Dimensional Keeper: All My Skills Are at Level 100

Chapter 1519  Maxʼs Plan

Once inside the residence, Max walked calmly toward the center of the room and lowered himself onto the couch. The house was quiet and spacious, with soft lighting illuminating the interior. Shelves containing cultivation manuals and materials lined one wall while several training weapons rested neatly on a rack near the far side of the room.

Isabella remained standing beside him.

Her posture was stiff and awkward as she stood there with her hands lightly clenched at her sides. The pride she normally carried as the Saintess in training had clearly been suppressed by the situation she had placed herself in.

Max glanced at her briefly and then let out a quiet sigh.

He had not actually expected her to come.

When he made that bet earlier, he had assumed Isabella would find some way to avoid fulfilling such an extreme condition. For someone with her pride and status, becoming another personʼs maid for ten years was something that most geniuses would never accept.

Yet she had come anyway.

That meant one thing.

Her pride was even stronger than he had anticipated.

Max leaned back slightly on the couch as he studied her expression.

ʼIt seems I underestimated her pride,ʼ he thought to himself.

Isabella stood silently beside him, clearly waiting for instructions even though every part of her expression showed how uncomfortable she felt.

Max looked away from her and began thinking deeply.

Just then a thought crossed his mind.

ʼIf I can make her truly loyal to me…ʼ

The idea formed suddenly, yet once it appeared it refused to disappear.

Max had already been considering something similar for a while.

The seed of that idea had first appeared when he led young geniuses of Acaris during the battle in Nullaria. Back then he had seen what could be achieved when talented individuals united under a single goal. Even though they were only a temporary group, the power they displayed together had been impressive.

Since that time, the thought of building his own force had quietly lingered in the back of his mind.

Now that thought began to take a clearer shape.

Max knew that the Black Dragon Clan would support him in many matters. As the newly appointed Saint of the clan, he had access to resources, guidance, and protection that most cultivators could never hope to receive.

However, there was one thing the clan might not support.

War against the Elven Race.

Max understood this clearly.

The Elven Race was not a small faction that could be casually challenged. It was an ancient and powerful race that possessed immense influence across the Divine Realm. Declaring open hostility toward such a race would drag the Black Dragon Clan into a conflict far beyond its current position.

Even if the clan valued him highly, they might hesitate when faced with such a dangerous decision.

Because of this, Max realized something important.

When the time came to face the Elven Race, he might have to stand alone.

The realization did not frighten him, but it did make him think carefully about the future.

If he truly intended to challenge a race as powerful as the elves, he would need more than just his own strength.

He would need allies.

He would need an army.

Most importantly, he would need a force that was loyal to him alone.

Max leaned forward slightly as he continued pondering this idea.

If he could gather powerful geniuses and talented cultivators under his banner, then the impossible task of confronting the Elven Race might become achievable one day.

His gaze slowly drifted back toward Isabella. Of course he hadnʼt forgotten about his true motives with Isabella. But he knew he couldnʼt rush this, and so he decided to take a slow approach.

She stood there quietly, still waiting.

Isabella Lumin was not just any disciple. She was the Saintess in training of the Black Dragon Clan and possessed an Imperial Bloodline that had yet to fully awaken. Her talent and potential were extraordinary.

If someone like her could truly become loyal to him, she could become one of the core pillars of the force he envisioned.

Max remained silent as he sat on the couch, his mind moving through countless possibilities while the quiet room filled with the weight of his thoughts.

”Do you know how to cook?” Max suddenly asked as he looked toward Isabella.

The question caught her off guard.

For a brief moment she simply stared at him as if she had not expected such a mundane question to come from his mouth. The faint redness that had already appeared on her face deepened as embarrassment crept across her expression.

After a moment she nodded slowly.

”Yes,” she replied quietly.

Max nodded in satisfaction when he heard that.

”Good,” he said calmly. ”There are many training chambers inside my residence. Once you are done preparing a good meal, you can use any of them to cultivate or train yourself.”

Isabella blinked in surprise as she listened to his words. She had expected him to make her run errands or give her humiliating tasks just to tease her. Instead he was speaking as if he had already accepted her presence as something completely normal.

Max stood up from the couch as he continued speaking.

”I am going to train the inheritance techniques I obtained today,” he said. ”It will probably take a day or two before I come out.”

With those words he turned and began walking toward the inner section of the residence where several cultivation rooms had been prepared.

Isabella watched him go with a confused expression.

Just as he was about to disappear down the hallway, she suddenly spoke.

”B but what are you going to eat?” she asked while frowning slightly.

Max did not stop walking.

”Just make a good meal,” he replied casually while continuing toward the training chamber. ”I believe anything made by the beautiful Saintess of the Black Dragon Clan will certainly be worth eating.”

Isabella froze for a moment when she heard those words.

Before she could respond, Max had already stepped inside one of the training chambers and closed the door behind him.

The residence suddenly became quiet again.

A few seconds passed before Isabella finally reacted.

”How dare he make me cook!” she muttered angrily as she stomped her foot on the floor.

Her face was still flushed as she glared toward the closed door of the training chamber. The pride she carried as the Saintess in training of the Black Dragon Clan made the situation feel especially humiliating.

She had never cooked for anyone in her life.

Yet now she had come here willingly and placed herself in the position of serving someone else.

Isabella crossed her arms and stood there for a moment while her thoughts churned with frustration.

However, after a short while she slowly let out a sigh.

She had made the bet herself.

Now that she had come here, there was no point complaining about it.

”Fine,” she muttered quietly.

With that she turned and began exploring the residence.

After walking through a few rooms she soon discovered the kitchen area. The space was surprisingly large and well organized, filled with various ingredients and cooking tools that had clearly been prepared for the residents of the palace.

Isabella looked around the kitchen carefully.

Even though she had complained earlier, she began examining the ingredients with serious attention.

Since she had decided to fulfill the bet properly, she had no intention of doing things halfway.
