder the life forms of other beings and then transform into their appearance; supernatural life template not unlocked (life power rank too low)】

Artifacts are not classified according to their strength; sequence number 1 is not necessarily more powerful than sequence number 2, but rather they are distinguished by the amount of divine blood they contain.

However, artifacts with more mythical blood are certainly not weak in power and have great potential.

The originally chaotic will of the life power wielder seemed to gradually regain rationality in this body.

He slowly descended to the ground, naked, standing on tiptoe.

The blood on the ground gradually converged, wrapping around him to form a blood-red cloak.

He raised his head to look at the six witch doctors, bowing to them.

“Witch doctors!”

“Thank you for rescuing me and giving me such powerful strength.”

The witch doctor Left Hand looked at the life power wielder. “What shall we call you?” he asked. “Lester, or perhaps something else?”

God-Created Man Stuen: “Although I inherited many things from him.”

“His shell, his universal elixir, the abilities of his blood-sucking worm.”

“And his resentment and unwillingness.”

“But, I am not him.”

The life power wielder slowly spoke his name: “My name is Stuen.”

The witch doctor “Left Hand” mused on the life power wielder’s name: “Stuen?”

“Meaning revenge, it truly fits the scene of your birth.”

God-Created Man Stuen: “Killing the demon on that Sacred Mountain, the false god who calls himself the God of Knowledge, is my greatest obsession.”

“I will stop at nothing to make him die in despair and agony.”

The witch doctor “Left Hand” shook his head: “Although you have inherited this vessel as your body, you currently cannot unleash its full power, nor has it reached its strongest and most perfect form.”

“If you go to find him now, he won’t be able to kill you completely, but he can imprison you.”

“Furthermore, you lack the power to kill him.”

“He is a mythical being, an existence that also possesses immortality.”

“You need to perfect your life power to at least the fourth level before you can unleash the power of this vessel.”

“Perhaps, at that time, you will be able to utterly defeat him.”

Stuen nodded, coming before the witch doctor “Left Hand.”

He was half a head taller than the witch doctor, but now he bent down: “Great witch doctor! How can I accomplish all this?”

The witch doctors exchanged glances, then shook their heads.

“In this world, you are the only life power wielder we have found.”

“As for how to break through the ranks of life power, we can only provide you with help and guidance.”

“The actual process, however, is something only you can undertake through practice.”

Stuen nodded: “I understand.”

Days passed quickly in the House of the Witch Doctors. Stuen digested the memories in his mind.

Many memories caused Stuen unbearable pain, making him let out desperate roars in the underground laboratory.

“No!”

“Damn it.”

“Don’t do this.”

But some memories made Stuen feel nostalgic and happy.

Everyone’s memories are different.

But no one’s memories are entirely beautiful, nor is anyone’s life completely dark and gloomy.

After stabilizing his will and familiarizing himself with his powers, Stuen made the decision to leave.

He found the other witch doctors in the three-story building on the ground.

“I’m leaving now,” Stuen bowed respectfully, without any trace of chaos. With his ancient pale face, he even had a kind of aristocratic elegance.

“You’re welcome to return,” the witch doctor Left Hand said to him.

Stuen nodded: “I will.”

“The wisdom and kindness of the great witch doctors, Stuen will never forget.”

He turned and left, passing through the misty city walls, across the suspension bridge and the remote village on the other side.

He began to embark on a journey called revenge—

In a dark city.

A deranged person was running rapidly through the streets, tightly hugging a scroll painted with mysterious symbols, holding a blood-stained knife in his hand.

But in his panic, he fled into a dead-end alley.

Now, there was nowhere left to turn.

He could only turn around, facing the entrance of the alley with trembling legs, and say:

“Who are you?”

“Who are you?”

The man shouted, but the louder his voice, the less it could hide the fear in his tone.

“Why are you stopping me?”

“God!”

“God is about to bestow power upon me, I’m about to complete the sacrifice.”

“I will become God’s apostle, I…”

A terrifying shadow quickly passed through the street in the darkness, constantly approaching the alley.

The blood-colored shadow enveloped the entire alley, a spike-like shadow pierced through the man’s chest with lightning speed, impaling him and suspending him in mid-air.

The blood shadow converged like a vortex.

Transforming into a human shape.

The man spat blood, looking down in despair: “What… kind of monster are you?”

The newcomer wore a blood-red cloak, his hard-soled shoes making a crisp sound on the stone slabs.

He looked up at the figure hanging on the blood spike, revealing a face clearly not belonging to a Trilobite Man from under his hood.

“I am Stuen, the mortal enemy of the demon disguised as a god.”

“Follower of the demon, your time has come!”

The blood-colored spike exerted force again, directly taking away his last trace of life.

This “God of Knowledge” follower who had fallen into madness and lost his sanity died under Stuen’s blade.

Stuen then stood still, his head bowed and hands clasped in a gesture reminiscent of prayer.

“Be grateful!”

“Follower of the demon.”

“Dying by my blade is your salvation.”

“You will not be devoured by the demon, but enter the realm of the Creator Yinsai.”

“Go and face God’s judgment, that is where you belong.”

The blood spike retracted, and the corpse fell to the ground with a thud.

He burned the evil forbidden sacrifice technique passed down by the “God of Knowledge,” throwing it into the flames.

“Forbidden knowledge,” he muttered, “has no place in this world.”

Stuen turned to leave, while pulling out a scroll with names and addresses written on it.

He glanced at it before putting it away, looking up towards the distance.

“The next target awaits in Volcano City,” he said to himself.

Wherever the power of the God of Knowledge appeared, he would appear in that city.

Stuen hunted down the followers of the God of Knowledge everywhere, he disrupted the God of Knowledge’s plans, he cut off all the tentacles the God of Knowledge extended from the Sacred Mountain.

The grudge between the God of Knowledge and Stuen, the Blood Plague, began here.

Two immortal beings embarked on a seemingly endless contest.

He would also return to the House of the Witch Doctors from time to time, exploring the path and advancement of life power with the witch doctors.

Stuen looked forward to the day when he could completely kill the demon on that Sacred Mountain.
